The return of ICOs

It is very difficult to trust all ICOs at this time, we can see the ICO events in 2018 and 2019, many failed projects and fraud occurred at that time so that investors did not want to invest in ICOs.

The success rate is very low for ICO now, in fact, I am not even aware of the project you mentioned, that's why unpopular ICO to me now. Its days are over, we can't go back to the past where there are new popular platform now, after the IEO, now we have the DeFi projects hype, so where would ICO would line up?

I think a good project always can be succeed if they do ICO or IEO .Nowadays we can see investor are investing on IEO more than ICO .That's ICO lost his popularity .We have found few trouble with ICO like scam stealing the investor investing amount on the other hand IEO is more secure than ICO .An exchange are holding the fund here and investor feel safe to invest on the project .So i think the ICO system could not be active like past .

I think at this point it's not just possible. The time of icos are over. Icos were very popular in 2017 but after that they bad time came. The risk factors was high in ico investment. Cause a lots of ico started to scam people. So for this reason people start to find other investment method nwhich is better than ico. And ieo comes with it. The risk factors is very low if you joined a ieo offered by a good exchange. And it's also very profitable. So I think at this moment it's hard for ico to replace ieo. In my opinion is just not possible.

IEO is on trending at this moment. ICO is no longer trusted by people which was used make fundraising by cheating with people. ICOs did disappoin investors as well as bounty hunter. So they just lost their confidence in ICOs and IEOs are chosen by people, has become an good influence on the cryptocurrency market.

Totally agree, the ICO lost its hype when there were too many scam projects and causing investors to lose money. Now Defi is gaining popularity just like that, but I believe this trend won't last too long because scam projects are popping up and it will cause this trend to crash just like ICOs.

ICOs hype has ended. i'm sure it won't return. there are a lot of ICO scam projects in the past that have lost most of investors trust. also almost every years there are some new technology and solutions in some new projects that might interest some investors. so i think ICO is already dead and won't return.

Tthe format of the past ico was completely wrong as the ieo and other fundraising methods for startups are now, it will all end as it started when people start to open their eyes.

Marketing and the whole Crypto-Ecosystem have really changed so I think now is just about some hype on twitter and then few videos and if your project have fundamental to return 10X then Uniswap it and watch Thats whats happening right now Many people are loosing their money there too

I like IEOs more than ICOs , especially if it comes from Binance , ICO is a digital form of IPO, there are good and bad IPOs too, depending on which you choose, Still, they have good ROI it's just a bit difficult to win the lottery of winning tickets If you bought $band a couple of months ago in IEO in binance now its been 20x, so I think it shows how much they can grow!

Its generally depends on investors who contribute in token sell. I assume people wouldn't going to welcome back ICOs again, as they were being fruaded by it. Even if any real ico is held,  majority of investors wouldn't going to perticipate it cause scammers misuse it against us for loot our money. Due to that fact, people already lost trust on it as a result

I think ICO will continue to exist even though his reputation was already very bad but can not be sure in the future only bad ICOs will come

Don't think so mate. The possibilities of returning ICO, is low. Why should people trust on ico again when better opportunity IEO is available! I think people would never accept if ICO return! Besides Money can be raisen through IEO Too! So team members can't give us any lame excuse about IEO

Well, Binance sometimes provides a quality IEO and also sometimes makes the price of a coin higher. however, between ICOs and IEO, nowadays people tend to choose IEO because of market availability. for now, there are still quite a number of projects selling by means of ICO. however, if a lot of good projects do an ICO, I think that sooner or later, the ICO will definitely come back. however, investors are now quite good at choosing where to invest.

For me ICOs will never come back, because nowadays people are more interested in IEOs. In which investment in IEO is much safer
than investing in ICO. Moreover, 2020 is currently hype DeFi projects, increasingly makes investors forget about ICO. So the ICO

I think, Investors already know that investing in ICOs is too huge risk and therefore only small part of experienced investors invest in cryptocurrency companies that conduct ICOs, most of the new investors who invest in ICOs are most likely newcomers, so I don’t think that we need cryptocurrency companies that conduct ICOs but not IEOs.

Recently SaTT concluded their ICO and raised $3.36M in just few hours. Despite all definitely hype, if a project is good ICO, IEO or whatever the method of raising funds, they always get investors trust.
