Been mining it because of the algo, "new" as not coupled with SHA (ie myriad), but dev is not too active and community not posting so much. Market cap is low, volumes are even lower - how do you guys see this going forward?

I see a great future for this coin, being able to mine with CPU and GPU at similar profitability is just great. Regarding the dev, 1-2 days without logging in is acceptable, and so far the dev has done well his job. Next important thing probably is to get this to some other exchange markets with more volume, then promote a little bit and have some plans for the future.

So a good CPU (i7 type) would do as well as a r9 280x? I'm getting from 6.4 to 7.4mghs with my r9's right now, depending on the model.

Mine are undervolted/overclocked. Got sapphire and tri-x - on my lowest perf, I get 6.3mghs, you should be able to do better. GPU + config?
