I admit that Gvardiol has had a good performance at Leipzig and maybe it would have been better if he had joined Man City to strengthen the defense even more, but I dont agree when you say that Man City current defense is very bad because I see that Man City defense has been Very good but I dont know what makes you say its bad.

one hand Pep do not want to overhaul his players too much because for Guardiola all the current Man City players are perfect to compete consistently in the summer. well, maybe some have been replaced but Pep is always careful with this because changing too many players will take a long time to adapt again on one side of Man City goal this season to get a trophy in the UCL again.

I can say that Manchester City's defense has gotten a little worse because in every match last season Manchester City still has a history of conceding goals with a number that is not just 1 goal in every match, even though I admit they managed to bring 3 trophies at once.

Well, I understand that Pep is an experienced coach and of course he will always consider and be careful for every decision, but changing one player to get a better game is not a wrong decision in my opinion.

I think that is normal for a team which dominates in offensive football,defense is not their strongest point,the fact though that they won 3 trophies out of 3 last season says a lot about this team.For me though I think it was Arsenal failure rather than an achievement from them in the Premier League because Arsenal was at some point of the season 9 points ahead of City and they could not manage this distance,while for the other trophies it is a maximum achievement with their own effort of Manchester City.

Now no matter how weak their defense is as long as they have the strongest devastating attack,it will not be a problem for them.

Now, with all that, it can be interpreted that in the Premier League last season, the strength of Manchester City's attack line was far better than their own defense line and Manchester City was able to achieve this point advantage thanks to the many goals scored in every game, even Arsenal themselves had to accept his setback and victory have been acquired by Manchester City who managed to occupy the first position with the most points.

This is a welcome development to Chelsea team, because they really experienced some challenges in the area of goalkeeper through out last season that made Chelsea performance remain low through out the season. I don't think, Chelsea manager will bench Robert Sanchez for Kepa in this season because the formal Brighton goalkeeper has more potential skills to save Chelsea from defeat in any competition than Kepa who could not help Chelsea to meet up in top four in the premier league last season. I think, Chelsea manager still wish to bring more players so that the team will not experience what they experienced last season that made their president to sacked three managers in a season because of poor performance.

I have no doubt about Robert Sanchez being a good transfer but honestly I think Edouard Mendy was also doing a great job. They really should have kept Mendy, then they didn't had a need to make a move for Robert Sanchez. I am sure Robert Sanchez will become first preference in the squad. He is really strong keeper and he really made some specatcular saves last season. Competition will be tough between Sanchez and Kepa  but I don't think they have made a move to make Sanchez as a backup nor Sanchez has made a move for a backup goalkeeper. So I feel Sanchez is gonna slowly emerge as first team player after some time.

yes, Burnley have enough hope for this season. I think they can compete. in the FA Cup last season Burnley also reached the quarter-finals. unfortunately they stopped by being beaten by City with a very big score of 6-0.
Burnley can at least stay in the mid-table if they can provide consistent performance. we know the weakness of teams that are not as rich as the favorites is the performance of the game. they can look pretty good at the start of the season. but after that they were inconsistent due to the problems of several players.

Burnley have really played a great Championship season under Kompany to be back in PL and I am sure that Kompany will really manage the team well in PL as well. They do need some signings but I still think they can finish between top10-15 otherwise I think they can make it into top 10 for sure if transfers are good ones. I am really curious to see their gameplay and how they start the season. Kompany and his men will be preparing hard for the season ahead.

Manchester united won the pre-season match 3-1 against Lens. In this match, the only thing that was very surprising came from Andre Onana's blunder who was too advanced so that the Lens player took advantage of the opportunity to score a goal from the middle of the field. MU vs lens is still happening right now. MU is leading the game with 3 goals against lens. The first goal being made by lens was pure fault from onana. Lens's player was giving a long shoot and onana was not able to prevent it.
Onana must have learned not to going out from his position. I saw that some people in twitter keep defending him but can't even say if it's not his fault. In fact, that goal was coming from onana's fault. I hope he learn from his mistake before he will start his debut in EPL next week.

I have big hopes for him to be the last wall for manchester united. MU has won the game with 3-1 as the final scores and hojlund already announced by manchester united after the match against lens.

Vincent Kompany is a younger coach. He is only 37 years old. And so I think he can develop a friendly relationship with his squad players very quickly. And if the relationship between the coach and the players is good, it becomes easier for the coach to understand the weaknesses of the team and squad players. Burnley team is not very strong. They will aim to be in the top 15 of the points table. And it is for this purpose that they will form the squad. I feel like they are going to make him the backup goalkeeper instead of the main one but they needed one like that considering Kepa could be a little problematic at times and they may need a good backup one unlike most other clubs. They are already doing fine considering all the new moves they made, I am guessing that they are going to end better this year than they did last year and I fee like that's going to be an exceptional situation for them.
