He didn't get good respect from Manchester United before he ended his contract with Manchester United. Even before the end of his contract with Manchester United, we heard rumors that Erik Ten Hag would be looking for a new goalkeeper for next season. De Gea is no longer in his prime, thus I doubt he'll be able to join a team in Europe and win trophies with them. If the Saudi offer arrives, he should not hesitate to decline it. I'm confident that he'll do quite well there, and that his contributions will be greatly appreciated and acknowledged, as opposed to his current team.

I also think that Nunez has not yet said his last word at Liverpool and Klopp sees the potential of this player very well and with due diligence, the player should have even more progress in the playing field. In the coming season I also think that clubs like Man utd, Newcastle, Arsenal and of course Liverpool will compete very fiercely not to let Man City win the EPL title again. And Jurgen Klopp is currently really serious about increasing the strength of the team. especially for midfield. at least Liverpool have improved in terms of players and they want Liverpool to have the glory it used to have and I would agree if Liverpool bring in an attacking player to side with Nunez because it doesn't seem to be completely healthy after the injury he had so he needs a replacement player or is able to temporarily replace Nunez.

With comeback of Jota, Diaz, Klopp will have more options than only relying on Nunez. They have some good attacking players who can support and replace with each other in different matches. It is not their most weakest hole in their squad so they must prioritize to buy players at other areas like midfield and defensive areas.

Whether Nunez will be able to play better in a new season, we can not say about that now. He already have one season to familiarize with Liverpool style and a next season will be a decisive one for his future in Liverpool. If he succeeds to show his contribution, he will become an important part of Liverpool. If he repeats disappointed performance like in the past season, he will face with very bad future in Liverpool and might leave the club.
