In all honesty, this isn't supposed to be as sated above, clients or customers are the ones who should have the right to anonymity, not the company, a company is a public entity (in the case of government owned) or a private entity (in the case of individual owners), even as a private entity, you still owe it to your clients and customers to be as transparent as possible, this is how trust is built between the company and the customers, a company that is claiming right to anonymity to it self on their customers shouldn't be trusted, even for one bit, cus they are indirectly saying they have the right to do whatever pleases them with customers funds.

I am not linked to the other mentioned account. But, even if it was, 1xbit wrote that the usage of multiple account is allowed, if you not break the terms.
The only terms that could be broken are according to 1xbit:
1. Bonus cheating
2. Arbitrage betting
3. bet on known results.

1. Is Bullshit of course, since their bonus system allows players to get a bonus up to 7 BTC, so nobody will create an another account for that.

2. I did not place bets on arbitrage betting, I know that many arbitrage bets are placed on Tennis and Table tennis, but I only place bets on football and icehockey, and I am 100% sure I did not break any rules.

Yes, all the victims have posted their proof. Deposits, Email conversations, Bets, Live chat screens etc. Enough proof.
And 1xbit just wrote that its multi account violation without any explanation or proof. That is the most easy way to scam people.

This is why each companies have there own privacy which might be different from each other. Privacy could restrict the public from getting access to the company's confidential information. I don't think 1×bit can go further than normal to proof that a particular bet was compromised.
