The bolded part is the only way for City to claim the trophy this season. They need to win the remaining games and a single draw would means that Liverpool will have the chance to catch up. 4 more games to go and one of those games are against West Ham in an away game so its not going to be that easy for City though.

Its kinda interesting to watch the games when the winner of the league isnt determined yet because they need to keep on giving their best for the remaining games even when it is against one of those lower table teams

For Liverpool the same task, they need to win all the matches, any loss of points, even a draw can deprive Liverpool of chances. Today, by the way, Liverpool will play with Everton, which is already in the relegation zone, and although it has several unplayed matches in reserve, this will push the team to earn points. It's been 30 minutes Kick Off between Chelsea and West ham now.
From what I see at the moment, it seems that Chelsea are really dominating in terms of possession and West Ham are really locked up.
But during the game there were still no chances that really threatened for both teams and this I don't think is too good for Chelsea because they only play the ball in the middle of the field and occasionally make sudden attacks but this is not going well.
Westham's defense is pretty tight now

I think Tuchel did well today with his substitutions, Lukaku won a penalty which Jorginho missed; while Pulisic earned them the winner after a drab boring game with 0 shots on target at half time. The win means chelsea are able to retain their 3rd position for yet another week while Arsenal loiter behind.

1 point which is quite valuable for Chelsea, because they almost made a lot of mistakes throughout 2 rounds of the match. And they took chances at the last minute. at least Chelsea did not get a draw. Indeed, seeing Lotfus red card made Chelsea think more positively about the closing goal. It was a nice play from the both teams, they played so well in the game. We all know it won't be a easy game for the blues, cause west Ham recent performance is outstanding. Though the blues dominated the game in the second half, and they got the result they wanted, it was a nice play from the blues, they attacked more dangerously in the second half and they were awarded a penalty in the 87th minutes of the game, and West Ham player was giving a red card. jorginho missed the penalty giving west Ham more hope to draw the game, but it never ended as they expected. Pulisic goal in the 90th minutes of the game secured the win for the blues.
