Ever since Manchester United played Chelsea, they have failed to keep clean sheet.
Chelsea drew six of there of their last seven home games.
Kovacic technique was just beautiful,I would watch that over and over again.
Manchester City leads the premier league table with nine points.

Seems you are prohibited from mentioning Liverpool, lol, well the match today was between Liverpool and Chelsea and it was an entertaining game at stamford bridge, but seriously am so ashamed of Liverpool after going two goals up, I really thought at least it was going to be hard for chelsea but they gave away the game and Chelsea came back to equalize even in the first half, well as it is Manchester city would still love this result.

they excel with 2 goals which are fairly fast and are rewarded by 2 goals which are very fast too LOL.
Here I initially sided with Liverpool but when the second half went on I felt their attacks were too monotonous and their attack creation seemed unpatterned.
overall judging from the match just now of course chelsea is very superior in every way but unfortunately their score has to be a draw and this has strengthened my favorite team to be at the top right now

At least Chelsea didn't loose in the match, they still played a good defence.
It's more better to play draw than to lose.

Chelsea has drawn their three straight matches which are not encouraging if they want to keep remaining in the top three positions of the EPL table.
Today's match is like a clash of titans. In the first half of the match, Liverpool was totally in control while the second half was for Chelsea. Fantastic comeback for Chelsea in the second half but they would have won the match to at least close the gap between Manchester City on top

I got what I wanted from the Chelsea - Liverpool game today. Both teams played really great and I wouldn't see it unfair if one of them would have managed to win. A 2-2 score at the end was nice to see. Chelsea didn't have an easy work against a this much powerful team. But they still managed to make a huge comeback from a 2-0 score which I appreciated a lot. But this score wasn't good for both teams as Manchester City got a big chance to open the gap with these two more.

I was just delighted with the great game between Chelsea and Liverpool today. After I saw that Lukaku wasn't going to play in this game, I was having big doubts about whether Chelsea would be able to get even one point in this game. Because when he is also in the game, Chelsea also are playing much more differently. And Liverpool really made a great start by getting 2-0 ahead already in a short time. However Chelsea weren't intending to give up. And they made a really huge comeback by bringing the score to 2-2. The first half was just marvelous. And I should admit that Kovacic scored a spectacular goal. The second half wasn't that impressive and it ended by this score. But I really enjoyed this superb game.

Yes we all agree that this match is very interesting especially for Chelsea players they deserve credit for making a comeback It's not easy to do it when they are 2 goals down
From this match we can see that both teams are still worthy of competing for the title it's just that Man city is still firmly at the top of the standings but there is still time there are still many matches left.

We have almost 17 more rounds until end of this season so just 2 or 3 poor matches from top rank teams can change all situation very quickly with next round we have very exciting match between Manchester City vs Chelsea which is very important for title race if City won this then surely it's hard for any team to stop them otherwise we will have some very entertaining matches for all top 3 teams with now Arsenal and Tottenham are also having very good form in recent matches for staying in European connection and West Ham and Manchester Unites are also trying their best for some space even facing some different problems but currently with these 7 teams we have very open season here in English Premier League.

Yes it can happen in big matches for example on January 15  Man city vs Chelsea or Man city vs Liverpool, Man city vs Man united at least I see 4 big games ahead
In addition to these big matches, sometimes we also see strong teams being beaten by weak teams or playing a draw like what happened to Chelsea and Liverpool last week

Yes it was a great game an unjoyable one both teams performed well i wish we couldve seen more goals in the second half because a draw made the competition for the title boring now with this gap i dont think they can catch up to man city.

Jurgen Klopp has COVID and he will be quarantined.His assistant will lead Liverpool during the match against Chelsea.I wonder will this have any kind of  negative impact over the Liverpool players.
Chelsea isn't very consistent in their results,since several players also have COVID and are quarantined.
My bet is that Liverpool will win.
The sad thing is that the pandemic and the lack of some quarantined football players will have great influence over the teams in 2022.
I'm sure that Manchester City will win the trophy in the end.They have lots of high quality players and having one or two quarantined won't be such a big problem.

I hope Jürgen Klopp gets well soon.  Its absence will of course be felt.  But I'm sure Klopp's assistants are just as good as he is.  They have been working together for a long time.  They will try to fill Klopp's place until he gets out of the quarantine process.  It will not be a problem for training, but there may be problems during the match, maybe because of Klopp's absence.  Still, somehow Klopp can communicate with his assistants and provide tactics.  Liverpool-Chelsea match will be an important experience for Liverpool players as well as Klopp.  Will they be able to succeed without their coach?  Due to Chelsea's recent play, I think Liverpool can easily beat Chelsea even without Klopp.  Of course, if the coronavirus allows and the match can be played

Well as you can see they drew, and the game was not boring, at least in the first half. The Londoners gave Liverpool two goals in the dressing room, maybe that made them a little nervous, I don't know. The second half was dry, and even a bit boring, but despite that the game was more or less OK

It was an interesting game to watch, Liverpool were dominant at first but kovacic strike brought hope to Chelsea,but I think Mendy keep the game alive by saving that strike from Mohamed Salah,the game was equal.timo Werner and Lukaku were missed. Seeing her Liverpool are at this match, I think they will find it hard to cope without Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah once they leave for AFCON.

Damn, without Klopp as you say, can you even imagine his face in front of the TV when his team conceded two goals right before halftime? I guess all the Liverpool players were happy just for a minute that Klopp can't speak to them during halftime!

Is that too important to you? I would never have done it even if I wasn't a Liverpool fan. It was not the best match between the two team but the result was enough to help each team get 1 point in their bid to compete with Manchester City.

Chelsea are more prepared to win this match at home than Liverpool but if you ask who deserved to win then I believe it is Liverpool and you don't have to argue with me even though you are a Chelsea fan.

What is too important to me? I don't even get your statement dude. Everyone knows how emotional Klopp is, there are awesome videos on Youtube. Conceding two goals right before halftime would have made him freak out for sure. Regarding the first goal I guess he would have just been incredibly impressed. The goal was insane. What a curve the ball took. Anyway, 1 point is bad for both. That's not the way you can stay close enough to Man City to put pressure on them.

Definitely a good point that someone who didn't watch the game could think Chelsea was without chances. The one Pulisic gave away in the beginning was crazy. That must be 100% a goal. In essence, Mane had the same situation on the other side and managed to circumvent the goalkeeper. Some also said that Mane should have seen the red card for his elbow a few seconds into the game. Many situations that can turn things upside down here.

4 goals in 1st half are certainly an interesting game from a top club. I hope I can see this in 2nd half, but they played enough carefully and tightly and they strengthen the defense, so many chances but can't execute to goal. What happen with Lukaku?, I heard about conflict from him with Tuchel. Now, this draw, there is too many different points (10 pts) with manchester city if still keep the Ego, the title is far away too.

In fact it was an "eletrizantre" game.
Seeing two Liverpool goals and then a Chelsea draw made me bet on a very close second and with at least 3 more goals, it's a shame that it didn't happen, but it was, in fact, a very game. beautiful because the pace of the game did not decrease and neither did the scoring opportunities.

Though, an upset from the Londoners would have been very welcome if Kelleher hadn't caught that kick from Pulisic.

In hindsight, both Liverpool and Chelsea have both drawn each other (home and away) - losing more points and I'm more than convinced they're both still title contenders. liferpol couldn't secure the net after they won 2 goals, and chelsea could equalize the score in the first half, and they had to settle for sharing the numbers last night, with the draw that chelsea and liferpol got, manchester city can be a little relieved, because their points are already far adrift , only 17 games remaining, if chelsea is able to intercept manchester city next week, maybe the chance for liferpol and chelsea to win the title is still open, as long as liferpol and chelsea can stop manchester city in the next meeting, liferpol and chelsea still have a chance to get the title.

At the start of the game, Liverpool looked better than Chelsea, even though they were less in attack but they could instead take a few chances into goals. Unfortunately, before halftime Liverpool's defense became careless and it had to be paid dearly because Chelsea was able to score 2 goals in just 4 minutes.

Overall, the game between Chelsea and Liverpool was a very exciting match. The match was running at a fairly fast tempo and both teams took the initiative to attack and I think a draw is a deserved result for both of them.
