Man United spent a lot of money this season but if we look at where they stand now, it seems that the squad that Ten Hag is building is still inadequate. Ten Hag should know very well that Man United's defense is a weakness that must be addressed immediately. I thought the same thing, but it's not a problem to give big odds given the fact that Fulham is currently better than Chelsea. Maybe because Chelsea is a big name which makes the odds small. While statistically it is profitable for me to bet temporarily on Fulham, there's no harm in it, right?

Chelsea has been poor with performance since the start of the season which was unexpected of them after the club's management spent hugely to sign quality players to the club in the summer and I think the club's manager Mauricio Pochettino has to take the blames for his team poor form.
That being said, I think Chelsea are going to win their match tonight against Fulham despite the fact that they'll be playing at Fulham's home. Mauricio Pochettino knows that a defeat tonight will end their hopes of finishing in the top four at the end of the season even when it's still  early days of the season.

Chelsea is a big name despite their present woefully performance in EPL. bookmarkers are just trying to cause confusion in the mind of gamblers. If not for Chelsea's poor performance since last season, this match is not something to debate on but in all honesty, Fulham seems to be stronger than Chelsea now. Although Chelsea beat Fulham in the summer series and remain unbeaten through out the summer but everything changed immediately the league begin. The Fulham back is fragile and can be easily penetrated but unfortunately Chelsea on the other hand lacks creative scorer to the finishing. Just as you presumed, the match might either end draw or Fulham take the three points. Any otherwise result will shock everyone based on the already established protocols.

Blaming Pochettino seems unfair. Indeed, statements about young players about Chelsea's game are not the right reason. Chelsea are currently in a state of relegation of achievements and strength. Very sad to see that if liverpool was accepting unfair decision from what happeend due to the var. Var needs to be evaluated even more. It's caused by liverpool was not the only one. There have been many clubs were also getting disadvantage due to the var.
I think that this tech is not perfect yet being used in the EPL.

I forgot the on-side goal. That was strange because if I understood the whole scene correctly, they didn't show a line in the VAR review on TV. I wondered why they wouldn't do that? But if anything was wrong there, wouldn't they be held accountable after the game as well? It would not be repeated of course, but if Liverpool says there was something wrong or they request the data, I can imagine that the VAR data is stored and has to be available for checks afterwards. Because I agree that the goal was very suspiciously given as off-side and hence taken back. I was like wow, I want to see that line. But they just didn't provide it. If for some reason it was so close that even their computers couldn't draw it, then it should be a goal.

I think so because if it was a clear off-side, you'd see the lines on the screen but it wasn't there. They went over the decision to disallow the goal very quickly.

It would be great to see PGMOL being held accountable otherwise, these kinds of "significant human errors" is bound to repeat itself in the premier league. It's outright unfair to any club that is dealt that hand.

Thanks for sharing and this is really great into what's happening. I missed all of this and you know what, imagine the worst case scenario and this didn't happen at the beginning of the season, but in a head to head race on the last two matchdays when the title was still to be won for two teams and one team would be affected by such a decision. Skipping a goal scene like this and not drawing the graphic line with a computer is something that goes beyond me. I don't get it. I would really like to know whether they had technical issues or prefer to claim "significant human error". Both is really bad because a computer should be able to calculate it unless, and this is a problem, we are talking about 0.5 mm or something like that. Can their computers even catch that? I would also like to know the tolerances because it was very close but if I had to guess, I would say it was a goal. That is unacceptable.

Anybody who watched the game would know that was a clear on-side but the referrees were very quick to dismiss it and after queries from Liverpool players for the goal to be checked, they did and immediately showed that VAR has officially disallowed the goal. What's more interesting is that this happened early in the first half long before Tottenham even scored.

Like you said, if this had happened when each game might decide if title races are a hit or miss, such "significant human errors" can be catastrophic. I thought this is why we have VAR in the first place?

From my point of view, Chelsea will not win this match knowing fully well that Fulham is a strong team this season. This season Chelsea has nothing to offer so I no longer put my hope on Chelsea rather I support there opponent, am definetly watching this match I want to see what Chelsea can do.

Chelsea is in a bad scoring form, I wouldn't advice on betting on BTS. If you want to be on the safer side, maybe under 3.5 goals? Fulham managed to get a draw against in form Spurs lineup albeit was on EFL cup. I'm fairly surprised that the bookmakers still give just 2x on Chelsea to win. It doesn't look that clear cut to me. Should be an interesting game and might define both team's actual strength with the upcoming fixture, as both teams have had fairly similar competitive fixtures so far and both teams trying to reach top half of the prem table.

You have just analyzed football like a sentimental person. Granted, Chelsea have not been impressive but that doesn't rule out the fact that they were able to beat Brighton and that proves that football is full of surprises. Now , if we judged by their performance, they actually stood no chance with Brighton but then what happened?
 Monday night games usually go in favor of the Blues and stats show that they have won 11 of their 17 games and drawn four. You could argue further that Fulham can bag the three points because they have just won two games and are desperate to get another 3 points to push them up from their 12th place but then so is Chelsea. And you'd agree with me that the Blues won't pay a visit to the Craven Cottage with the intent of losing.

Should i say the bookmakers are always right or they do some predictions base on preference? The odds are not unusual to me and base on the current performance of Chelsea, they will give them that odd. But another convincing thought is the fact of how they played and win against Brighton in the EFL cup, if that is well considered, then the odds for Chelsea might be higher than this. It’s all good though, let’s see how this match is going to turn out in the end later tonight.

We always underestimate Harry Maguire whether we realize it or not, but now everyone is aware that Harry Maguire is not always wrong because he is part of the Manchester United players. I applaud his mentality of never giving up even though he is often criticized. And it proves that Harry Maguire still gets the chance to play. not to underestimate them at all, but honestly when I see them about to play, a big doubt always arises. Yes, it is because they themselves have a performance that has not improved even with changing coaches.
