We all know that every coach has a different strategy and regardless of Pochettino's experience as Spurs coach, maybe he wants to do a major overhaul and has a desire to bring in new players who want to be added to the Chelsea first team as well as to let players who are not needed out of the main squad. , It's clear that Pochettino has a tough task to fix Chelsea, which slumped last season, so he really has to completely overhaul the main squad at Chelsea.

It has been a 12-year journey for De Gea with Manchester United. He is still not too old for a goalkeeper as well and his performance should have been enough to convince the board to give what he wanted. If somehow this Onana transfer doesn't happen I wonder if they have another formula.

But now playing well in own job desk isn't enough to become a good player, you need to have some other skill and put more effort. A goalkeeper need to have an accurate pass, a defender need to have quick sprint and become a midfielder during attack position, a winger need to have a good shot and how to score a goal, not only have quick sprint and give an assist to a center forward player.

Guardiola seems to be interested in de Jong now as this article says. That would be an interesting exchange as they let Gundogan go and try to replace him with a much younger player. Maybe this has all been set up without anyone knowing if this transfer really happens. I think de Jong is more defensive than Gundogan and scores a lot less goals in his time at Barcelona, but Guardiola seems to have an idea about how to proceed with Manchester City next season.
