It was quite a game though but at first didn't expect Chelsea to actually qualify at the hands of Newcastle united but it seems Newcastle united are still struggling although they they had a comfortable win against Fulham during their weekend clash but this night was not good for them as Chelsea manage to equalized their first half lead and win the game on penalties.

It was a tough match from the beginning of the match till the end that made the match to ended up in penalty shootout and Chelsea use the opportunity to defeated Newcastle united to qualified, for Chelsea new players to showcase their talent in the final. Newcastle united really displayed well just that they didn't expect the match will ended in such way but their manager has learned something that will make Newcastle united not to allow such mistakes to happen to them again, because they have the opportunity to take victory from Chelsea but they missed used it. Even the new Chelsea coach knew that his players didn't display what he was expecting from them to display in that match because Newcastle united was leading the match before Chelsea struggle to equalized the goal that lead them to penalty shootout.

So I think Everton is still safe and next season can still be in the Premier League.

We will see Liverpool vs West Ham in the next match, this should be Liverpool's game.

Assuming Liverpool will win, then the qualified teams are Middlesbrough, Fulham, Chelsea and Liverpool. My prediction, it's either Chelsea or Liverpool will get the trophy.

It was expected but I was hoping they would wait till January to do that. This was a man that signed over 50+ players so he could rebrand Nottingham Forest of sorts but failed woefully as they are so close to going back to the championship league. I heard they want to employ the services of Nuno Espirito Santos, former Wolves and Tottenham Hotspur boss. To be frank, instead of employing this guy, I would have preferred they stuck with Steve Cooper but with the fact that they lost five of their last six games, the management must have gotten tired of him.
 Espirito, according to news, has begun work immediately and I feel he'd be in action when they play hosts to Bournemouth this weekend and TBH, that would be a difficult game to begin work with since Bournemouth have picked up form and have a penchant for winning their away games.

Interestingly, what a club like Nottingham Forest did was a great decision to have immediately take down a coach because of their perpetual lack of performance in the club of recent. That's the only amazing thing I have ever seen recently from a club. Secondly, the other thing they must have to do now is to increase their squad depth in terms of getting professional players to join the club so as to reform the situation of the Nottingham Forest now.

Some team have made quite firm decisions by firing the coach if they have failed to bring about change and made the decline much worse.

Chelsea playing at Stamford Bridge doesn't mean they're subjected to winning the trophy because their opponent is not average but competitive and strong, the Magpies can be regarded to be as any other elite club in EPL.

If they don't have enough resources, I don't know what the expectation is from the coach. The coach arranges the team to play well and adapt to each other, but if the players are not good, the coach does not play the game on the field. If the players are not of Premier league quality then we can't blame the coach. Cooper is gone, new coach will come. They have the same players and there will be no extraordinary changes. I think it's not the right decision for now. At least he could have left the team during the interim transfer window.

Nottingham Forest is relegation threatened and wouldn't want to fold their hands to watch the club go back to the championship under Steve Cooper, who failed in his promises of reviving the team after the club spent a lot of money on signing new players last transfer window. As we are running towards the end of this year, and January on the corner, we might start to see more of these sacks happen in the coming days, where we would see some clubs begin to path ways with their non-performing managers. I don't really know whether sacking the coach will have a significant impact or not for Nottingham Forrest because the performance this season and the previous season also looks the same and there is no difference so indeed sacking the coach now could have an effect or not at all but it is hoped that for Nottingham when they try to overhaul especially for the coaching problem in hope that this will be able to make them better than before at least they want to try to get a little out of the current zone because it is always several levels in the relegation zone which makes them a little troubled by the situation.
Their performance is also actually still too the same and seems normal so I don't understand why they fired the coach quickly in this situation when they could have waited until halfway through the season to give the new coach a break to start with a more optimal approach.

I think it's very possible.
This season is still very long, there are quite a lot of games left and Manchester City is a team that has a pretty strong mentality, what happened in the last few matches in my opinion is very normal for a team to experience and they experienced it last season and they can rise, maybe that will also happen this season.
