Chelsea and Manchester United are having equal chances of entering the European zone, they are both performing poorly, and from the matches they have both played lately, I don’t see any difference between them. But I can say Chelsea performance is improving, even as they lose their last match. Pochettino is still trying to work on Chelsea, he should be given time. Before the season ends, he will have discovered the appropriate squad that he will be using. I am sure Chelsea won’t be going to the relegation zone, their performances haven’t really gotten worse to that extent. As we can see, Pochettino is just trying to rebuild Chelsea. Some people doubt Chelsea and Manchester United will finish at top 5 even so with me besides they still unable to find their consistency other teams such as Liverpool, Aston Villa, Newcastle and Liverpool had same target just like them and the performance of these teams is much better than them  

I also have the same doubts about this. Because the teams that fill the top 5 positions currently look more convincing. I don't know how but I feel the top 5 teams will now be able to maintain their position for much longer.

The season is still long. But Man United and Chelsea currently do not appear to have experienced any significant changes. Maybe Chelsea will improve a little. But that's only when facing ordinary teams. Holding Arsenal to a draw is indeed a good sign for Chelsea. But I still have doubts if I have to hope that Chelsea will enter the top 5. A ranking of 6 to 10 is possible. But being in 5th place is still something I can't imagine given their current performance.

But for Man United it might still happen. Because their current position is much closer than Chelsea. But if Man United doesn't immediately improve their performance. So I wouldn't be surprised if Chelsea actually overtakes them in the standings in the next few weeks.

Regardless of the previous games played by Manchester United. I feel they have higher chances in going to Europa league than Chelsea. My reason is because when it comes to scoring goals. Manchester United score more goals than Chelsea and they have better strikers to do the job. And these goals are what giving a bigger opportunity to secure the three points. Almost all Chelsea matches apart form a few. Chelsea do struggle to score a goal. What am saying in essence is that at any point in time. Manchester can move up in the league table, they just need more tactical analysis that will make them score more goals and go up in the premier league table. The chances of Chelsea are low. Remember the few clubs Chelsea has played with so far are smaller clubs apart from Arsenal, when they get to meet other teams like Brighton, Newcastle even they could not win Brentford.

Arsenal's match against Newcastle is quite difficult to predict and Arsenal are much more favorites because so far they have not been defeated in the Premier League. I don't want to use the last performance of chelsea game to conclude how their coming game will look like. Pochettino needs to try the best he can to make sure his boys put more efforts in their game , he has more role to play to transform the team to gain better results in their games, that is why if things keeps bad for Chelsea he will be held accountable.

They still have time but they could not play well in their first 10 matches and no guarantee that they will play better in rest 28 matches in Premier League. This season sees a growth of Tottenham Hotspur while Arsenal and Newcastle United still maintain their good performances. It's weird if you judge someone performance base on one match, you need to look the bigger picture. Sometime luck happens in football, just like how weakest team can beat the strongest team. But I'm sure if there are 10 matches, only 1-2 match(s) that the weakest team won.

But when we see Chelsea able to hold Arsenal to a draw, doesn't that mean that Chelsea actually has the potential to be stronger if they are in the best condition and performance. just like against Arsenal. This is a difficult match to predict... Usually League matches are different from Cup matches... By the way the schedule is easier for Man U than Newcastle... Newcastle will play against Arsenal and Dortmund next games... So I think Man U will win, but my bet is that both teams will score...
