The point is that some people don’t realize that Liverpool are not in very good form. If they did, they wouldn’t be so confident that Liverpool will beat PSG. I know anything can happen in football, but based on current form, Liverpool cannot beat PSG unless they are very lucky.Even last season, when Liverpool were performing better, PSG still eliminated them. Even if they don’t score many goals in the first leg, I still believe that Liverpool will get knocked out by PSG, just like it happened last season when Liverpool were knocked out by PSG in the round of 16. Mind you, they still played very well that season, but that didn’t stop them from losing to PSG, talk less of now that they are not even performing that well. How do you expect them to win? Although the game will take place soon, we will see what will happen.

Mbappé has good stamina; he played 25 games while Real Madrid played 30, missing only 5. Vinicius Jr. played 29 games, missing only 1, and Yamal played 26 games, missing only 4. What I mean by this is that Dembélé, despite being in Ligue 1, which isn't as competitive as La Liga, still doesn't get to play many games. If he were in La Liga or the Premier League, he'd be constantly injured. He was lucky to win the Ballon d'Or; he's a good player and clearly deserved it. But I see that from age 30 onwards, injuries will be much more frequent.

If If PSG wins Ligue 1 this season, it will be the first time in PSG's history that they will win Ligue 1 five times in a row, but they will not surpass Lyon, who have already won Ligue 1 seven times in a row. So, if PSG wins Ligue 1 this season, it will be their fifth consecutive title, and they will need three more consecutive wins to break Lyon's record.

PSG really have to win this match because it is very important for them since they have misuse the opportunity they have in the past, lens is seriously after them but despite that i see this fight as a huge one for lens, but let's see how it goes at the end of the season.

Liverpool is certainly a tough team that doesn't have many problems trying to win them and always finding the solution, it's normal to have many problems these are the most important cases to manage and in this case they have to be careful, but i don't think Liverpool will have problems they're a very diligent team.

At this juncture Lens should keep it up by they have to try again next season because after their defeat to Lille the hope for the title is over because PSG will not waste the golden opportunity they have over them again. Losc Lille made it very impossible for Lens to even have a good performance the defeat was too much for a team that is a close rival to the defending champion PSG but since they have been defeated it's going to be a good time for Lens to learn another strategy they can come up with next season so that that time they will have more good players that would help them to fight to ensure they challenge PSG.

6 more games to go, PSG has one extra match with Nantes, which is 5 points behind the direct relegation line, if Auxerre beats Le Havre, Nantes has nothing to play for, so it will be even easier for PSG to get those 3 points.
With that is 7 points and 6 games, so Lens would have to beat everything...lol, including PSG and PSG would need to make two more wrong steps than that one.. basically screwing up 3 matches out of 6...common!

Yes, now they are out of the title race. With their spot for Champions League set, they have just 4 points in the last 5 away games. This is a big blow to their chances in the title race. The remaining six games are going to be tense as well because, as mentioned, they are hosting PSG on 13th May at home.

The last game of the season is going to be played against Lyon. This is also not going to be easy for them. Currently, they are having a 4-point difference with one game in PSG's hand, meaning they are all set for the title today. Two interesting games are Angers hosting Lyon and in-form Monaco hosting Marseille. These could bring good changes at the top level. Ligue 1 is always inconsistent, and things have never been easy to predict but last rounds always bring good surprises.

Considering Liverpool's weak form recently and how poorly they performed against Manchester city conceding 8 goals in the FA cup, I doubt if Liverpool can be able to face the former champions squarely in the UCL. PSG are one of the best few teams available and based on antecedents they have all it takes to beat Liverpool. They're currently enjoying some good form and were also prolific against Chelsea in their last UCL game scoring eight goal which puts them ahead of Liverpool in this game.

As expected, Lens couldn’t put up a worthy challenge to PSG. In the latest round, they lost 3–0 away to Lille, while PSG comfortably beat Toulouse. Now PSG are 4 points ahead of Lens and still have a game in hand. So I think it’s safe to say that there won’t be much intrigue in Ligue 1 this season either.

But I noticed something else, today four matches have already been played in Ligue 1, and all of them ended in draws. Two of those matches even finished 0–0. We still have the Monaco - Marseille game left in this round, so I think there will be goals in that match and one of the teams will win, there won’t be a draw. What do you think about that?

Lille really finished Lens off so easily. I would like to say that it was a disappointment. But I'm not saying that.

Because Lens have already done a quite extra work in the league so far. They aren't even of the most valued teams in the league above all...

Do you understand what I said, Liverpool will definitely lag behind PSG in the quarter-final match of the UEFA Champions League, because currently it is seen that the performance of this team is not consistent. Well I think the burden on the team to defend their title may be there but it may not be necessarily worrisome than having injury problems especially when it involves key players in the squad.

While winning Ligue 1 will always be very important to the team's fans, injuries are obviously another matter, much more delicate and requiring attention. In this respect, things can be more difficult when a team is expected to deliver titles and trophies, to win everything. Players get injured simply from playing so many games; their muscles need more rest, and sometimes that takes its toll.

Yes I quite agree with you, all the fans require at the end of the day is to see the team hand in a trophy, they really do not care how many players get injured in the process and to what extent the injury is, but all of these factors are things that should be put into consideration, because in a situation where teams fail to meet the expectations of fans, then coaches may face sack or have their contracts terminated.

Not a shocker that Lens ended up losing. First of all Lille is a good team, and Lens losing to a team like Lille is not unlikely, it was quite normal result.

Secondly Lens already did as good as hoped for, and now getting averaged out, meaning dropping back to normal is also expected as well, still do expect Lens to finish the season second place unless something shocking would happen, but it was normal.

This way the gap is now four points with PSG even having one less game, in theory we could safely say gap is like 7 points now.
