Manchester United and Chelsea are just following each other each week.

That's true mate because Manchester United and Chelsea seem to have been having the same challenges in times of performance, they are very unpredictable, when you think they are picking form the next day they began to lose matches they were supposed to win.

My question is that what is really happening to those club, because this is unlike them, years ago Manchester United and Chelsea was the pride of London because of there performances but now there performance has become zero.

Perhaps the earlier they realize there areas of there lapsis the better for them.

Honestly, it sucks watching this Manchester United team everytime they play, look at Manchester City, they aren't at their best yet Manchester United are still shy to attack them.

Manchester United were just scared. I knew the match was going to be an easy win for Manchester City. We all can see the way Manchester United have been performing poorly. We know Manchester City are not at their best, but I can say they are better than Manchester United.  The match just looks like Manchester City played against a small team. Manchester United defense was so weak and Manchester City was able to penetrate it easily. If not for Onana, Manchester United would have conceded more than 3 goals in the match. Manchester City played well in today’s match, even with some of their players being absent and they playing at Old Trafford, they still played well.

Playing at home still does not allow Manchester United play well, and of course the result in this match is a bad result for Manchester United. Because after all, Manchester United did not have a good effort to build attacks, and playing at home still made Manchester United get very heavy pressure against Manchester City. But apart from that, at least I happy with the win Manchester City got in this match because after all, Manchester City clearly still need full points in every match of course to overtake Arsenal and Tottenham who are ranked first and second at the moment.

Liverpool did alright, honestly the only unexpected result for me was the Newcastle game, rest seems like normal stuff.

The league is still on it is early stages give or take, sure we have gone over 2 month period now, getting to third month being over, so it is not like we haven't had any games, but so many things could still change, remember last year when Arsenal lead the league like for most of the season up until the very end and then City ended up winning, so it is not like it would be unheard of to see things change at the last minute. I am guessing that it is not going to be easy and we are going to end up with some changes again, we just need to make sure that we are betting according to that.

You can keep betting on teams like Spurs and Liverpool and all that for the time being, but there will be a moment when they will not be doing this great, and when that moments hits, we need to make sure that we are at the right time and at the right place and not betting a lot on them.

To start with, Ten Hag don't have any more tactics and strategy to use anymore it's now a trial and fail ten hag tactics. Why will he pair Maguire and Evans at the CB there was no aggressiveness in the pairing Haalland was always free inside the box as there was no close marking,  and the midfield with Bruno and Erikson was total zero. Manchester City outplayed the midfield there was no fighting back or challenging spirit from United making the match a dull Manchester Derby with City doing all the playing and scoring.

Manchester city is performing excellently and deserves to win in this game I jus feel disappointed with the kind of performance Manchester united is putting up today as it just too poor for a home team, earlier in the first half I was thinking they would probably so better by the second half but they seem even worse in the second half, the midfield lacks coordination and they hardly get hold of the ball for.minutes.

Manchester United and Chelsea are just following each other each week. I do not know which of the two teams is poorest right now. The penalty in the first half which was awarded by VAR changed the game and made Manchester City become more confident to attack, but it was the same kind of similar tackle that Gabriel had on Hojlund during the Manchester United and Arsenal game, but got away with it. These decisions are not consistent and they make predicting outcomes of some tackles made in the penalty box. Manchester United had some chances to score in the first half, they did not use their chances and they were punished.

If it's comparing Manchester united and Chelsea, I did say that from all indication, Manchester united is sure playing better than Chelsea, atleast the EPL confirms this as Manchester united currently have 15 points while Chelsea is still sitting at 12 points.

I would say that I expected nothing less from this game today, there was never a time Manchester united was going to beat Manchester city, atleast, not in this season and not with Manchester united's current form or performance, I am not surprised that Manchester city beat man united 3 goals to nothing, from the onset, I have personally expected the game to be an easy win for city, though I did hoped for a surprise which didnt come, unfortunately.

You are right with everything that you said and I agree with you that this is not the season that Manchester United will be able to win Manchester City, bit I was expecting a goal from Manchester United and this wasn't possible because they couldn't use the dew chances that they had to score.

Manchester United didn't play with confidence at all, it shows that even before the match they have accepted defeat. What made me angry was the penalty that took place in the first half. Assuming the penalty was not conceded, maybe there would have been a balanced game. This is a very poor season for Manchester United and something needs to be done fast when the transfer window is open. Manchester City deserves the win.

It's too sad to watch this match Manchester City really controlled the match from all sides imagine 20 shots fired 10 on target Manchester City should have scored more than 3 goals lol, at first I thought Manchester United would fight because they were playing at home but what happened was just the opposite Manchester United didn't get any space to score. I agree with you Manchester City will take advantage of every match to get 3 points they want to catch up on points because previously they lost 6 points from 2 defeats so there is no other way if City wants to remain competitive with Arsenal and Tottenham then every match is a point only in that way Manchester City get closer to the top of the standings.

Scared of what the condition of Manchester United was there was no way they could have beaten Manchester City, even people who were arguing I was just laughing at them the manpower of the two clubs can not be compared, one thing people don't understand is that even with manchester city not been at there best you can not underestimate the strength of a wounded lion, that is what happens in the case of manchester city and manchester united.

The way Manchester City played was hilarious to the extent of winning Manchester United 3:0, the defense of Manchester United with the goalkeeper should be a concern, at least 1:0 is not bad but Haaland scored 2 :0, and Foden scored the third goal with one assist, impressive play from manchester city, and de brune was not even present, and see the damage that was done, manchester united don't have anything to offer.

Man City deserved to win in a match like this, because from Erik Ten Hag strategy it can be seen that he played too much ball at the back, while Man City was very focused on controlling the ball and attacking. So it's not surprising that the gap is wide open and Man United has nothing in the front line or in the midfield.

Haaland activated his goal again, Man City played so freely, open and wide on all sides, able to press as they pleased. Surprisingly, Erik Ten Hag made no changes in the second half. Still as confident as Onana's build up method where the ball always has no clear direction.

No lies, Manchester city were deserving of the win. They tactically outshined Manchester United in today’s derby match. Manchester United were worst in tactics. They never pressing and never in possession. Simply having ball in their  own half and send back to Onana, the goalkeeper. I think people don’t really understand this Manchester United side, because they have been managing to grab points doesn’t mean that they’re playing good football.

 Honestly, they haven't made any progress from last season, rather they have retrogress. I can't see any style of play. What makes it painful is the absence of fighting spirit in this team. Manchester city was the better side. They approach the game fearlessly and I didn’t like it that Manchester United we’re not able to match them.

To be honest, I didn't watch this fight. but it's predictable, isn't it, that City is superior to the bookies and City shows it by winning. There are several points that are the reason for me to always observe what Pep does for his squad in match after match, even though I don't always have to watch it.
However, I can see it based on match data and statistics. and as I expected, Pep Guardiola did something with his squad again. I'm not sure what Pep Guardiola actually wants to do with his system and tactics. Due to this match, Akanji was banned from playing because of a red card, Pep put Bernardo Silva in Akanji's position. even though usually this position is always occupied by Mateo Kovacic, but again Pep rotated trying to play Bernardo, even though the player played very well. Apart from that, Pep played Jack Grealish, even though this winger is now more likely to be played in the Champions League. points, in every match City plays. Pep never uses the same line-up, unlike in previous seasons. but in fact, they still look good and impressive. I'm curious, what formula and pattern will be Pep Guardiola's mainstay, especially after the first half of the season ends.

As for United, this time I don't understand what Ten Hag is doing. I only refer to statistics, and the line-up he plays. It seems that Ten Hag is really experiencing a setback, so he is having difficulty showing United like last season. In this match, he actually has players who are worthy of being the starting eleven in this match. but he didn't, or perhaps didn't have a better option. As a result, City calmed down the match. However, their position is now in 3rd place in the standings, having the same points as Arsenal, 2 points behind Spurs. Interesting isn't it, at least the Premier League is more competitive in the top four of the standings.

In the first Manchester Derby of the season, Manchester City had an easy match, I knew that United did not have much of a chance, what could they do? As we know, Manchester City has experienced downfalls from time to time, they are a team with a certain system, they have a squad that will not lose easily, and at the same time, the Coach has a good performance today.

They played a match. Onana Manchester United was the best of the match. Manchester City's squad, as I said, really has top-level players and it is very difficult to stop them, they are becoming more and more unstoppable.

Manchester united is something else these days when it comes to their gameplay because the team has failed to reach the entertainment that fans need to see in most of their games and this derby match today will an perfect example of what am saying because through out the whole game they never actually played like a Side that actually wanted to win the game instead they were just being cautious of the amount of goals that they might conceive from this city side which is the height of poor performance from them.

Kudos to Onana because he made some saves to limit Manchester City's goals, and kudos to Rodry for controlling the midfield and giving his maximum effort to the team and leading them to victory.

The Premier League is now tough after ten matches. Tottenham is playing very impressively, as they are now leading the table with two points ahead of Manchester City and Arsenal, and Chelsea and Manchester United are still struggling to get consistency because the league is now tough and every team is making an effort to get a good performance in the league.

Manchester united have so much problem and I don't know how soon they will resolve it and get back on track fully, soonest fans and everyone will loose confidence in ten hag and he may likely loose his job soon if he doesn't improve his tactics and get the team back on track. Especially when they meet with Manchester city they always seem to be too scared to play well with them let alone win them.


Soon it will happen that Manchester united will be struggling amongst the small teams in the premier league if they continually perform in this manner. Manchester city is looking so promising to be the champions of the premier league this season although they are yet to be at the top but I think they are currently on the race which is currently between Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester city as they are currently occupying the top four position on the table.

Man City success in winning three points at Old Trafford is worthy of appreciation, Halaand and Foden were the decisive winners for Pep squad. However, we shouldn't just underestimate Man United by calling it a small team, that's the same as forgetting Man City defeat to Wolves just like that, we are certainly surprised that a team that holds the status of defending EPL and UCL champions can also be defeated by a mediocre club. So I think the ups and downs in performance are very natural, we have got an idea of the journey of the two clubs in their previous matches.

From another point of view, if you look at the budget spent by Ten Hag in the transfer market, United should have performed better than they are currently. But we also have examples of other clubs, such as Chelsea, which has had more or less the same fate as The Red Devils squad this season. Overall, it could be said that they are having difficulty reaching the top four at the end of the season, but it is still too early and the journey has not yet reached half of the season.
