I dunno why the "rice" man really gets hyped for his inabilities... To be honest, he's wasn't worth the bargain at all... £100 million for him?.. ahhhh... Too much for a player that barely had himself on coast on his very first match...
The Coach is only doing his best to create a lesser understanding pace between the players - well, that again would be a reason for me to stay-put and give it sometime...

Rice is a good player. He is among the best in his position. But he was highly overpriced. If he was bought for about 60-70m it would have been understandable, but 105m is too much.
That doesn't also mean he lacks quality. In the premier league now, the only DM better than is him is Rodri. Rodri is way ahead of Declan Rice and even Rodri is not worth up to 100m, that shows how overpriced Rice was.

Man City didn't back of the pursuit of Rice because he wasn't good. Far from it. They backed out because they already have the best player in the league playing for that position, which is Rodri. Rice to Manchester City was a luxury signing. A signing they didn't really need but would love to have because of his qualities, but since he was too expensive they took a step back. If they didn't have Rodri, they would have gone all out for Rice.

Of course, it is just a friendly match, it won't be a very serious match for them. Moreover, Arsenal and Barcelona still have many schedules for the next matches, they will try to play safely. However, it is interesting to know how Arsenal and Barcelona will use the strategy in the match. And which players to be released in the match will be another interesting part, too. It won’t be a serious game but I believe both sides would want to win the game. I know both teams would probably not field most of their top players cause it’s a friendly game but I’m curios if Barcelona would put in Gundogan to play against Arsenal.
It would be an interesting game and hopefully, the players would put up a good show to entertain the fans. I’m also interested in the squad Arsenal would use and how they would perform against Barcelona. It’s only a friendly but it would be interesting seeing what strategy Arsenal has up their sleeves.

Arsenal will lock horns with FC Barcelona tomorrow morning by 3:30.Mikel Arteta is trying to see how he can make his players blend together in different positions on the field.They played against Manchester United some days back,and they were flogged 2:0 by the red devils.Mikel used Karl Harvetz and Rice in midfield,and they couldn't stand the force of Man U.Tomorrow,Mikel has hinted that he will be trying the partnership of Partey and Rice to see if the two players will be good together in his new midfield.Previously Xhaka and Rice were always been used in that position,and they formed a solid partnership in that midfield,making Arsenal'smidfield one of the best in England,but now Xhaka has left to Leverkusen,therefore,Rice is the man to take that Xhaka's  position in the midfield.

The encounter will be difficult since Arsenal will not take Barcelona lightly, especially after losing to Manchester United in their previous pre-season meeting.

Arsenal will want to win this game to demonstrate their squad strength to Barcelona, as they have lost their last four matches, both at home and away they played agaist Barcelona.

With Arsenal's impressive performance last season, I am confident that Barcelona will be well prepared for this match because they know they are playing with one of the best teams in England, and with the signings Arsenal has made this season, they are actually much stronger than before, and thus they have the hope of beating Barcelona tomorrow.

The game between Arsenal and Barcelona tomorrow will be a crucial one for both teams as they try to figure out the best style and formation that'll be used when the new season kicks off next month.
That being said, I don't expect the players from both sides to give their best in the match because of the fact that it's jus a friendly game. Players tend not to be very serious with such games on other to avoid injuries that might rule them out from playing when the season kicks off

Premier league this season will be different from the one of last season,  last season it was Arsenal and Manchester City that was fighting to get the  championship but this season more teams are joining the race of getting the championship of premier league.

Next season is really going to be interesting, it won’t be easy for any club, lots of clubs that didn’t perform well last season will definitely going to surprise every one next season, every club have being making their signings just to improve  their teams performance, one of the team that I know they will improve in their performance next season is Chelsea, with the way their new coach is trying to build new squad, am sure their performance will be really incredible.

Next season is really hard to predict for me because this time Arsenal spent too much money to hire better players and we expect to see better performance from this team. People expect to see much more from Arteta after the money they spend and this can make Arsenal closer to Manchester City.

Even though it's a friendly game, they're going to play like they mean it(to win). The goal is for Arteta to be aware of each team member's strongest positions, as well as their mental fortitude and athletic prowess, during a match.

Every team in the English premier league is looking for a way to strengthen their team in one way or the other.They have made some signings that can make them either qualify for champions league,or make them remain contenders for the tittle,and a perfect example of team that I look forward to watching next season is Arsenal.They have acquired the services of three good stars,two from the premier league team,while the other from Ajax.Declan Rice will try as much as he could to prove to people that he is worth the amount of money spent on him during this transfer window.Arsenal team coughed out a whooping  105 miliion to secure his signature,making him highest transfer in the history of Arsenal.

The last time arsenal bought a player close to that amount was when they brought in Pepe for a fee in the region of 75 million pounds,he was thought to be a very good signing,but he ended up being a flop at the club,and rumour are telling that Mikel Arteta might sell him or send him on another loan this season.He was sent on loan last season,and he didn't make any impressive performance at Reins,and because of that,Mikel might just have to do away with the Ivory coast international.

While Chelsea have a new coach in Pochetino,(former Totthenham coach),and he has brought in some new signings that he believes they can hit the ground running comes August when the premier league starts.They have been impressive in the pre-season,winning Briton,and will be looking forward to locking horns with Newcastle tomorrow morning by 1:00.
It is yet to be known what the new coach is building at the club,because it seems he is only interested in signing young players that are within the age of 24 below.Lets hope that his tenure as Chesea boss will bring Chelsea from where they were last season to where they belong.

Manchester City was about to lose Bernardo Silva for the next season and they even got offers from Saudi teams with huge amounts of money they could give for this player but Pep Guardiola asked Manchester City to not to sell Bernardo Silva to Barcelona or another team.

Arteta will test his new players and new strategies when his team will face Barcelona but Xavi doesn't have many new players since Barca recruited Gundogan essentially, so he might give him a shot.
I find both clubs interesting, since it isn't a real match then everything could occur, depending from the readiness of each player. Barcelona a little bit advantageous since they are more stable while gunners will try to prove that the spending they did is justified.

The fact remain that Pep Guardiola will sell Walker this summer, it may look impossible but by the end of the deadline,he will surely go to Bayern Munich, it's seems Coach Tuchel take Walker as his priority side two this summer.

Guardiola may be doing U turn for walker. I read in some news that said that guardiola is still trying to re thinking again regarding his decision. Pep said that if it's possible to prevent walker to go to the bayern. I hope that guardiola will consider him to stay even longer in manchester city despite his old age.
The personal agreement alreayd happened between walker and bayern but i think that if we must wait the decision from manchester city regarding walker's future. I do believe if walker gonna stay even longer in manchester city.

I agree that with the schedule that awaits Man City next season, it will take a lot of energy, especially the health of its players. Bernardo Silva should definitely be kept by Manchester City for now. He is still not old at all and his performance has been impressive lately as well. He is a very useful midfielder in every tournament they play. He is a versatile player as well so he can play as right winger and at the centre of the midfield too.

He is a regular player in the starting lineup too so it is better for Manchester City to not make big changes especially there. At least until finding the right replacement for him I can say. He is 28 and still has 2 more years on his contract. After this season maybe things can get more serious about Silva situation.

Despite loosing some of their outstanding  players last season to other clubs in this current transfer window, the English Champions has shown that the club is more prepared and fully ready to challenge for next season with their peformance in the present pre-season tour, they had very good performance against Bayern Munich and pressed more of the times though the Bundesliga giants fought back but Manchester City were victorious in the end, the match ended  2 - 1 in full-time with goals from J Mcatee a midfielder from the City U21 side and their CB and French Star Aymeric Laporte to claim the victory.

 They brought in some tough players to replace the departures and looking stronger than they were last season, they'll challenge to defend their troophies but I don't think they'll win the treble for the second time in a row maybe double trophies or one because several top clubs are on the process of strengthing several weak areas of their squad to be able to perform better than last season, so all top European teams in every competitions are going to be tough to challenge for especially the UEFA champions league Manchester City would be fighting to retain.

Next season is really hard to predict for me because this time Arsenal spent too much money to hire better players and we expect to see better performance from this team. People expect to see much more from Arteta after the money they spend and this can make Arsenal closer to Manchester City.

Newcastle United since the last season, shown that they are not a weak team and they have very few lost matches in last Premier League season. Chelsea will be a big club that will challenge Newcastle United for a position in top five of Premier League. Fortunately, they only need a top five position, no longer top four but they will have to compete it together with Manchester United, Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester City.  At least 6 strongest clubs will compete for only five positions but we will see some underdog like Brighton in the last season too.

The last season is unbelievable for Amrabat as he went to World Cup 2022 semi finals with Morocco and a Conference League final with Fiorentina. Amrabat is a good midfielder but I think he maybe does not match for Premier League. Between Serie A and Premier League, there are big differences in league match styles, intensity and perhaps the player also feels he will have more difficulty to adapt to Premier League.

It's good to see Amrabat nearly decided to stay with Fiorentina as The Viola is a special club in Italy.

From last season's performance, I would have easily picked Newcastle to win the game, but Chelsea is showing a high level of improvement and progress since this new coach started with them and in their recent games. There is a good link of play between players and players who we have expected to play well from last season have started picking up, players like Mudryk. Chelsea's young players need all this games before the season starts properly so that their confidence can be improved and stronger when the season starts.

In the other game, New Manchester united goalkeeper started for them against Real Madrid, but it did not take him long to concede a goal from Bellingham ho just joined Real Madrid.

Now the second half only leaves a few minutes. And when I wrote the minutes of the game, it was already 88 minutes. But the score still hasn't changed and it's still 1-1. To be honest, I was quite impressed with Chelsea in this match. Because last season it was clear that Newcastle always made things difficult for Chelsea. Chelsea 1 - 1 Newcastle

I would like to call that jackson as a new drogba. Facing newcastle gives chelsea different atmosphere as the club is now facing one of best club in EPL last season. Getting draw is more than enough. The defensive line of newcastle is also very good at this moment.

Jackson is always performing as good as always.

Aston villa 2 - 0 Fulham.

Villa has been dominating the match against fulham with some accurate attacks. Fulham has been owning the ball possession, but the club was still suffering the loss against aston villa. That means if a proper finishing meant a lot even though the club doesn't dominate the ball possessions.
