If we consider their current position (8th place) and the teams that stays in the top 5 now (Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham, Brighton), it will be difficult for Newcastle to return to the top 4. Losing too many points in early of this season become a big obstacle for Newcastle to repeat their good history in the last season. Moreover, their current performance isn't as stable as in the last season. So, I'm sure that they won't target to finish this season in the top 4 (UCL zone) anymore.

You've been into Newcastle's board meetings that you can freely say you're "sure" it's not their target? They are just five points behind Spurs and there are still plenty of games to play so it's not logical that they would give up this early. They've dropped points and have been shaky for sure but who can say that Brighton or Spurs won't have a bad spell? I'm focusing on the two since they are the most likely teams that would drop out of the top 4.

A difference of 5 to 6 points with the clubs currently ranked 4th and 3rd, namely Brighton and Tottenham, is not a big enough difference in points. And currently only 6 matches have been played. So there are still many matches left that could change the standings in the next few matches. And right now we are still too early to draw conclusions. And again, Newcastle's big win against Sheffield United should be able to make the Newcastle players' motivation better than before. Newcastle's performance last season was very consistent. And maybe this season Newcastle will have the opportunity to restore the consistency they had last season.

I don't see any team in that League that has shown any interest in dragging the title with Manchester City, only Liverpool is showing some great results but even with that, it is too early to give much credit, only long term results will determine if they can contest with Manchester City or not, Arsenal is gradually fading out unlike the last season they were hunting Guardiolla back to back.

Haaland is a goal monster who never takes his two eyes off his opponent's goalpost when he has the ball with him. His participation in the Manchester City team is something else entirely. He'll likely win the Premier League's top goal-scorer award once more.
We can't yet analyze the teams who will win the Premier League title because the league is still in its early stages. As we progressed further in the premier league matches, teams we hope for may perform worse due to injuries of their key players. However, Manchester City appears unstoppable right now than every other team.

Manchester city really has a potential strikers that will help them to maintain a good performance in many competition, because they are capable to disgrace any team just to achieve victory from the match which is possible for them base on the potential strikers among them. Based on what Manchester city are showcasing in this new season show that they will win this title and Erling Haaland will use this opportunity to win the top goals scorers to break record that will cause his fans to celebrate him as never before in his football career. Despite many teams will improve in the remaining matches but it will be difficult for other teams to reduce the strength of Manchester city to drop down from the first position in the premier league table.

City has everything needed to win treble winners again.

City has so many great forwards, midfielders, Defenders and all of them have good chemistry. There's no doubt if city will able to win the trophy again this season. It's always like that and the key was on guardiola as a coach that has good capability in scouting the new players.
Pep reminds me with manchester united once it was still under alex ferguson which was also getting so many winstreaks and capability to recruit good young talented players.

Haaland is also having target to score more compared with last season. He will be working even harder to make it happen. City has everything they need to win EPL, UCL even all of competitions.

The quality of other teams are far below city. City is another level now with its gameplay. It's best in everything.
It sounds like that if city will become bayern in EPL version.

As it stands, Mauricio Pochettino will prove he's worthy to remain coach at Stamford Bridge if he's able to succeed in their next 8 games ( Brighton, Fulham, Burnley, Arsenal, Brentford, Tottenham Hotspur, Man City and Newcastle). Aston villa really showed class and precision against them during the weekend games and with 15 total goal attempts, 7 were on goal, while Chelsea had 10, only one was on goal which meant the remaining nine were wasted shots. If you saw the game, you'd be convinced that Chelsea needs help and if cares not taken, the season they might well go on to relegation.
 Sitting at 14th place, they've only won a game out of six matches played and this is not a record Todd Boehly will be impressed with but then again, fingers are pointing in his direction as somehow, their lack of incompetence has a way to circle back to him. I mean, how will an owner be the only one calling the shots? He's just a businessman and no football expert so in a way Chelsea's problem was caused by their owner.

If you look at all of Chelsea's matches, it is clear that they have problems in terms of finishing so it is difficult to score goals and in fact this has been a problem since last season, and apparently Pochettino has not been able to overcome it, apart from because many players are injured and also because he is not very good at strategy having no other plans when something unexpected happens.
However, I don't think that Chelsea will be a team that is fighting in the relegation zone because it turns out there are still teams that are much worse than them, it's just because Chelsea has spent fantastic amounts of money since last season and now so their performance has been really highlighted.
Of the next 8 matches that Chelsea have to play, I think against Fulham and Burnley will be their biggest chance to win, while for the others, if they get a draw, that would be extraordinary.

I also don’t see any team that will bring Manchester City down this season as of how they are performing right now. I also think they will be the winner this time around because we can see how the result of their matches is going so far; they have already dominated their squad to see them succeed this time around. The only team I also see doing much better this season is Liverpool, and they don’t have the performance that will bring down Manchester City. Even though I’m thinking other teams will also improve as the competition is going to be tough, I don’t think it will as of last season. However, the team I was expecting will do much better to concur that Manchester City was Arsenal or Manchester United, but as it’s now, they are not doing as expected. We will wait and see how it goes then.

However, if Manchester City is the winner of this title, then definitely Erlin Halaand will be the best scorer because the player is very talented when it comes to scoring goals, as I can attest.

chelsea never able to score even a single goals since the game against forest. How can i believe if chelsea will able to win against those big clubs in EPL which have far better qualities compared with some weak clubs faced by chelsea during its early ran of this season?
Im douting chelsea will able to take even a single point from those clubs. Chelsea may be humiliated by all of them if the club keeps played like relegated team. It's as bad as people saying if chelsea playing so standard and it's not the same like what it used to be.
Chelsea was losing its identity on the attacking line. The attacking line looked like so frustrated coz they were unable to score in any game. Chelsea was always only able scoring 1 or 2 goals.

The match against luton was an exception caused by we know that how garbage luton is. This article explains what's to come for pochettino once he will unable to get points in upcoming matches. I predict chelsea will only able to score two goals as maximum goals in the upcoming fixtures.

Pochettino is always picking non reliable player as starting line up then put good players who contributed a lot to start from the bench. It's shameful for chelsea.

These completely immature players were faced with the huge responsibility of defending Chelsea and it was clear that most of them were not ready to carry out this task. If we look at the performance of each of these players at their previous club, they actually always performed well and were even the key to victory, but when they joined one of the big teams in a more competitive competition they became bad.

I think again transfers that are too hasty and want to give the impression of showing off to other teams have left Chelsea at its lowest level at the moment and considering that this season there are still a lot of games left. I still hope they can improve, at least they can penetrate the top 10 first before targeting a much higher position and moving away from the relegation zone of course.

You cannot narrow it down the player being immature, it can also be the style of play and general atmosphere around the club.
Take Joao Felix as an example, he underperformed at Chelsea during his loan spell at the club but is performing excellently at Barcelona which is a much bigger club.

Chelsea needs an overhaul. The management, ownership and scouting has been poor, this leads to the performances on the pitch that we have seen over the last weeks.
There has also been a loss of leaders in the dressing room with Players like Azpilicueta leaving and has left the club lacking in key areas.

It is very strange the performance of Chelsea even after such time and after such big spending last year for good quality players which in the field are not responding to their amount.I think that while I believed these players needed time as they suffered from injuries quite some of them,right now is a different scenario,the injuries are gone but the bad results are still here and this means that it was not a problem of injuries after all.

They have gotten a better coach which unfortunately even he is not showing the desired results and I don't want to be in Chelsea management right now as I would not know what to do really.

I agree with you, that Chelsea are facing a big challenge after losing some of their key players and core players. When a team's foundation is disrupted, it is very difficult for them to maintain their best performance. Hopefully management can immediately find the right solution to fill the gap and improve team performance. We must remain optimistic that Chelsea will rise and compete with other teams this season and beyond.

It is difficult to know what caused Chelsea to be where they are now, even though they have spent a lot of money buying players and in the Premier League Chelsea is one of the clubs that spends the most money buying players. If you look at their performance in the English league, it is very disappointing and Chelsea only experienced one win in the English league when they faced Luton Town, the rest were draws and defeats.

Pochettino will be faced with dismissal if he is unable to recover in the upcoming match and I think Pochettino's burden will be much greater to restore the player's confidence. Facing Brighton will be much more difficult than Aston Villa last week, so there is a possibility that they will suffer another defeat in the next match.

Burnley have impressive performance in EFL Championship last season seems not really strong for playing in Premier League and Vincent Kompany need to make his team back to the top performance if won't one year only existing in Premier League.

Chelsea is facing what I will call a hard time now, since the season began they have just one win and it's very sad, the fans are not really happy as this may be causing them so much already, resources and emotions may as well be affected. Although the season hasn't ended yet, Chelsea is still the same team that had poor results the previous year. In my opinion, if a team's performance is getting poor, they will become stronger than before if they add new players, but Chelsea doesn't seem to be that way. They have a stronger team but still don't want to play well, and I think that with the players they already have, they will win the majority of their games. However, the team is having issues at the back, I can see that Chelsea's biggest issue is not on the front; Pochettino stated that he wants to win every trophy this season, but with the way they have played thus far, is it possible? If their performance remains the same over the course of their next three to four games, I'm confident that the club will try to fire him because they will no longer need his services. However, if Nkunku returns from injury, we may be able to determine whether or not their performance will improve.

People may predict that the team would be relegated because it is difficult for a team to regain form when they have excellent players, yes still hard to win. If Chelsea keeps playing this way, where do you think they will end?

Pochettino recently asking to the owner that he personally asked for more time to improve the team's condition because Pochettino still sure he can do more for Chelsea and the rumour is his future will be determined in the next 2 matches while Chelsea will fight against Brighton on Carabao Cup this Wednesday and against Fulham this weekend and if Pochettino unable to bringing Chelsea to gets the winning results from those matches then most likely he will be sacked and lost his job

Chelsea fans must remain realistic that this transition process will take quite a long time, I would not take seriously Mauricio Pochettino talk of wanting to guarantee Chelsea a start to the season. Building a club from scratch is not an easy thing, when these changes occur Mauricio Pochettino must be prepared for the risk of a bad start. At least at the end of the season, Chelsea can at least enter the top 10 for a while. Because if you want more than that, you need to realize that the current squad cannot fulfill the fans' big ambitions.

People may predict that the team would be relegated because it is difficult for a team to regain form when they have excellent players, yes still hard to win. If Chelsea keeps playing this way, where do you think they will end?

No matter how bad Chelea performance is, they will not fall into the relegation zone, let alone end up in the second caste.
