I feel like no matter how long Neymars contract is, if the team says they do not want him and they want him to find another club, he is good enough to find another club, and he would be going for a good amount of money as well. I know that not a lot of people think of him as a great player anymore due to his injuries and obviously he will not be sold for 200+, that was already a stupid decision even back then, let alone now that he is much older.
However, he will find a place that would be willing to pay top money for him, many are talking about a potential Newcastle transfer. Which means, if PSG calls him up and tells him Newcastle has an offer and they want him to leave, it would be unwise of him to not accept that, why stay at a team that doesn't want you when there is a team willing to pay top money just to have you.

If you ask me Neymar could have good performance so far in PSG and maybe it's better for him to leave the team at the end of the season and as you said no matter when his contract expires. Because they don't respect him there, while in other teams he can have the potential to perform better than this.

in fact, I don't think Neymar will develop further if he leaves the PSG team, in recent seasons Neymar's performance has decreased even though Neymar's tandem at PSG is the current world soccer stars Mbappe and also Messi.
Neymar's contribution to PSG this season has not been much.
I doubt that there are other teams currently willing to pay Neymar a very high fee. The main problem for Neymar is not leaving PSG, namely his salary is too high so that no team can afford it, especially with his declining performance.

So I assume that if Neymar leaves, they weren't even good enough to get UCL with him, they would be much worse and have no chance without him. They need to end up getting some very good players, definitely for midfield, so that they could do much better on the long run and get that UCL cup.

it is undeniable that PSG itself needs Neymar to strengthen the players but unfortunately the injury experienced by Neymar has hindered PSG's performance. even though I have to let Neymar go and look for a better replacement I'm not sure if I can be the same as Neymar who had a strong performance before his injury.

Indeed. Moreover Lens could have actually been a serious opponent for PSG in the title race also. Because you know how they defeated PSG home by 3-1 too. I know that they lost to PSG with the same score in Parc des Princes. However there was a big factor which affected Lens' game directly in a bad way. Otherwise maybe Lens could have got some points even in that match also. Besides this season was normally a good opportunity for Lens or any other team to make a serious attempt for the league title. Neymar is at the forefront of leaving PSG in the next summer transfer window as PSG are reportedly more interested in getting the PSG club filled with young players for next season.  If that happens, Neymar will automatically join a new team next season. Issues circulating Manchester United are very interested in getting Neymar in the summer transfer window because they need a change to the attack line and Neymar can be a very suitable player for Manchester United next season.

Apart from that messi will also leave psg when this season ends and messi will become a free agent in the upcoming transfer window. I think the departure of these two PSG star players will of course make the balance of PSG next season a little difficult if they can't find the right replacement for the position left by these two star players.

That is one of the reasons and also one of the factors why Ligue 1 is neither attractive nor competitive from other top leagues. Now Paris Saint Germain's financial ability is far from the other clubs that are here, that's what makes it difficult for them to make at least their strength equal to Paris Saint Germain. For example, we can see how they are in the Champions League, with in fact the opponents they face have the same strength, even more than Paris Saint Germain, they can't even speak more in the Champions League by repeatedly failing in that competition.
