As I previously predicted that Lyon would be able to beat Monaco at home, a score of 3-1 is very good for Lyon to lock in victory. Lyon dominated the whole match and they scored three goals in two different times, while Monaco only got one goal from the penalty spot in the first half.
This result makes Lyon even closer to Lille and they have the same achievement as Rennes. It looks like Lyon still has a chance of securing a place in the conference league at the end of the season if Lille fails to win against Marseille in tomorrow's match and it is one of the most important games for Lille to retain its current place.

Lyon's performance was surely at the top of the game but now for me, they are already lost their chance for the UEFA competitions because they were worst in early half of this season which bring them down badly and now their performance is surely good, but it's not guaranteed for them to have spot into top five even currently they are at seventh which is also good, but they need to do better in next season for having better results.
Now, after few minutes we will have Lille vs Marseille which is surely another exciting match with the current form of both teams I am going for the Lille win or draw because they are also strong candidate for the fifth spot even they can go for the fourth as well because they are improving their performance in last few matches which will help them for having better spot and next match against Nantes which is in relegation zone will give them good advantage.

Lyon got a good score for themselves by beating Monaco. The first half was nice for Monaco actually but their performance got much worse in the other half. This helped Lyon a lot to get ahead and have a decent goal gap with their opponent as well. This 3-1 victory is really important for Lyon because they are still in the fight for the fifth position to qualify for the ECL.

Lacazette was again one of the bests of the day as usual. Since the day he joined back Lyon it has been like he was born again. He is sharing the first position in top scorers with Mbappe - 26 goals. Despite his high effort they are still not fighting for the Champions League though. Therefore something needs to change for them.

I doubt any club will be interested in Neymar unless the price asked for him will be nothing by PSG and himself accept to reduce his salary, otherwise it will be a huge loss for any team willing to get him especially with his injuries and his special attitude..

Talking about Neymar Jr, he is a great player no doubt but being on the PSG side one would think he's going to do incredible things like contesting for best player in Europe but all he has ever won are just domestic trophies. Is just so sad that such a great player like him [Neymar Jr] had to struggle for years with the PSG team without any Champions league trophy.

Disputes with club officials are also still a real problem for Neymar, it's just that no matter how strong PSG wants to sell the problem with wages for Neymar, it's still hampered so far.

I think in the upcoming matches Monaco will face problems playing against Rennes at home which makes it difficult for Monaco to win the match. however Rennes also have a lot of strength at home and I am not sure if Monaco will be able to beat Rennes and if not it looks like the position will not change Lille will still be in 5th place and Monaco in 4th. but if Monaco loses against Rennes , this will bring him even closer to Lille.
so that in positions 4 to 6 in this standings it will be very interesting when three teams try to secure their positions.
