But there is a slightly funny news that I read this morning. I forgot not to save the link. but the point is that Manchester United after receiving rejection from Inter Milan, Man United is currently experiencing a goalkeeping crisis. And maybe Man United panicked a bit. In fact, the news that I read said that Man United asked De Gea not to rush to choose another club. I think it's a little funny because after Man United's treatment of De Gea they are still asking De Gea for something. I laughed reading the news.

De Gea is the one who cause Manchester United let him to leave the team, Manchester United still want to keep him, but De Gea want higher salary. Manchester United don't want to spend more money especially De Gea performance wasn't that good in the last season.

Well even though Inter reject the offer, Manchester United still have plan B to sign other goalkeeper, there are many cheap goalkeepers out there.

Actually De Gea has agreed to extend the contract with Manchester United even with a salary cut in it. But then Man United pulled back the agreement made and replaced it with a new offer, which saw a large number of salary cuts. And De Gea is certainly not happy about this. so he did not sign the new contract offer.

I understand that Man United is having financial difficulties. So that the club was forced to cut more of the salary offered to De Gea. the first cut De Gea Agree. But for the second deduction I think it is not feasible to be done in a short time by the Club. it will definitely hurt De Gea's feelings a little. after the salary is deducted why should it be deducted again.

Everybody talking about the number 7 and the potential pressure to perform or fit in the shoes of the former player who wore it should just calm down. Mason should be allowed to create his own persona in that number. He is a star player in his own right as he got the energy, versatility and technical prowess. Yes that's right. Wearing shirt number 7 must be mentally prepared. I hope the number 7 should be saved for this year... what's more, Mason Mount last season was not very good when playing with Chelsea. I'm afraid he isn't ready mentally, Garnacho is also not ready to wear number 7, because he is still not consistent as a starter, in my opinion Bruno or Rashford are more suitable to use number 7.

I don't want to put too much hope in Mason Mount, especially since he was given the number 7 shirt. Pep shall not feel worry regarding it. He is still owning the best squad in the world. Missing gundogan from the club was not so bad caused by city got kovacic as gundogan's replacement. Arsenal and LFC will come with new faces. MU is not buying a lot of players this season due to the limited budget to be spent in the transfer season. It is all about Manchester City, if they don't struggle during the season I doubt that another team will be able to take the title away from them. Arsenal played on a really high level and yet it wasn't enough, which in turn means that they need to play a better season than last season and that is a huge task for them. It's true, Pep Guardiola seemed to have realized the possibility from the start especially when he managed to make Manchester City dominate the Premier League. But does he need to work without sleep? No, the pressure is fine for him because he will be more likely to continue to improve and adapt to things.

Stopping the dominance of Manchester City will not be as easy as imagined. Even if all the teams came together to stop Manchester City's move at all costs, I don't think it would have much of an impact. Yes, indeed Manchester City should always be consistent in every season because in the next season almost all clubs will strengthen their performance and formation, especially Arsenal, Newcastle, Liverpool and Manchester United.
Some of the clubs that I mentioned will be a threat to Manchester city if their carelessness several times or being inconsistent will open up opportunities for other clubs to replace their positions and the closest thing is that Arsenal will always try to shift Manchester city's position.

Chelsea players had a very high turnover in the past two seasons that you find them everywhere even playing with their direct opponents. Chelsea doesn't seem to have much options regarding them.
For Mount, I expect him to improve under Ten Hag management and he had to prove himself within the team. Manchester United exigence isn't the same as Chelsea and the rythm and obligations are quite different. Otherwise the number 7 tells a lot
