Crypto is more valuable than Gold right now. To be specific, Bitcoin (BTC) is more valuable than Gold. The main thing about this is that BTC has a fixed number of supply thats why its price will continue to rise. Volume will keep rising.

You are definitely right cryptocurrencies are more valuable than gold. BTC price is 28 times higher than the gold price. That is right there is only one cryptocurrency whose price is higher than Gold. But ETH price is near to gold price. On the other hand, altcoins have more potential to be better in the future. This topic is quite discussed and in my opinion the only cryptocurrency that has a real chance to become more valuable than gold is Bitcoin.

Seeing the current rocket growth of cryptocurrency, i guess what you are imagining, will be happened but need a lots of time, maybe 50 years.

It's quite a high time for crypto industry or any kind of industry. TBH, it won't take that much time because there will be more development in this field and sooner or later, people all around the world, will be able to use bitcoin or any potential coins as a payment gateway and every industry will adopt it. So, it's ture that crypto is needed more time from what we expect, but 50 years timeline isn't suitable for this as crypto become more popular within a decade. Bitcoin and the entire crypto market will in no distant time become much more valuable than the entire Gold market, if i should predict, i did say in the next or even less than five years coming.
if we look from the creation of bitcoin and since when bitcoin has been in existence, and we compare how much value each have added respectively in the years they have existed, we will understand that bitcoin and the entire crypto market has out grown both Gold and silver market respectively, soon, some countries with huge Gold reserve will start selling their Gold to invest the money in crypto currencies , i did say that crypto is for sure the new form of Gold .

gold isn't as scarce as you think they are and the biggest drive of gold price in my opinion is the fact that people keep saying how it's so scarce, valuable etc while cryptocurrency here we get all the benefits and advantages that far surpasses mineral like gold.

Right now I think crypto currency value is greater than the value of gold, thus I concluded in my self that crypto currency or bitcoin has a greater value than gold. Yea I invested to many assets and diversify my portfolio but honestly investing to gold just never cross my mind, by holding gold you're either getting burdened to guard the gold you bought or just buy those certificate that you can't even see the gold you were supposed to own. Maybe stock, etc but gold although it always the value is stable but the price rise of gold only enough to fill the gap caused by fluctuation.
