Yesterday Liverpool beat Arsenal hard! I was hoping for the opposite result... It was rightly said here that Arsenal are more likely to focus on the Europa League than the home championship...

I can't think of any particular game today, except that Man U could beat Brighton by a big score...

I can say that I was expecting Liverpool to defeat Arsenal in this match. But a 3-0 score was not what I expected.    They totally destroyed Arsenal by having a great performance. It was great to watch Jota that he scored 2 goals. Liverpool really needed a win like this. As Chelsea lost their match very badly, they also decreased the point difference with them to 2. But West Ham and Tottenham still haven't played their games so they can get past Liverpool (5th) in the table again.

Spurs will definitely beat Newcastle today, I have no doubt about that!Tomorrow we'll see how West Ham play Wolverhampton... It could well be that Liverpool go down again in the standings... Everton are also a contender for promotion... They've played 28 games!

Agreed. West Ham's job will be quite hard vs Wolves I think. Actually Wolves have a bad form but still are a tough opponent. Everton are one of the most advantageous teams in this race now. As you said, they also have a missing match and if they win it things could change for the benefit of them.

If Klopp was aware of all things about Werner, he did not buy any jackpot. What happened with Werner is unbelievable and just a continue of Chelsea failures with strikers. Under the era of Abrahimovich, only Diego Costa is the successful striker for Chelsea. All others are failures.

Jota is a very good contract for Liverpool and Klopp and it is more meaningful for them in the season Firmino shows his very bad form. If Firmino won't be able to take his good form back, Jota will take over the official position from him. That guy also has very good matches in Portugal skirt. There are some players who only play well as substitutes from the bench but Jota might not be such players.

He is able to score because his scoring sense is quite distinctive as it happened with the third goal ball when he came from afar and cut the way in an instant on Mane and scored before entering Defender it.
Liverpool before getting Jota was in one form, and after he subbed  in, he changed to another completely different form, which has been repeated since his arrival to the team.
I think that he is going to be critical for the CL game against Real Madrid.


As for ny predictions for United match vs Brighton i going United has been in much better form lately, despite Brighton’s two wins in the previous two games. United needs to start this month with some wins so they will meet the expectations and book important three points in this match.
 

Indeed, Jota turned out to be the much better performer. Don't get me wrong though, Timo Werner is a solid player in terms of playing style, pace and dribbling. The major area where he is lacking at the moment is his passing accuracy and poor finishing. That has been his biggest hurdle till date since joining Chelsea. Jota on the other hand, has above average passing accuracy, solid dribbling skills and top class finishing to top it up.  I mean, check out his first goal against Arsenal. That  goal he scored with the header was simply top class stuff.

So far so good, He's a bang for buck player. Always making positive impacts whenever he's on the pitch. Didn't take long before he became one of my favorite Liverpool players at the moment.

Jota is really a critical and very important player for Liverpool. In the absence of him, they had big problems on scoring and winning the games. But now, he is continuing to contribute to the team so much. And we saw it in the Arsenal game for example.

If they signed Werner, I can't imagine how much bad thing they would have done as we see his performance at Chelsea now.

I less care about any other team except Liverpool. It's good for Livepool if team from top four keep slipping in their important matches. Liverpool just need to ensure that they are not losing points in the rest of the matches. Yesterday's 0 - 3 win was looking good. But still we need our old time.

Southampton - Burnley | South win or draw

Draw in halftime and southamptom strike 1 goal to be 3-2, I thing it would be many goals created in the around. Burnley looks impressive in the fiirst time but lack of spirit right now.

sure, Rashford and Greenwood already recovered from injury, he will be on the squad versus Brighton. Pogba also in the squad, I hope his performs the same as defeats milan. I just curious who the goalkeeper, De Gea or Henderson ? in the last game Henderson has best perform.

I think this is a winning prediction, Southampton is currently winning, Newcastle to me would score Tottenham, but I think Spurs would rap the game up with a win, Aston Villa to win Fulham is a scare, I think the are under pressure to deliver after westbrom did the unexpected by winning Chelsea, I think a both team score would have been better here. Manchester United would win Brighton although it won't be smooth for them.

What a disaster from Spurs. Really bad play from the back of the pitch giving the ball straight to Newcastle player who make a couple of good passes for an easy tap in. As I write this, Spurs managed to equalize straight away from the restart at the half way line with an unfortunate deflection from the defender and the goal keeper for an easy tap in for Harry Kane. Spurs need to win the match to have a really good chance to make it to the champions league for next season. Chelsea are at 51 points while Spurs will be at 51 if they win and take the 4th spot as they are ahead on goal difference.

Get your fact straight Liverpool could not meet up Leipzig transfer demand for Werner, before Lampard came to Chelsea Liverpool were already on Werner rader but could not find an agreement, Werner was willing to play for Liverpool and was waiting for Liverpool to do the needful. Chelsea on the other side was chasing after Dembele of Lyon but could not find any agreement either so they turned attention to Weener taking advantage of Liverpool financial situation to land Werner. They also send two players on loan to Leipzig as part of the agreement.


Diogo Jota is in the best form in his career right now no doubt about but Werner who is in his worse form of his career still have more goal contribution than Jota and the entire Chelsea team this season.

The bookies had odds on for half a munite after Castle score their first goal and it was very good odds for Tottenham then. Kane did not take much time to equalize. Tottenham should win this match but again if they somehow lose some points then it would be great.

The Spurs side is a very decent squad with good footballers; who i suppose are only held back by Jose negative approach to football.
Newcastle United 1 vs 1 Tottenham 30 minutes in, and the game is a draw with Newcastle having the better performance. I think the tie would end in a 2 - 2 draw.

Later this evening, Manchester United will face Brighton at home; A win for mufc takes them 4 points and 9 points ahead of 3rd and 4th positions respectively.

I agree that form is temporarily and class is permanent; but in the case of Werner; the statistics suggest otherwise. In Werner last season in the bundesliga; he missed a total of 21 big chances in the league alone, second behind lewandoski; but he was able to mask that stats because he receives chances and opportunities and score many other goals for Leizpig

In Chelsea, Werner gets only 1% of service unlike when he was in Leizpig; and also he is second on the chart for players with more big chances missed missing 16 big chances at just game week 31, so to answer you, Is Werner a good player? yes he is, Is he a good finisher? Ofcourse No, Can he improve his finishing? I really don't think so, Chelsea are better off with another striker.

Tottenham did well in this game.  Although it was quite tense in this match.  They pursue each other to be winners.  Kane is quite good at taking the opportunities that exist and making them a good opportunity for the team.  The ball pass given to Kane can be executed well.  I'm sure in the second half Tottenham can win this match.

How do you come about with this statistics? It's absurd to think Warner has gotten only 1% goal scoring service at Chelsea this season, nobody misses a goal scoring chances than Cavani growing up but he still got a good number of goals to his name. Goal missed is not counted, goal scored is important.

Is he a good finisher?  No, Can he improve his finishing? I don't think so, Chelsea is better off with another striker.

Warner is one of the youngest strikers in the league with over 100 goals to his name but you of all people think he's not a good finisher and can never improve? He is very young and there is still much room for improvement. Chelsea are doing better all thanks to Werner
