I have seen this video several time without a good fact about what you think you are trying to make people believe and there is insufficient information in your video. Worst site I've ever signed up on. Their customer service is the worst. It is a well known fact the 1xbit scammers will say anything as long as it means fooling people in to signing up and depositing funds. After that it is probable that deposited funds and any winnings will never be paid out. Maybe small winnings will be paid out in the hope they receive more bigger deposits in order to scam at a later stage but in the end 1xbit will scam their members.

This is one of the most active threads here because new they never stop scamming people, and those they've scammed come here after they discover late the reputation of 1XBIT, dropping here to show people and to show proves that 1XBIT is notorious for scamming people

Hello to all on forum. I want to tell you that 1xbit.com is biggest scam on internet betting, and I am writing you this to take care of it, and not lose your money like me.
I deposited 4500 Tron in currency on day 24.07.2021, i did freaking 5 games bet. Then I I won little like 6000 Tron. Then my account get log out, I thinked this is session time logged me out, but i tried many times with my user and password to login, and it said incorrect, but i save it as txt file and also did screenshot of it.
Ok then wrote to LifeChat, told them I can't login, and they said I need to write to security of 1xbit email and I wrote email., they after 6-7 hours told me this:

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

Then I wrote emails again to back my money, at least to give me my deposited money, because I saw on forum they back deposited money to client's sometimes. I told them to give me my deposited money, and not give me the winnings on account, because i really deposited there my last money for betting.
Then they didn't respond to my messages. I sent them pictures I did of my account, because It is my first time I did picture of every mu bet.

I am not linked to the other mentioned account. But, even if it was, 1xbit wrote that the usage of multiple account is allowed, if you not break the terms.
The only terms that could be broken are according to 1xbit:
1. Bonus cheating
2. Arbitrage betting
3. bet on known results.

1. Is Bullshit of course, since their bonus system allows players to get a bonus up to 7 BTC, so nobody will create an another account for that.

2. I did not place bets on arbitrage betting, I know that many arbitrage bets are placed on Tennis and Table tennis, but I only place bets on football and icehockey, and I am 100% sure I did not break any rules.

1. That's not really true. Most reputable casinos (at least on this forum) will try to resolve their complaints, but you don't. As far as I am aware, you have never shown any evidence of a violation that you have claimed. Therefore, you have the upper hand in all disputes.

In all honesty, this isn't supposed to be as sated above, clients or customers are the ones who should have the right to anonymity, not the company, a company is a public entity (in the case of government owned) or a private entity (in the case of individual owners), even as a private entity, you still owe it to your clients and customers to be as transparent as possible, this is how trust is built between the company and the customers, a company that is claiming right to anonymity to it self on their customers shouldn't be trusted, even for one bit, cus they are indirectly saying they have the right to do whatever pleases them with customers funds.

Customers are the ones taking the risk of trusting your company with their money and also trusting you to pay them in times of winning a bet, so every right to anonymity should be on the customers and not the company.
