Chelsea already sold some players which am sure Pochettino made the perfect decision by selling those players, it’s of no use keeping all those players, they have no any impact on the club’s performance, the club is just getting worst, chelsea is just wasting money on them, I really commend Pochettino for making the decision which he made to clean Chelsea squad, and he is making good decisions by signing new players, am sure the player’s which he sign will help Chelsea performance, but Chelsea management have to give Pochettino to stabilize with the new players, they shouldn’t be in rush, things might not really be easy for the coach at the beginning of the season, so he should be given enough time to adapt with the club and the new players joining.

Chelsea got money from selling Havertz, Mendy, Kovacic, Koulibaly, Loftus-Cheek, and they added Nkunku and Jackson to the team. Eventually they will continue selling other players like Lukaku, Mount... in order to restructure the team.
That move should be done to build a healthier team. Thus, we should be aware that with the current squad, fans shouldn't expect much from Chelsea other than trying to pick a Europa League or Conference League spot. If they want to fight for EPL or Champions League spot, they have to recruit more players and manage the team in a better way.

But if you really pay attention to the tension of the match, then the match between Liverpool vs Manchester City is the most tense match in the Premier League. These two sides as been a tough rivals in EPL in the last few years. Liverpool has not always been an easy side for Manchester city to defeat be it in the best n or in their worst season. The only side that were deficient both in the home and the away clash was Chelsea. I was surprised they were able to hold a tie against Liverpool   I suggest that was Salthur's good effort. This was a good impression,  and I was hoping to see more coming from him but then he was replaced by Frank Lampard. Chelsea played a nice football against Manchester city during Tuchels tutelage. their last season's clash was nothing to the right home about.

Last season Arsenal was good, they led the standings in a few weeks, but Arsenal are not good enough to take advantage of opportunities, especially in the last few games towards the end of the season. You might be referring to the win that Liverpool had against Manchester City in their home game when it ended 1-0 for Liverpool, but when you look at the second game in April when Manchester City played at home, Liverpool didn't have a chance at all. Manchester City was in full control of the game and Liverpool had a single shot on target in over 90 minutes, not to mention that Manchester City had around 70% ball possession as well and was nonstop firing at Liverpool's goal. Liverpool has to improve many things to compete with City again and for now they will first try to find back to their strength and then go from there for the big games.

Blues didn't not qualify for any significant spots this season, they will play like any other mediocre clubs. I feel sad for the club when they triggered the sales of majority of their players, but it's never too late, they're scouting talented players, which will suit in the style of play.Chelsea restructure the club, by selling most of their crucial players, they don't mind the consequences of their actions, wiping out old style and implementation of new budgets and room for new players. Mauricio Pochettino is craving to start a game as manager in charge of blues team, let's hope for the best from the club.

I believe Liverpool will be the biggest competition Manchester City will face for the league.
I don't see Manchester United as a team that will be comfortably among the top 4. They might be there but they will struggle to keep up.
I know its still too early to predict but I feel the top 4 will be Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Newcastle/Manchester United in that order
Liverpool really mean business and they are giving Klopp the backing he needs. If they succeed in signing Osimhen then they will be a fearful team. With the right service Osimhen can score a lot of goals and they already have Salah who is a very good goal scorer. With Osimhen and Salah Liverpool will have two players that guarantee 25 league goals each a season.

If Kane is not traded this summer, he will go free next season. It's probably better to get 100 (90 or even 80-70) million than to lose a player for free. I doubt that a club like Tottenham can afford to "pay" for any player 100 million (plus salary) a year. If your question is intended for next season, I think all teams deserve to compete with Manchester City. But if your question is competition for the championship next season, I think Manchester United and Liverpool are still worthy enough to compete with Manchester City. So far, Manchester United and Liverpool have managed to get some great players to strengthen certain lines that they might have previously considered very weak.

I suppose De Gea won't have any problems finding a new club during the summer pause, but ten Haag made a u-turn and expressed again that he doesn't fully trust him while still leaving a door oPen to re-sign him. Isn't this disrespectful when your club doesn't want to offer you a contract just yet, but first see what the market is doing and whether other goalkeepers become available? This is not disrespectful yet, but how awkward would the situation be for De Gea when Manchester United fails at signing a new goalkeeper and then as a second or third solution offer him a new contract. If that is how this is going to play out, he should be asking for a salary higher than he had before. He could be better off signing a new contract as a free agent elsewhere no matter how Manchester United decides.

Liverpool have given up on recruiting Osimhen after Osimhen clarified that he would not join Liverpool. But it could be that he will change his mind if no other offers come his way. But so far, many big EPL teams are interested in Osimhen, such as Manchester United and Chelsea. I think Liverpool will look for other alternatives if they fall short in signing Osimhen. Now, if you look at the Depth of Liverpool squad for next season, I think they already have a fairly aggressive attacking trio where Nunez, Gakpo and M Salah. However, Kloop is also considering signing another striker just in case his main player is absent or fails to show better performance next season.
