I really hope other victims step up and follow suit. If a number of victims managed to get together and fight against the 1xbit scammers as a collective then they would have much more impact and much more success.

1xbit scammers deserve to be taken to court.

The KSA has been informed already about it. And since the police is on it, for sure the company name will be exposed soon.
If gambling sites make gambling possible to players in my country - The Netherlands - without a valid license, then the Dutch Kansspel Authority will penaltize the company with penalties around 400.000 EUR.
Of course 1xbit is not going to pay this, since it is out of juridisction and difficult to collect the money. But they will receive the information at least from the company who is behind this scam site, and that information will be used for the next step - sue them. That seems the easiest and most effective way to figure out which company is officiall behind this. And when I knew this, I will post everything in public here, you can count on that.
These scammers must be stopped, and more important, victims need to get paid. That will work a lot easier if we know which company is officially running this. BETB2B is already officially involved in this scam.

I received information that the company BETB2B is officially involved in this scam, and they are the ones who are managing the emails.

The answers to your complaint were already provided, and your deposits returned accordingly to the ToS, there are no more obligation left on the company.

There are quite a lot of players, which can be seen by multiple leaderboards on the site, for example.
If a player don't try to win using unsportsmanlike ways, he is likely to avoid all the issues and get his winnings at the time. Our defense system might temporarily freeze an account that wins suspiciously often (for example), but that's not a reason to ban it - just to check if there is everything alright about it. There are cases with account fully restored, even on this forum.

They are still promoting their site and post the bets that is available on their platform, they are claiming that they resolve most of the issues but I doubt on that so avoiding this casino is the best option for you not to experience such a terrible gambling services, look for a better site instead.

Another scam accusation, the system might too strict but if they remain unsolved for days or weeks, and didn’t even get an update from the team on the reason of freezing that account then that is a clear scam. Gamblers stay cautious on this gambling site, such a bad way of handling customer service.
