Brighton are one of the clubs that have surprised me a lot. They have won four of their five league matches so far. And they defeated a really tough opponent like Leicester last week with a 2-1 score. Maybe they won't be able to keep this performance up till the end but they can finish the season at a decent position I think.

we really feel impressed by Brighton's performance at the start of this season where they managed to beat Leicester city last week, so they managed to occupy the top 4 in the premier league standings this season, and their performance is very interesting for us to wait for in the match the next one where they only face bottom team Crystal Palace who so far have only managed to collect 4 points from the 4 matches they have played in the premier league this season, three wins can be won again by Graham Potter's team then this will be very special considering there is a reason why they had to face Arsenal last week successfully to win over Burnley

I liked Chelsea's performance so far a lot. They have been playing like real Chelsea since Tuchel started as their manager. His game strategy fits the team perfectly and they are benefiting from this a lot. They even won the Champions League title last season. Now, the target is winning the EPL title. So far everything is working fine for them. Let's see if they are able to maintain this until the last week.

I didn't think that Tottenham would be able to lose quite heavily in that match, even though if we look at the composition of the two teams, it was quite balanced, but in that match Chelsea appeared very dominant with 53 percent ball possession and made 20 attempts, 10 of which led to the goal, in my opinion, in that match tottenham who acted as the host actually could not take advantage of the game situation well so they were only able to shoot 8 times and 2 of them were on target and clear compared to the previous tottenham matches, the statistics in that match are the worst in my opinion.

Losing 2 times in a row in the last 5 match is an unpleasant thing for Tottenham. They started a perfect season with 3 wins in a row but unfortunately their 4th & 5th match had to lose. That's the great thing about the Premier League, there's no chance for a top team to relax even if the opponent looks weak. Just look at Brighton, they are not a top team but managed to rank 4th in the standings one level above Manchester City. But it's true, they are not the favorite team to win the title this season.

Tottenham are sometimes always inconsistent with previous wins but now that they have suffered successive defeats of course this will be bad because Tottenham will be left behind in terms of points, even in the premier league there is no relaxed word where all clubs must try to keep getting points from every game, if you lose then it will be left behind I see the competition will be tight and the points will not be too far from the other team because they will keep trying.
But that's the main league even weak teams like Brighton can survive in the top 4 until now it means they are strong.

we really wonder what happened to Tottenham Hotspur this season where they just lost 0-3 to Chelsea at their own home, and made Tottenham Hotspur have to be thrown into 7th place in the English Premier League standings, what happened to the squad direction of Nuno espirito, even though at the beginning of the first half they played quite well and we can say that Tottenham Hotspur are more dominant than Chelsea in terms of ball possession

I agree with your opinion, the English league does have a fairly competitive competition every season and from season to season we can see a small team that is able to make a surprise like what Brighton is doing now, I think if Brighton continues to be consistent in every match , of course their is certainly not impossible if they deserve to be challengers for the title of this season as was ever done by Leicester City in the past.

Totteham inconsistency in matches, I think it has become their disease every season, and we can see a few seasons ago how tough tottenham was at the beginning of the season but slowly their performance continued to decline when facing big teams or teams whose level was below them, I think this is one of the strong reasons for harry kane so far to be able to immediately leave totteham and move to another club that has a winning mentality.

Ronaldo had a goal once again. He is showing everyone who said he was too old to be bought, one of them was me. I was wrong and I said that he is too old to matter anymore and transferring for him didn't make any sense at all. If Messi picked City instead of PSG then United having Ronaldo would have made a lot more sense because we would once again see a Messi vs Ronaldo in season fighting like Madrid vs Barcelona period. However I kept saying he was too old.

With the last few games he has proven me very very wrong. Dude can still play and he is one of the best at what he does even at his age, if Ibra could play until 40 years old, then I am pretty sure Ronaldo will be a threat until he is 40 years old too.

At first many people thought Brentford could follow Leicester City especially when they beat Arsenal at the start unfortunately their performance is not stable but still worth the wait. So far, no promoted team has the potential to follow Leicester's lead, Brentford  I think has a target to stay in the EPL next season nothing more.

At this point these newly promoted teams all end up in the lower leagues with an exception of Leicester City.  So am not really optimistic of a surprise result  

while Leeds United have the potential to be relegated.

Speaking of Leeds these guys are a total disappointment for me , I really thought they had it all figured out and could shock us with something maybe not winning the Premier League but at the least maybe a top four finish but all this was never materialized.  For people that played fantasy football Bamford was almost a player you couldn't leave out because he always produced results now it's fighting for their survival to remain in the premier league or they get relegated because they aren't playing as a team.

Tottenham should be thankful that they didn't concede more than three goals against Chelsea yesterday. Because Chelsea were playing like they had no opponent in the field in the second half. Tottenham gave up on the game too easily. Son and Kane were in the game also but they had also nothing else to do as the team were in a bad shape.

I am also feeling in this way suddenly what happen to them as they have very good start 3 out of 3 and now after lost against Crystal Palace now against Chelsea at home they completely outclass in second half because in first half they're done very good work and not allow opponent to do anything but in second half they were not on ground and Chelsea was completely in control as they are alone in this game Son and Kane was completely out of game.

After very good end to last season mostly peoples was expecting something very good this season with new coach, but this all is gone in vain, but they still have good enough time to settle things and do some good for better result at the end of this season.

I must indicate that I totally enjoyed the game between Tottenham and Chelsea yesterday. In the first half, Tottenham were also able to compete with Chelsea and they found important chances. But Chelsea stayed strong against them. In the second half, everything changed. Chelsea dominated the whole half from the start to the end. And they scored 2 goals in only 8 minutes. This caused Tottenham to be out-of-morale and they were not fighting anymore. Chelsea took the full control of the game and attacked for the third goal which came in the last minutes. Lukaku were so eager to score especially in the last 15 minutes but he couldn't this time. It was an easy 3-0 victory.

I think spurs players are adapting to Nuno style and philosophy,let's give him time,I was very pleased the way Tottenham Hotspur play in the first half,just that the boys are not clinical enough,I think he we do a good work, let's Levy just believe in this project and give it time,and I hope the players get use to what the new manager want from them  quick, because premier League  don't give much time. They need to take more responsibility and show more commitment to the job at hand

Ronaldo is still productive and will remain productive for a longer time. Even though we have to write off his ability to look younger or his strength, his goal experience and positioning will keep him going. He knows where to position to get good passes, he knows where to position incase goalkeeper pounches the ball out, he can easily send it back. He is very smart in the opposition half more than Manchester united younger strikers.
I believe Ronaldo's reappearance in Man U team will surely reawaken the consciousness of all the younger forwards we have. He is not only a Lord in the game, but a role model to all of them both in and outside the pitch.

Tottenham collapsed too easily after the first goal from Silva. They lost control and gave Chelsea chances to score two more goals. This match is another one to show that Tottenham can not compete for titles and Kane will not stay in that club after this season.

He wanted to leave in the summer but because of Levy (did not want to sell Kane) and because of a bit trouble (lack a few budget) from Manchester City, Kane had to stay in Tottenham. He is professional and contributed good so far but I believe after all, he will leave.

Chelsea are improved too much with Tuchel. In the last season, they came back and took the fourth position from Leicester City, won Champions League. However, I thought Tuchel will get issues with a long season when he begin as a coach. I could be wrong because so far Tuchel is doing his job impressively in the new season.

Yea I think Tuchel is doing a great job, he suprise me too because I thought the new season we show his weakness but I don't think there is any,he has lift the spirits of his player's to another dimension, they are very physical and aggressive and still they show skills and are very attacking side.

Ronaldo is an athlete who cares about his physique or his health very much. Just look at his lifestyle, he is truly an example of a healthy footballer. He is very selective to choose foods and drinks. He exercises in the gym regularly. Also, he spends much time at home when he has no schedule for his teams. Not many footballers can do this.

Well, 36 years is just a number for him, his good lifestyle makes his physique still deserves to compete with young players in EPL. Sure, he is still very competitive and productive to play in EPL league.

Man United is very smart to bring back Ronaldo, I believe Ronaldo can make Man United compete with other big teams in the Premier League.

It is obvious that they are trying to adapt to the new manager's style. We know that this is EPL, you don't experiment here for a long time. Two to three matches are OK for your experiments. Besides Tottenham was not in shamble when he met them, he just needed little modifications. The more the team losses with great margins, the weaker their spirits.
Over the weekend I didn't actually understand what happened with Tottenham finishing. I saw Son many times ahead of Kane. Is that his alleged new tactics? I'm surprised. The formation made Kane lazy throughout the game. Obviously, the young man is no longer happy at the club.

The current English Premier League is much more suitable for Ronaldo's style of play. Especially Ronaldo, because of the good memories in the past from previous performances at Manchester United, has a great motivation to show a good game in the current return. At the same time, I am not sure that just because of the style of play of Messi, he would have managed to perform as well in England. Although it would certainly be interesting to observe the alleged rivalry of these two great footballers of our time within the framework of the same championship, it may be better for Messi that he chose a less intense French championship.

I never doubted Ronaldo,I know his qualities, he is one of the fittest football player I have known.he is even better than zlatan in terms of fitness, he wouldn't have come to the premier League if he doesn't want to compete,he want to win the golden boot and league title that's what is in his head now that's his motivation,he is that kind of person.

their next match in the Premier League would a good challenge for them to prove how strong they are, after big win over Tottenham they should be confident enough, but Man City ain't going to be playing games, they will be aiming for the 3 points after a draw against Southampton, this match is going to show if Chelsea can stay consistent and ateast not lose, in my opinion Man City can win the match, their players will be more motivated to beat the leader in the Premier league.

They had played Everton as the hardest team before their match against Leicester. They lost that game 2-0. In the Leicester match, I thought Leicester City would beat Brighton. Brighton got 3 very critical points. After the first 5 games, they got off to a great start with 4 wins. Congratulations Brighton. They will play against Swansea next week. I will follow that game too.

The arrival of CR7 indeed revived the game from MU. but there are problems that the coach must address. cooperation is still not unified, especially in the defense sector. while on the front, I think CR7 and friends are still very productive by scoring 13 goals in 5 matches.

Yes maybe, but this has to be taken seriously, what else by big teams on top 4, I just remember Leicester city 2015-2016 as Premier league champion which has a possible chance of 5000:1 or Chievo Verona 2001-2002 going top 5 Italy league. Let's see vs CP, are they still enough confidence?.

they have to play against Swansea first in the league cup, maybe they can handle it, that club is not enough strong than Leicester. or That club is just like you said (inconsistencies and the declining performance ).
