But I don't understand what these clubs expect when Chelsea signed Potter and PSG signed Galtier. You have these teams that are used to playing world class soccer and then you sign coaches who haven't won anything ever. But let's see what they are going to do during this summer because they will go through some major changes I believe. Some players will leave and the only coaches I know who are available right now are Zidane and maybe Nagelsmann, but Zidane would at least have the experience they need. With Nagelsmann you could argue the same thing that he hasn't won anything really.

I have the same question like you too. Chelsea is the best example about the very bad mistake that being made by the owner. Galtier and potter are the same. These coaches have no good experience in european competition.
As far as i remember if PSG has a chance to sign mourinho as a new coach but PSG refuses it. Even mourinho has been confirming that if PSG has not yet made any contact toward him which is non sense.

Zidane has so many requirements. Zidane wanna be a coach for a team that makes him interested. He doesn't like to be dictated by the team.
I hope that PSG will not repeat the same mistake again to sign a bad coach for the team. The main mission to rebuild the team now. It must be done by an experienced coach.

Lille is in any case quite the favourites but other possibilities could happen for Rennes in my opinion.

Indeed, Troyes is a small team and it is certain that they will be relegated this season, but if you look at Lille's previous performance against Nantes, they (Lille) benefited from 2 penalties which finally made them get an additional 3 points in that match. Lille played very badly and struggled to score from attacks and wouldn't this match be just as difficult for Lille against Troyes later?

On paper, these two teams have a gap whether it's based on the ranking or the quality of the players. Lille is in 4th place, while Troyes are in the relegation zone. in fact, Troyes is 10 points away from Nantes who is ranked 17th. it means that this match will not be a crucial match for the home team, but it is different for Lille. at least, Lille will maintain their ranking on the standings by overthrowing Troyes at the end of the Ligue 1 competition. So, 3 points are a mandatory result for Lille to get even though this match is an away game. after all, Troyes is not a difficult team to beat for Lille.

But who could replace them? The big names out there won't like very much to go to PSG.

That is a good question to ask. It is really a difficult task to find the right coach for a team like PSG. They haven't had very good experiences in the recent times. I think a lot is going on behind the scenes where no rumors even exist yet. When it comes to Zidane his first requirement would be that rumors won't exist. I wouldn't yet say that it is not going to be him because that is too early and PSG would do a couple of things to convince him.

Mourinho is complicated because they already had big problems with Tuchel and Mourinho is a coach who has an even more egoistic personality. Mourinho would not avoid any argument in public at all if something is wrong.

There are a couple of others who could be an option, but now when they all hear that Messi is leaving the club and perhaps even Neymar, what's going on then? Is PSG still a top address for coaches?

I agree,PSG has always had great players since the sheikhs took over but a thing that is coming to my mind now is how come that they never had a world class coach.I think Ancelotti would be a great choice to take there as I don't think he can give any more to Real Madrid and also Real Madrid should look for another coach,if they cannot manage to get Ancelotti they should get another one world class coach,one that has won everything but not like Tuchel who mostly won them because of chance,someone who has won everything fully deserving them.

If they could get Zidane last year it would have been great for them. But they could not do that. It would have been much more effective if they could get him in the last season. Because I believe that team that they had in the last season was probably one of the best. And now some players are going to leave the squad.

I wonder if the squad is going to be as strong as it was before. I also honestly believe that Zidane could have fixed many of the problems that the PSG team was facing. But at the same time, we also have to think that probably Zidane is also not interested in managing PSG. So of course he will have to make do with whatever they have.
