In all honesty, I honestly expected Leeds to put up a better fight but that red card must have changed the game dynamics, but this isn't a valid reason as we have watched a number of games that have seem teams win with a man down.

If Leeds aren't careful they will be packing their bags at the end of the season

It was a good game and to see salah becomes one of the fastest player to reach 100 EPL goals in just a few games, it crazy how far he has gone from being a flop at Chelsea to one of the greatest African players to ever grace the the league, happy Mane also got a goal for himself he needed it for confidence his been having hard time for some games now. Arsenal finally got one, I think they will stay ahead of relegation zone for this week, which means that they will need to keep on getting some more wins in order to reach where they deserve. Next game is burnley and they could definitely get that, it looks quite possible, after that they got Spurs and that is going to be a bit of a problem, but then brighton and crystal palace coming up. I think they could do 3 out of 4 if they push  it hard enough. In that games they will be 12 points in 8 games, which will definitely put them somewhere in the midtable. They had a very rough start, but the schedule definitely seem to favor them a lot from now out.

The game against Norwich was a rusty one and they won by a lone offside goal that was overlooked by the ref it was a clear offside, yes the keeper did pull out the ball but Aubu was right at the offside before Pepe lobbed the ball, Arsenal needs overhauling and not the coach alone they must learn how to spend and buy goods players and not playing average players that can’t help the team

I think am correct about Leeds this season, I think Leeds lay be relegated this season although it's early but losing and getting goals different against you, will only get them relegated to the championship next season, this wins pushes Liverpool into third and the are behind Manchester United and chelsea who are first and second respectively, it's an exciting season, I haven't seen to the regular top four teams already arranged in the top four this early although not in the recent regular order.

Leeds are indeed a promoted team whose performance so far has not been very good but if they say they will be immediately relegated I think it is too soon to talk about now considering the start of the season only 4 games and there are still many games they have yet to play and to change their position.
and in terms of standings there are even those who carry it more than Leeds such as Norwich, Newcastle and Burnley.
and if you still believe in your decision with the start of this season I think arsenal is also definitely under threat because arsenal is now in 15th position and that is only one level above Leeds which is in 16th place.

As a result, Liverpool won 3-0 and how I assumed Leeds could not score a goal. I do not think that the removal of Struijk was here a decisive factor - just Liverpool is much stronger. It is a pity that I was not configured to bet in this match, if I correctly remember the coefficient that only one team will score was 2.0

Removal of Struijk wasn't that much of a decisive factor but still having all players is better than playing 10 where in manager is forced to make changes , change in formation , strategy. But yeah Liverpool were really proved that they are strong and honestly Matip-Dijk combination is doing wonders for them right now

I'm curious, why aren't you talking about the fact that some teams have the same number of points? all the way up to 7th place. What is formed today will go to the bottom of the table tomorrow, especially for those teams you named. I'm surprised how at the beginning of the season people say that team A will take first place in the championship, team B second, and so on. Only 4 games have been played, and they are making conclusions...

They just want the best for the team they like and they are used to either backing it to the top or desperately wanting to see that team finish the league with a title. 4 match will not determine who will win the title, but the statistics of the wins achieved by a team can be used as a basis for determining who really deserve to be included in the title candidate. That's all I think.

To be fair, Leeds are tired after the last season where they played absolutely every game on same pace and it's not like they had so much time to recover so don't expect great games from Leeds for now. Liverpool played their football today and some of the fans had doubts in this season as usually Liverpool don't stay on top for such a long period and yet with Klopp they re-discover the passion to play football year by year without have huge transfers or selling players.

I think Tottenham should be included in this list once they have all of their players back. The only reason they played bad on the weekend was because they were missing 6 players before the game and then lost Eric Dier their best defender 10 mins into the game. When they have all of their players back they can challenge the top 4. Manchester City have looked good at times but I think they needed a striker. Ronaldo has proven to be a top signing for Manchester United winning them the game on the weekend against Newcastle. I think that is a game that they would have lost last season because they did not have a clinical striker.

I was expecting Leeds to give Liverpool a hard time in the match, but Liverpool got an easy winning and probably secured 3 points. They now have equal points with Manchester United and Chelsea. Liverpool started the season with good performance, and if they continue like this, they will fight for the EPL trophy. Their next Premier League match is against Crystal Palace. But, they will be facing AC Milan in their first Champion League match on Wednesday, which I don't think will be easy for them to win.

Liverpool were playing very good last season until they lost VVD and then they lost more players. They have lost Elliot this season which I think is a bigger deal than rivals fans think because he has been a 1st team player for them and have looked good. He was playing and making good passes all day today until the injury. He looked like he could have scored a couple of times in the game. Leeds need to start sitting back against the bigger teams and stop thinking that they can press. Leeds were pressing very good for the 1st 10 mins but after that they looked tired and the press was not as intense and that is when Liverpool started to dominate. If they sat back and put all of their players behind the ball and try to counter they would have had a better chance imo.

They only drew because of the red card that stopped the ball which I think was not a red card. The ball glanced off his foot and touched his arm but his arm was in a normal position any where else on the field and they would have not given it as a free kick. I think if Liverpool were given the penalty but there was no red card I still think Chelsea would have won with 11 on the field they were the better team and have a clinical finisher in Lukaku. Chelsea are favorites for the title this season I think with only Manchester United and Manchester City who can compete. I think Chelsea will win by a huge margin.

I know the season is still early but I'm glad we've started the season on a high note. Of course we didn't do so well against Chelsea (Chelsea is a superb team btw). But I knew from the onset that we'll definitely beat Leeds even though plenty of people on this thread thought we'll lose. Great game and another 3 points in the bag for the team plus a solid performance.

Yes so far so good they are still on track even though previously some people predicted Liverpool would not be included in the champion candidate
They prefer Man City and Chelsea but at the beginning of the season the composition of the team changed, including Man united who signed Ronaldo so that Man united was the most favorite.

i agree with you, they did nothing special so far, we can't say they are out of the race to win premier league and we can't say they can win it too, nothing happened yet, the next two matches won't show much too, one against Crystal palace on Anfield and the other one against the weakest team Norwich city, playing against big teams is whats going to show their real form this year.

Liverpool won to easy this match against Leeds.I was expecting lots of goals in this match but Leeds at least to have a chance of winning or drawing the match.They lost to easy and even 0-3 against Liverpool. Was expecting much more from Leeds this season but they are just bad.Bielsa needs to wake up his team fast.
