I think for some players it doesn't have to do with prioritizing money over the career. Football players don’t have any form of pension at the end of their career thats why lots of players usually transfer to these leagues that will offer them more money at the end of their careers just so they can gather some money for the future so they won’t lack anything even after retirement. While it would be still be classified as a friendly, it would be interesting to watch as I think both clubs may very well bring out some/all of their big guns in order to win the game.
The statistics on their 5 last games played showed Barcelona winning 4 matches of the 5. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t have second guessed Barcelona to go ahead and win the upcoming friendly game but Arsenal showed a lot of spirit last season and also with their new signings, they’re now a force to reckon with. It would surely be interesting to see who would come out on top in this friendly.

Well, even though it's just a pre-season match, the excitement of the match will definitely be felt. And I'm really looking forward to this match. Arsenal have always struggled when facing Barcelona in previous meetings. But Arsenal's condition at the previous meeting was completely different from Arsenal's current condition. Well, we know that last season Arsenal has proven that they have returned to their best performance which they had lost in the previous few seasons. So the fight this time might be even more fierce than we thought. I personally favor Barcelona but I don't want to underestimate Arsenal either.

We're prepared for whatever occurs. I'm mentally ready for my favorite club, Chelsea. Even if it is a friendly match, but I think it will be interesting to watch. I'm curious about Arsenal's performance against Barcelona which will be played today for my country's time zone, it will definitely be the game some fans have been waiting for.

Arsenal have 2 finals for their next 2 matches anyway between the Emirates Cup against Monaco and the FA Community Shield against Manchester City in the first week of August. I dunno why the "rice" man really gets hyped for his inabilities... To be honest, he's wasn't worth the bargain at all... £100 million for him?.. ahhhh... Too much for a player that barely had himself on coast on his very first match...
