I firmly believe that losing Rashford isn’t that bad, because while has immense potential he often stops scoring for quiet a while and currently the club need’s player’s who can score 15 - 20+ goals per season if they’re to win the league title. Everything needs a process, not all coaches can cultivate good players at big clubs. I'm sure Erik ten hag is able to overcome these problems and can bring Manchester United back to the top in a few more years. Like Jurgen Kloop, he came to Liverpool in 2015 and was able to present the EPL title in the 2019/2020 season and previously he also helped Liverpool win the Champions League title in the 2018/2019 season. Last time i heard Rashford has clause on his contract that he can renew his current contract automatically with 1,5 year duration and this clause will activated on January this winter and actually Ten Hag hopes Rashford will accept that clause because currently Manchester United still lack of forward players especially after he linked to PSG and Ronaldo left but the decision is in the Rashford hand that if he accept that probably Rashford will be in Manchester United until 2024 but if he refuse it probably Manchester United will lost him with free agent status at the end of this season
