Arteta has made a nice team out of it. I think they have also been very patient with him at Arsenal. In his first years he showed practically nothing with Arsenal. Halfway through last season things started to turn better and that line has been continued right at the start of the new season. They also brought in the necessary reinforcements. You should think of players like Odegar and Jesus. But it seems as if Arsene Wenger's old Arsenal has been put back on the map. You are absolutely right. Kevin De Bruyne is an outstanding midfielder. He is a regular player for Manchester City. He plays really good football. His style of playing football is very different. His biggest in-game quality is his ability to get shots on goal at lightning speed. He has been serving Manchester City for a long time.

PSG are nowhere near signing Rashford at the moment. Because there are many players in his position in PSG. If PSG were to release Kylian Mbappe this season, they could add Rashford to the squad. But PSG will do nothing of the sort.

Are sure with Cristiano Ronaldo is the best forward choosing for Chelsea? I don't see with Ronaldo have top performance in this season with Manchester United and his appearance with Portugal in FIFA World Cup 2022 has 1 goals scoring trough penalty kick. Better with young forward sign than Cristiano Ronaldo although have been free agent player without spent money for transfer agreement.

Kevin De Bruyne is an excellent player no doubt. His class made Pep to say that he is the most talented to him after Lionel Messi. He is a very key player to Manchester City but do you know that city won most of the Premier league trophies under Pep with De Bruyne mostly injured. The easiest one I could remember is the 2018/2019 season when they ranked up 100 points. If you check some important matches when Pep is losing, he introduces Gundogan in place of De Bruyne. So saying City doesn't need new players is something i don't agree to. In fact the most important player City needs to sign next summer is Jude Bellingham because Gundogan is getting old and De Bruyne can't play all matches.

Kante is an outstanding midfielder. He can do both things from defensive to attacking. It remains to be seen who will play Arsenal's midfielder instead. With Kante having a great understanding with the rest of the attacking players, any new midfielder at the moment will actually need time to settle in with the players in the team.

Actually there is no fundamental reason for Graham Potter to rest his players after returning from the World Cup, because I think the time they get after the end of the World Cup is enough for them to recover physically, unless Graham Potter doesn't want his players to be in the main squad. in that match. In the last match in Carabao Cup against Liverpool De Bruyne was the best player of the match I guess.
His passes are really a separate art form, his last pass to the goal was as if it was not done with his foot, but as if by hand he just threw a twisted ball into the penalty area.   
Apparently now De Bruyne is at the peak of his form given his stability. Yes, the Belgian national team has not yet been able to make the world champion (but it's not his fault), but he is able to bring trophies to Manchester City. His tandem with Haaland is excellent.

I was honestly impressed with all of that display he had during the game against Liverpool after watching how he had a low performance at the FIFA World Cup with Belgium National Team.
But he should feel really good after that game against Liverpool, such a good way to come back to the Premier League, yes I know it was EFL Cup unlike how they and himself played prior to the FIFA World Cup against Brentford who trashed Manchester City.

Double beautiful in crosses from the Belgian to set up both Erling Haaland and Nathan Ake, Earlier on, Ake missed a chance which was as a result of a poor header. Pep Guardiola should be pleased with his boys.
