Cool, now let's say that the tactics failed and that defense was weak, porous and conceded three goals against Manchester City. That defense c an not be relied on during big games like this, this is why I haven't praised Harry Maguire yet. He had a good game, not part of the problems in that game but he has no chance of success with Manchester United.

That as I already said before is an absolute must for United,they can't risk another year after this with Ten Haag as coach again,when he came he came potently making Cristiano not play which was his first mistake as a coach,then he made it clear to every one that it would be kinda like military training in the bad way of such words,as military training in good meaning is very much welcome and players started to react differently to this with Rashford being a big victim,he does not shoot at all during this time contributing massively to the bad results of Manchester United.I don't blame him for the game against City as City has players of another level but in general overall Ten Haag is the only one to be blamed.

Ten Hag for me has done more worse to the club than more good his had made to the club. Imagine when he came in, he started having issues with Cristiano Ronaldo, an issue thar escalated to a transfer out of the club to the Saudi Pro League. Similarly, Jado Sancho have been put out of thr pitch including their match against Arsenal that led them to another defeat because Ten Hag claimed he performed poorly in the training and in a response, Sancho said he's been made a scapegoat for long time.

His reactions and utterances to the club have also affected the performance of the club where he acts like a king with the team without putting into consideration many things that should be left under the carpet. Many clubs are facing more internal troubles and wranglings more than the Manchester United but we're able to resolve the issues without making headlines.

To make a great team is to be able to settle your internal affairs, internally without screaming it out to the world. That will not only affect the club but the morale of the fans and other people factored in. I am not really happy with the performance of the club so far. With the squad Manchester United currently have, they can do better.

This is not about just one player or even the back line of the Manchester United Team, let alone Harry Maguire's performance, I watched this match and I saw Harry Maguire playing better than his other teammates.
I will not focus on Manchester United's back line in this match, in fact I think the team's midfield played very badly and Ten Hag should improve their midfield instead of talking about their backline.

Erik ten Hag managed his squad in matches and during training thus he knows every player capabilities during training which determine which player is to play a match and who is not playing I think his preference for Evan is based on experience and his ability with Aerial duel which Varane might not properly do the job well even playing Varane against Man City wouldn't make any difference from the outcome of that match because their City rival are the better side as well deserve the win against an underperforming Man Utd, however the abysmal performances of Man Utd is the responsibility of the manager which might cost him his job.

However, any club that plays poorly now could later become serious about their performances at the end of the season because the season is not over yet. When comparing Arsenal with Manchester City, I may also say that, at least for the time being, Arsenal is better than Manchester City. There is no point of keeping him out just because of Champions League while playing the best team in the world in the League match. He might be having little grudges with the player because his relationship with his players sometimes do cause Manchester United some points in the League.

Even if what you say makes sense here, there is still someone to blame for the current erratic performance. Especially with the many controversies he's had (not just this season but from last season) making some conditions unstoppable because after all Ten Hag is the first person to be criticized.

I am very uncomfortable with the assumptions that are being made right now about how power works on these teams.
