I think when was without Maguire playing in the club, Man United's defender performance will be much better. but in reality, it's not much different, they still don't have a good performance at the back line. Especially when Maguire is around, this was serious and cannot be helped.

 Though United won the game their performance was really poor and at a point in the 2nd half Burnley dominated the game with a 90% ball possession while United had just 10 this is one of their poorest performance so far, Burnley deserved to win the game, they were so impressive but lacked a good finisher to help the convert the good chances they had.

This is wrong; The Manchester United team is not lacking in confidence or playing capability; they simply have an awful coach who continues to enforce an awful tactics that does not bring out the best in the players and thats why results are poor and they even struggle to play against Burnley (who everyone has thrashed easily)

The team suffered to a 1 nil victory against Burnley; the question is, how long will ten hag continue to get away with awful results and terrible football at Old Trafford?

A world class goal was used to break the deadlock on the first minute of the extra time by Bruno Fernerdez , to give Manchester United a relief in the first half. Burnley was in possession of the match but it turned out that they weren't lucky to score any goal before the end of the first half.

I didn't even bother tuning in to view the match, I just locked unto another channel and only followed up on the scoreline, of which surprisingly ended 2-0 in their favour.

This is actually a good result for Manchester United, I wasn’t surprised with the performance they putted out I was just disappointed with the coach a little bit. The team suffered against Burnley because Kompany’s men have been playing possession type of football and even their first match against Man city they played fantastic football like that. One major problem affecting Burnley very well is that the players they have now can’t implement the pattern and thats why Kompany is struggling too.

As for Ten Hag, he made a big call by stating Hannibal and Evans and they both were good throughout. Hannibal was more like a 10 in this game and played his part until he got exhausted and was to be withdrawn but Ten Hag insisted on keeping them. Another thing that got me upset is the fact that Rashford completed that match, should have been withdrawn and the young lads be introduced. The continuous act of playing him would make him feel like he is doing the right thing. Younger players should be giving more minute as this will create a competition between players and can push them to get the team back on track

Talking about Man United this season, they have problems in every position, and the worst is defense. Burnley is not a strong team this season. They are a defensive team with quite poor defense at the start of this season because Burnley is so easily beaten by their opponents in every match. In this match, both teams were in an unstable condition, where Manchester United also experienced a series of problems in the previous few matches because they failed to take advantage of stabilizing their performance. But the quality on the pitch in this match proves that Manchester United is stronger than Burnley and they deserve to win this match.

Manchester United was only but lucky in their today's match against Burney. Fernandez's goal was the only luck they had because Burney dominated the first and second half of the match, which made it seem as if Manchester United was a small team in the match while Burney was the big team.

Although I can't say that Man United has returned to their best performance. But the results of today's match were quite good. This season is quite something. I feel sorry for Manchester United fans and Chelsea supporters, this two rival clubs have been at loggerheads for decades but this season their fans are unusually quiet and have lost their bragging rights because both clubs are performing poorly. I will blame the problems of Manchester United on Erik Ten Hag, he’s a terrible manager IMO, he lacks people skills. As we can now see his problems with United players doesn’t end with Ronaldo. Chelsea is a different case, there will need two seasons before they can get their rhythm, at this rate Manchester City will have a easy league run this season.

Erik Ten Hag and his team have the winning point, good start from the Red Devils.
