Rennes failed to record another win this week by only being able to draw with Auxerre. There seems to be a problem in their attacking scheme, because they dominated the game, but they found it very difficult to penetrate Auxerre's defense and found a dead end every time they tried to attack. I thought they would be able to bring home 3 points in this match, it turns out they could only take 1 point.

Lacazette was there to save Lyon in short. He was injured before and he newly recovered before the match against Lille. The manager didn't prefer him in the starting eleven not to risk it. But after Lille seemed like they were going to win the match Lacazette entered the match. It was a great move by the manager because he was the savior of his team by scoring two goals there.

It was an extraordinary performance from Lacazette, played from the 72nd minute he managed to score 2 goals to save Lyon and get 1 point for it. Perhaps Laurent Blanc should consider starting him in Lyon's next game against Nantes. But for the league's top scorer, I think it will be difficult for Lacazette to compete with Jonathan David and Kylian Mbappe, they performed very well in their respective teams, as you know also in the Lille Vs Lyon match Jonathan David scored a hat trick there.

Brest vs PSG

This will be an interesting match considering that PSG have been eliminated from the champions league and now they will focus on the remaining Ligue 1 matches to secure the title this season. Brest as the host doesn't seem to have a chance to win this match, even in head to head PSG are always superior either at home or away. Mbappe and Messi as usual will be the key to victory for PSG and this will be an additional 3 points for PSG in the standings.

I think we even know who will win in this match.
Brest has a condition where they won last week but it doesn't matter when the opponent is PSG now and of course PSG have to win easily and have to get points again and again at least with this they show their dominance because it's the only way they can save face Moreover, this is the only competition they are currently participating in.

They did not have winning habit in Champions League and they don't have strong mentality there. They have it in Ligue 1 but in Champions League, they have the opposite. From strongly confident in Ligue 1 to extremely fearful and vulnerable in Champions League, PSG have two opposite sides. Even their star players in attacking system don't play well in Champions League. Sometimes they shined brightly but mostly they didn't.

Messi, Neymar and Mbappe have made PSG better in quality, but in the end these three players are not saviors in many important matches because the depth of PSG's squad is very unequal.

Paris Saint Germain are suppose to win the game tonight but they are out of the champions League and I don't think they have another compitetion to play for, so the only league are have to play for now is the French league, the game has started and they are till playing goalless but I know Paris Saint Germain can till win the game, is just for them to play and enjoy themselves at the moment nothing to play for again because they are the favourite to win the league title.

It is just unacceptable for me to see PSG this much unsuccessful. I don't see the Ligue 1 titles as big successes. Because they have already been dominating the league for many years so there isn't anything impressive in this for the supporters anymore. They just want their team to become the Champions League champions. With a squad like this they should have been able to do it at least for once already. But they are just making bad decisions about their choice of manager.

I agree with the people who think they need a much more reliable manager than Galtier. Zidane is not the only one of course there are many other options as well. Maybe Zidane might not accept a job offer from any team yet as he had a wish to manage a national team as far as I know.

What in your mind not acceptable with PSG failure in Champion League? have been tradition with PSG can't get Champion League tittle several years although bring many stars player. Seems not mistake from PSG manager Graham Galtier because previous manager never success give Champion League tittle except with Thomas Tuchel lead until final stage only.

No bad if Zidane become PSG manager next season but I don't sure his potential will give Champion League tittle because difference player composition between become Real Madrid manager and PSG. Left Ligue 1 with several matches later and no doubt with PSG will be the winner with 8 points left behind Marseille on current position.

Like I said as long as this squad don't manage to win the Champions League still then it isn't a very successful season for them. Yeah they couldn't do this with some other managers in the past as well. But I just see Galtier even worse than all of them. Because PSG just finished the matchup against Bayern Munich without scoring a goal. This is just terrible performance. I remember how strong they were against Bayern Munich some years ago.

Back then they didn't have even Messi in the team but still they were really impressive against Bayern Munich. After a tough matchup they managed to eliminate Bayern Munich then. Now they have a stronger lineup but they are just worse in performance. Let's see what action PSG will take about this situation. But if I were in their place I would have tried to bring a manager like Zidane.

The problem is not in the coach, but in the fact that just in order for PSG to stop being crappy, a lot of people need to be kicked out of there, including Messi. Messi is already just old and he is enough for a maximum of half  (this is taking into account the fact that yмyт in his youth he moved less than average around the field).
I see no reason to make claims against the coach when there are so many stars "in a special position" in the team who have more weight and power than he does. PSG need to hire Ten Hag for a couple of weeks in order to disperse the ballast  and give the team a chance to move forward.

Aside the fact that they were able to draw today match, I quest Auxerre has lost for too much. They couldn't afford to lose against Rennes. It will be such a big mess for a team who is still  struggling to leave the relegation zone. But Rennes in their own way has shown weakness.  Though the season is getting tougher as its end approaches, they are some matches a team like Rennes isn't expected to lose and the fixture against Auxerre is one of them.

You are right that PSG have turned into a really bad team. I enjoyed this game too I saw them perform very badly. They are not performing well at all. A club like PSG has the most stars. The best star in the world is in PSG, so PSG is not playing well at all. But right now a big change has to be made in PSG which can bring good results for the change. I have failed many times betting on PSG games. I don't want to bet on this psg. A team so good where the best players in the world perform the worst. Indeed it is becoming shameful.

Lille 3 - 3 Lyon seemed to be an interesting game with a lot of goals. Lens, Monaco and Marseille games don't seem to be very challenging and the gap between them might return as the previous round.

PSG don't need more titles in Ligue 1 and they consider it as automated title for them in each season. What they actually want is Champions League, a first title there but both Neymar, Messi and Mbappe failed to bring them to success. At least they have failed in many seasons including this one. After having Messi, in the past two seasons PSG were knocked out at round of 1/8, that is bad. Previously, they had one semi final and one final and last two seasons, they did have decreasing performance in Champions League.

I think they can let Messi and Neymar leave and build up their club around Mbappe with more attacking players who are readily to run and contribute for midfield and defense systems. They must have a more balancing team to win Champions League and these three super star attacking players don't provide it.
