Monaco and Nice are taking advantage of PSG's condition very well in the league so far. But consistency is always the key factor to become successful. We will see if one of these teams will be consistent enough to be a part of this title challenge until the end of the season. If one of these teams make it I would expect it to be Monaco truthfully.  

The current competition is still quite tight because PSG restarted in the hunt after the last few matches ended quite well, it's just that looking at the current conditions almost all clubs are still experiencing the same problems in consistency. Even though in the first few matches it was very good when PSG could not do much, especially when their goal productivity was problematic this could be utilized better but unfortunately Nice and Monaco could not do that even though their current position was above PSG but the difference in points was still very little.
Next week Monaco and PSG will face a fairly easy match because Monaco will only play Metz and PSG faces Strasbourg but it's different with Nice because they will have a Bigmatch with Marseille. It could be that the points change back in week 9 which will be held in a few days.

You have to understand that if that transfer actually happened, it was going to be the second most influential transfer for the Saudi Pro League. The first one obviously being Cristiano Ronaldo. I said this was going to be the second most influential because if Mbappé actually agreed to go to the Saudi League, a lot more young players were going to be interested in going there. And right now they have already been able to get a lot of legends in there. So young players are what they need right now. that's why there was such a big offering.

I think I would put such a transfer first in terms of its influence on the league and on other players around the world. Ronaldo going there was ushering in a new era for sure, but he was old already and everyone thought the obvious: he is going there to make a ton of cash, have an easy life while still breaking records in an inferior league. Mbappe going there would be more influential because he would break with a principle that still seems to be meaningful and that is younger players still value their career over money. But Mbappe going there could be like a signaling to all other younger talents, which in reality is what the Saudi Professional League wants to achieve and he would be the perfect player to get closer to this goal. Until now it has been difficult for clubs from Saudi Arabia to convince younger players to go there.

Honestly I think that PSG deserve to lose Mbappe at the end of this season. Because they are still quite inconsistent when it comes to team effort. They just can adopt a game focused on Mbappe only. Luis Enrique is trying to make this team performance increase but it happens only from time to time.

In one match they are playing really smoothly but in the other one they are just staying quite weak including Mbappe's effort as well. If we don't see a good progress during the season then there would be no reason for Mbappe to rethink of extending his contract too.

But from Mbappe's blatant refusal to sign a new contract, one can just assume that he is no longer interested in playing in the Ligue One, maybe he needs a new challenge somewhere else. Another section of the media believes that he has already entered an unofficial agreement with Real Madrid, so will definitely join them next season.  

I would actually say that Mbappé should leave PSG regardless of the achievement of PSG. Even if PSG somehow manages to win the Champions League, I think he should leave. Because if he does end up staying, he's going to be stuck again.

Again, it is going to be a matter of time before he thinks that he needs to leave the club. He is just too confused. Let me tell you, if he does not leave after this season, it is going to be a problem for him in the future. And he is for sure not going to be able to have a legacy which he could have if he went to Real Madrid.

I think the odds @1.35 for Monaco are still quite good and if Monaco gets odds more than that it might be a bit excessive. The bookie has given the right odds for Monaco's advantage because Nice also has the opportunity to shift their position at the top. So Monaco must win this week if they still want to be at the top of the standings and as you said, it is not difficult for Monaco to get full points when facing a team in the relegation zone. My prediction is that Monaco will likely win with a landslide score against Metz. well, the problem is I have a little doubt about the odds provided by the bookie because usually the team that the bookmaker favors and that team has a very much higher advantage usually has odds under @1.2 but Monaco gets odds @1.35 which is slightly bigger than usually and Metz who is part of a weak team should have odds over @9.

If you ask me if they will be able to win the Champions League this season then I will answer that they will not be able to win it. Their chances of winning are no greater than any other club that is better prepared than Paris Saint Germain. There are several names that are allegedly going to win the title, one of which is defending champion Manchester City, Real Madrid and other clubs that are better prepared than Paris Saint Germain.

Monaco is at the top with the peak of its performance so far, they have a very significant increase in the current season and A Huttler has a good strategy to lead their troops to get the best position, while last season they can only stand in sixth position in the League 1 standings Francis.

Of course, it's an easy match for Monaco on paper they should be able to get lots of goals too and without conceding, Metz team can't make a surprise in this game and they need a big miracle to get points. Yes although Monaco odds are small, but the chances of winning are also high for betting is worthy considering their impressive performance this season.

Adolf Hütter as Monaco new head coach succeeded in finding the right strategy. Balogun got 3 goals and one assist, while Wissam Ben Yedder got 5 goals, so you are right they have got 8 goals total so far. Adolf Hütter also did not forget to place Aleksandr Golovin, with all three of Monaco key players their performance is better this season. PSG declined in form, at first I was in position of doubting their inconsistency results in games, but my eyes and beliefs was cleared when an English team, Newcastle United thrashed Les Parisiens 4-1 which happens to be one of their humiliating defeats this season. The club have everything necessary and put in place, what baffled everyone is how come they still declined in performance, something is wrong somewhere. The coach, Luis Enrique have done his best though is totally understandable that he's in his first season and facing difficulties in winning games. Ligue One might turned to be a different race for PSG if they don't do the needful actions expected.
