If Mbappe and Neymar also leave in the upcoming transfer market, then of course I personally believe PSG's performance will fall and it may be difficult to win the Ligue 1 title. A step in the right direction for mbappe, it seems mbappe is aware that psg will not be able to form a team like Man City which can be said to be the best club this season.
