I think it's not possible. The time of icos are almost over. In 2017 -2018 the ico investment was highly popular. But for many reasons it's comes to an end. The main reason behind the falling of icos was scams. A lot of icos took people money and just scam them. So investors lost their trust and interest in In icos. And in mid 2019 the new investment process came. That was ieo. Similar price but it's more trusted. Mostly those ieos which are offered by exchanges are profitable plus it's highly trustworthy. So people like to invest in ieos at this moment. That's it.

I think investors are not interested abount ICO. Firstly they believe ico and take risk but but now  investors are not believe ico. Because a lot ico are scammed and investors lost their money. So i think there have no chance ico come back.

I have observed that most investors will hold back because many of them who caught fire last time the ICO nearly drowned the market with useless tokens, this has to do with cloning projects and faking the whitepaper. but I still believe that there are still good ICO projects out there, but there is no guarantee of your safety when you want to invest in any ICO project.

I think this could be possible but not in ico because in this there is a high chance of fake projects but we can think in ieo because in this cryptocurrency exchange already verified identity of the projects but these days many fake ieo also coming in the market but they launch on small crypto exchange

Yes I would say that too definitely, We have seen a lot of successful ICOs recently, like OIN.finance , Aegis , etc , and many successful IEOs , thanks to the DEFI , I'm looking forward to new ICOs , One of them is RAMP DEFI and it has been partnered with Erlond , And I think It would be big!

Right now have back to ICO because get profitable with worth price after listing on exchange market and have good price, today many investor looking for with DEFI ICO project where after listing could pump more than 100%, but always have big risk with low trusted of developer and make price dump, we have knowing detail with how many supply of ICO coin and where is the market will list after ICO ended and how long developer giving time for listing later.
