However they made me really annoyed after that performance. How can you be this clumsy while you can find numerous chances to score in the first half?

I really don't understand this team. They are still the same as the previous season. There is literally no change despite spending around 500 million euros before this season as well. This team deserve to be managed way better.

I dont think the players are the problem, it is the ones who run the management. I dont think they can motivate them. I think Chelsea will have no chance to win anything in the premier league this season, so they have to win against Blackburn in the League Cup today. With so much money in the club, the must win a title. The Premier League, the FA Cup and the Champions League are no longer possible - what remains is the League Cup.

With the huge expenditure they have spent on building the squad this season, Chelsea are not favorites in the three competitions UCL, EPL and FA Cup, I don't know how the management and club officials think about keeping Pochettino as head coach. It is clear that this expenditure figure is not comparable to the League Cup trophy, which cannot necessarily be achieved due to continuous inconsistency. I think it is very appropriate to no longer trust them to place bets, because it will make us lose.

By being absent from European competition, the Blues should have focused more on securing full points in the EPL, and it seems they failed to do so considering that in ten matches they were only able to collect 12 points and occupy 11th place in the standings. I think this season is their worst period in the last decade.

It's not like I'm saying the guy should not have a life but is this not something he should worry about, considering as that might affect Rashford performance in training? No, ten Hag is absolutely not going to be the next Alex Ferguson. I agree with you and I was more referring to a final judgment about ten Hag's career and that is why I said that I also believe that the Premier League might not be the place where someone with his character can prevail. At Ajax Amsterdam he had lots of players who were not stars yet and I think they get along better with arrogant and highly authoritarian coaches like him. Ten Hag doesn't seem to have great connections to his players. He wants to demonstrate power with force. Alex Ferguson certainly was a person that demanded a lot of respect from the players, but I think he still had a knack for his players and their problems. The example you gave with Sancho is perfect as it's exactly what I think ten Hag doesn't understand as a coach.

Arsenal's match against Newcastle is quite difficult to predict and Arsenal are much more favorites because so far they have not been defeated in the Premier League. Yeah what you said is true, adding Chelsea to our betting slip is risky because even me, when I saw that they seem to be a bit in a good form considering few of there matches they won so I decided to give it a try by adding them to my slip and at last all the game a played entered but however it was only Chelsea that made me not win the bet.

Also even Manchester United I use to be very scared using them for a bet, because Manchester United and Chelsea always have a similar ways of winning and losing matches so based on that you could hardly know what there outcome will be on every of there matches so predicting them will be very difficult.

After losing to Brentford last week it was true that there was a bit of hesitation in betting on Chelsea. It's very unlikely that they will have difficulty scoring goals and continuously concede goals even though their players are above average. I see that Chelsea lacks players who can finish. Their development is good, actually there is progress, the midfield is full of gems, but in the front line they are the problem. This is Poch's big task to continue to hone the front line players and the next opening against Blackburn.

Because Coach Poch doesn't understand modern football methods. Actually, Chelsea has no excuse for their poor performance if you look at the players they have. They have all the ball speed, movement and passing. It's just that Poch has to be clever at placing players and has to be the main focus during training.

That's why I often miss betting on every Chelsea match. Because since last season I have always been disappointed when betting on them. What makes us even more disappointed is that they even lost in front of their own supporters. But I'm still waiting for this team to get better. It's just that I still don't understand what's wrong with this club. They have changed coaches several times. They have already spent money in the transfer market. But they haven't gotten any results so far. It's just that the Chelsea players seem to have lost their confidence. Because actually if Chelsea were in their best condition with the squad they currently have then they should be better than this. It has been 2 seasons since Brentford managed to beat Chelsea. I think placing a bet on Chelsea to win that match was very risky judging by their dismal performance against Arsenal penultimate weekend a team that was two goals up and consequently conceded those two goals towards the end of the match is not a team that is really worth betting on, I also placed some bets in last week premier league matches but on Aston Villa to win against Luton and Liverpool to win against Nothingham Forest both bet win instead of betting on Chelsea to win against Brentford, honestly the problem of the club with regards to their dismal performance should be on both the players and the manager despite the massive investment on signing new expensive players yet the club continue to struggle in winning matches.

Chelsea has really been inconsistent this season, they win a few games and at same time loose some and has not been able to maintain a good spot on the table this season, so it will really be a bad idea betting on them wouldn't really be a good idea as they may disappoint as they did with Brentford.

But then I hope in the coming week they get better because Chelsea actually have a good squad dept with quality players who are capable of getting them points enough to be amongst the top position on the table at least amongst top five, there is still some time as the league just passed it's tenth week so they have over fifteen more weeks ahead to improve on their performance and tactics for now I'm only sure they wouldn't end in relegation but don't know about the league title if they will be able to get that by the end of the season but for now if you must add them to your bet slip, it's safe to choose other options asides them winning in a game.

It is not something that is indeed an anomaly because in the end this condition has occurred for 2 seasons and until now Chelsea still does not know where their problems lie.
Next week they will face Tottenham who are currently still very superior at the start of the season and this could be a difficult condition again for Chelsea.
Pochettino has racked his brains and tried various things although the previous 3 strikers were good but they still seem to expect a 1 striker scheme as a foundation.

Manchester United and Chelsea are two different clubs but their fate is the same this season. There is too much pressure from many parties to perform better, which makes them less confident, so they often experience defeats from clubs they should be able to face but never get. good result, I think betting by avoiding those two clubs was the right decision because I did it too.

Well, the issue with Chelsea is one I personal can not or have not really come to terms with, this club was once one of the best, but all of a sudden, things completely changed for them.
I guess Chelsea is the true definition of the saying that nothing lasts or stays the same forever.

And it's not just chelsea but Manchester city as well, through our this season and maybe next season, I have concluded within myself never to place a bet on any game any of this clubs are playing, for they can disappoint and make one lose game when he or she least expect it, when one bet against them, they may likely win or end the game in a draw, and when one bet on them to win, they may likely lose or possibly end the game in a draw, and what if one bet on a draw?, they may likely win or lose  .

Everybody knows Chelsea performance this season has been poor, those youngsters they spend that humongous amount on, haven't proven the worth of money been spent in them. I think they should be given more time to build confidence and to gather experience, look at arsenal,  they had similar difficulties some years back when arteta took over the mantle of leadership, so over time the youngsters have gotten a lot of experience, the arsenal you see today performing this good, is as a result of the experience this players have gotten playing together as a team.

Gambling might be inconsistent but betting on a team like Chelsea is risky. The club showed some signs of improvement only to lose an opportunity to win against Arsenal and lose painfully against Brentford. Chelsea fans in my area have suffered from heartbreak because of many unexpected losses. The club has spent $ 400 million in the transfer market this year but the have been no positive results. The fans are so furious that one had to confront Nicolas Jackson for his underperforms against Brentford. Football is not emotional so the fans have to endure this poor performance.

Mauricio Pochettino is fortunate to be under the management of Todd Boehly because he would have been sacked if it was Roman Abramovich who is in charge.

I watched someone who flew from sydney to the london just to see chelsea humiliated by brentford. That's so crazy to think if chelsea is going back to the its best performance again. Chelsea will face a low tier club in the EFL club.

Me too. I don't even understand the management and coach of this team. he keeps do the same thing again. He was being an appointment of chelsea for this year but it feels like that pochettino has no impact to the club.

In Premier League match I don't think good ideas betting for Chelsea or Manchester United who have inconsistent performance although facing with small teams, but tonight you can bet for Chelsea on EFL Cup round 16 against Championship team Blackburn Roves. Have rotation players its not huge problem for Chelsea winning against Blackburn Roves and looks EFL Cup is the only close opportunity trophy for the blues in this season than Premier League trophy.
But I don't sure betting for Manchester United on EFL Cup match against Newcastle United, looks too risk with inconsistent performance from United and Newcastle have good perform although with both teams will rotation and use not regular players for this competition.

Personally I don't think Mansahast's United will win this match. United's attack is quite weak. On the other hand, Newcastle's defense is strong. Newcastle are a very tactical team. I think Ten Hag will lose to Eddie Howe's match tactics. Another important thing is that the Newcastle team is eager to win the EFL Cup. On the other hand, Manchester United's main target is Premier League and Champions League. Newcastle players will try their hardest to win the EFL Cup. I think we will see defeat of Manchester United in today's match as well. This team's recent form has been very poor.

United haven't been in form since a long time  so it's obvious that everyone will have low expectations in front of Newcastle who are a very good team right now. I think it's a very good fixture and it would have been hard to predict if United also had been in form but I think right now I would choose Newcastle over United because United tends to make mistakes usually and which is why they concede early and faces most of the part of the game.
