MANCHESTER DERBY
For a recent time now Manchester Derby does not hold much weight and anxiety as it used to be before. Expectations are no longer high as almost everyone has known that Manchester city will win Manchester United. I do not actually know the problem of my club Manchester United. I do not know whether the problem is for the players, the coach or the management. But I will strongly blame the Glazer's for the downfall of Manchester United.

But for Today's Manchester Derby, I will rather blame the coach for wrong choices. Despite that so many players are not available to him and City has more quality squad, he would have done better if he played Anthony on the right and Bruno in the number 10 position

Unlike in rhis weekend game where the man united team have ahown alot of disintegration and all forms of abnormal games plays that drag back our motivation for a positve outcome for the club in this season.

Manchester United's problem still looks the same actually, it's just that when a few previous matches when United won it was because the quality of the club they were fighting was below them so that when they met a commensurate opponent even much stronger like this match against Manchester City they were very overwhelmed by it.
Their attacking line is still very incohesive even when talking about goal productivity for Manchester United strikers is still very minimal because if you look at some of the matches that have been played by Manchester United so far, the last time their strikers scored was when they lost to Arsenal 6 weeks ago after that their strikers were very bad and difficult to get goals. Even if they win, the goals scored come from midfielders and even defenders. This is still very bad for Manchester United so they need to make serious changes if they still want to be one of the leading clubs.

I think Manchester United's problems started during the last summer. In fact, they got Eric Ten Hag and he is a good coach but the weakness of Manchester United is they didn't buy good players during the summer and this team didn't improve at all but they had poor performance. I think Ten Hag is still a good coach and he had a good performance at Manchester United but he couldn't hire the players he wanted to hire and made bad decisions. One example is hiring Onana while they had De Gea in this team.

I cannot criticise Ten Hag,and I cannot say he isn't good,but I think he is not that good. you look at what good coaches are doing at their different clubs,you won't say Ten Hag is very good.Imagine a team like Arsenal after Arsene Wenger,they were struggling,they had to hire different coaches that could not manage the team and the players properly,but ever since they signed Arteta,he has shown that a good coach can make a dead team improve.
Also,take a look at the Barca team now,and how they were before Xavi,you will see the transformation in the team,and how things have changed,that is to show you that a good coach can turn things around in Man u with with same set of players at the club.

I believe that it is no surprise that over a very long period of time it is often the same coaches who are successful. It is correct that he won a lot in the Netherlands with Ajax Amsterdam, but it is a huge difference whether a coach has to lead a golden era team in the Netherlands or whether a coach has to develop a competitive team in the Premier League. I am not a fan of him and I think he lacks personality. He isn't a guy like Klopp and also not like Guardiola. He also isn't like Mourinho. But he did show some arrogance very early on and I think he didn't do that well with his communication either. He still was able to play a decent season, but I doubt that he will achieve much more than that in the Premier League ever.

Manchester United were just horrible in this derby game. I thought of betting on Manchester City to win but somehow I couldn't trust them completely. Because Manchester United can be unpredictable in home games against big teams in the league. Sometimes they lose hard but the other times they show a great performance.

But I must have done the opposite considering how poor they have been since the beginning of the season. There isn't the same Manchester United from the previous season now. They were desperate in this game and the final score could have been bigger than 3-0. Haaland was the man of the match with 2 goals and 1 assist in my opinion.

The big difference this season is that the other teams are not struggling as hard as last season. Manchester United was the beneficiary because so many other teams were underperforming, but now Tottenham is doing amazing and Liverpool is doing much better as well. I doubt that they will make it into the Champions League this season, but you know I thought Manchester City isn't in great shape either and tried it with a 2-2 draw and bam, City just grilled them. It is never a great idea to bet against Manchester City. But I did not expect that this game would be that one sided.

I think Ten Hag is lucky because they were playing against Manchester City while this team was not in the good form, Manchester City in this season is far from the Manchester City we saw in the last season when they won the Champions League and that's maybe because of the players they left the team. Otherwise, Manchester City could even score more goals and get better results than this against Manchester United because of the current situation they have.

The difference between Manchester United and City is that City good players that knows what they're doing whereas i think united has a bunch of lazy players and most are earning huge salary and doing little for the club, some players are not worth playing for the team and needs to be offloaded to create chance for new recruitments with winning mentality.

Actually when looking at the current situation I don't think it's just about covering how they performed against Manchester City because looking at the whole of what has been shown so far from Manchester United they still have a lot of work to do.
Ten Hag can still be competent but on the other hand, his way of coaching which is quite authoritarian and does not see from various angles makes his ego very large and this hampers the pace of good performance. Now their attacking line is very bad and actually if you look at some other big clubs at this time, Manchester United can be said to be one of the clubs with the worst attacking line at this time. They do score goals and manage to win but in the last few games in all competitions we know that it is always the defenders like Dallot, Maguire and even MacTominay who score the goals.
This is clearly destabilizing and in the end, apart from the defense that still needs to be addressed, their attack still looks poor.

If Anthony plays, fans will complain that he didn't play well and maybe should not have started, if Anthony starts on the bench, fans will question the decision to bench him, it is what it is, and even if Anthony played today, he would have had a very quiet game, just like all United's attacking players did.

City managed to humiliate Man U... It probably didn't surprise anyone, but I thought Man U would do something... I thought they could score a goal, but they didn't... Congratulations to all Man City fans on the win...

Manchester City managed to control the entire match, not only controlling the ball but how they managed to create enough opportunities which ultimately resulted in City scoring 3 goals. It was quite strange to see Manchester United seem completely helpless and couldn't score a single goal, but as you said the result In the end, it's actually not surprising just to see the score showing Manchester United as a fairly weak team when facing a big match.

Liverpool managed to win convincingly and they did not give their opponent Nottingham Forest a chance to develop their game, Liverpool controlled the entire match, and also how this time Liverpool's defense performed better by not letting a single goal into their net give hope that Liverpool is still on the right track to be able to continue competing to be title champions with several teams whose points are currently only slightly different so the competition this season is quite tight.

Moreover, De Bruyne got a severe injury, he is absent in many matches (including the match against Man United). However, Guardiola knows how to apply the right tactic to defeat Man United. He knows well how to win the ball possession, and create more chances to score. Meanwhile Man United gets difficulty to score goals because the attackers didn't get enough opportunities. Man City midfielders played better than the midfielders of Man United, it was the key to win the match. In addition, Man City attackers know well how to destroy Man United weak defense. Without Raphaël Varane, Lisandro Martínez, and Casemiro, it is easy for Man City attackers to beat Man United defenders.

Well you're right they didn't utilize the summer window properly and that's why it's affecting them currently, the problem is not generally Erik Ten Hag even though he has his own share of the blame, i believe if united got him the right players or even strengthened their defense line more i feel they would've done better, because if you notice in their match today against City their defense line was very weak and they didn't give any threat to City's attackers they gave them much chances especially Lindelof who marked Haaland like he was very scared of him.

Look at the defenders during the match against manchester city. It was always giving free space for manchester city's player like haaland. The defenders are still the main problem of manchester united. Onana played so brilliantly in this game by making some great saves.
The result might be more than 3 - 0 if there would be no some brilliant saves by onana again manchester city. It's also bad to hear that glazer made jassim withdrew himself from getting manchester united.
Even antony was also wanted to get a red card after he was doing foul by kicking doku's foot. Manchester united needs more than a replacement for some players but it seems like this club needs everything to be replaced.

Look at how antony was being so emotional in this game as well as bruno. It will be also useless if antony will get a red card for what he has done to the city's players.
to be honest, if manchester united played so badly. The club got some changes but still missed it. The quality said about the truth here.

The Manchester City team I know, doesn't fail to deal with whichever team that are not in good form when playing against them. Unfortunately, Manchester United finds themselves in the hands of Manchester City that are hungry for wins and goals to stay on top of the Premier League table by all means.

The next big team, that will be at the mercy of Manchester City will be Chelsea. I am looking forward to that day when Chelsea will receive the same lashes of goals when they play against Manchester City in November.

Lol,the way at which Manchester City humiliated Manchester United today was so embarrassing,almost all the players at Man u looked so dull,there is no player I can pick out if that whole squad today,the only player that tried  a little bit was Maguire,and the goal keeper, Onana who deprived Haaland of a beautiful nodding that he had.
Man u are not just good at the moment,and Ten Hag needs to change his tactics and the formation he uses,else,he may ght find himself at 27 position m where he will be struggling to remain in EPL.Manchester United are one of the clubs that have quality players in their team but the coach does not know how to use them or the positions to play them that will work for him and the club..

This is probably something that Pep Guardiola might have underestimated. Of course he couldn't foresee that De Bruyne will suffer from a severe injury and miss so many games, but the risk was there as this isn't the first time De Bruyne got injured and it is the same body part. Letting Gundogan go and then also see De Bruyne get injured was bad for them as they really have been the center of Manchester City's game last season. Not only that, they also scored a lot of important goals. I think it was the best season Gundogan ever played, but if I remember correctly he also was a free agent by the end of the season, so there wasn't really a whole lot of things that Pep could do to convince him except for offering a lot of money, but I am sure Gundogan really wanted to try out something new.

But there is also a problem when you compare the same team with itself across different seasons. Many do that with Napoli as well and they now call Napoli bad, while this is not true. Napoli is worse than last season, but they are not bad.

Manchester City isn't bad although I agree that they are not as good as last season. But still Haaland keeps scoring and I think this win against Manchester United has shown who the boss is in the Premier League. The game Manchester City vs. Tottenham is yet to come, but I don't think Tottenham will win it. Also, Manchester City was not leading the table last season either. They have had two relatively early losses so far, but this doesn't mean they won't have more than 90 points by the end of the season. They had weak games in the past as well, but then won a dozen games.

Halaad has scored the first gaol for Manchester city with a penalty kick, after a foul was committed inside the box. Onana couldn't safe  the red devils this time.

I don't understand united in this match because it is like they are playing with panic and lack of understanding between united players. I believe that city will win this game from the look of things. United just lost a great opportunity of equalising the goal by Fernandez.

Onana is a joke. This goal keeper was so bad and it's time for manchester united to re signed de gea again since he has been rumored to still stay at manchester at this moment. Manchester united puts meguire as starting line up and there were some moments when meguire was almost doing blunder in this match. Manchester united is also playing without casemiro which is also affecting the performance from united so much. I think that the result from this match is clear if manchester city is going to win the game against MU.
Grealish is comeback and MU has got a golden chance but it can be maximized by doing a proper finishing. I must be honest if onana was a bad goal keeper. I dunno why his performance is dropping drastically compared when he was still at intermilan.

It seems like that his performance being affected by the internal problem in manchester united or what? I can't even understand the way this goal keeper was protecting its goal net.
Ten hag needs to beg on glazer to give him more money to buy a new goal keeper in december. 

Manchester City found this match to be very easy for them. After a couple of losses, Manchester City seems to be showing good improvement and actually being able to win matches consistently. In the last match, they got a win, and in this match against Manchester United, they found it pretty easy to win as well. Haaland was able to score 2 goals by himself. Foden got one. The way Manchester City played in this game, Manchester United did not have any chance. I hope this will get Manchester United thinking again because after winning one match, they thought they were back in winning form.

many people say that Man United has a bad coach, Ten Hag, who is inexperienced, etc., but I have to say that we also have to look at the good side of Ten Hag, who last season succeeded in bringing MU to a top 3 finish in the EPL standings and indeed this was fate from Man United, which has a little difficulty competing with the big teams in the EPL, as long as they dont have players who really have high quality, it will be difficult to reach the top of the standings.

Without a doubt City were favourites and so they did win the match. But the thing is that City are far ahead of United if we compare their level. I think its United who haven't been able to keep up lately since Ferguson left. I think over the years they are way of making targets in the transfer window has become poor and they have been unable to make a strong squad. They have been making too many poor choices spending some big amount of money.

I won't blame much on ten Haag but yeah United player has to do more if they have to win derby against City.

People who say Haaland is nothing without De Bruyne need to watch this match, Haaland almost scored 4 goals if Onana didn't block his shot and header. This is what Manchester City, full pressure from the first minute until the end.

It was not a surprised victory to me, because I knew that Manchester city will defeat Manchester united in this match no matter the type of potential players they signed in this season to withstand strong teams like Manchester city but they have failed in their home which is the painful thing.  Erling Haaland has proven them wrong that without De Bruyne he can take Manchester city to the promise land to help them to achieve premier league title again and other titles too. If truly Manchester united is a strong team in this season, it would have be difficult for any team to come and defeated them with three goals in their home which Manchester city did to them not allowed Manchester united to scored a single goal until they defeated them 0-3 to embraced three points from the match.

The derby of Manchester it just like Manchester City vs Onana because if Onana didn't performing well i am sure Manchester United will be lose more than 3-0 and before this match some people hopes Andre Onana can able to bounce back after he was make some blunder in the last several matches and seems Onana can answering that yesterday because he was often to make fantastic save during that match but it could be useless because Manchester United defender players didn't showing solid defense
On the other hand Liverpool was successfully to managed their unbeaten record at home that they can easily to beat Nottingham Forest at Anfield and all of Liverpool strikers was scored goal including Nunez and this is Nunez 4th goals on Premier league with Liverpool this season
