You are right that currently things seem to be getting better for both parties namely for the Tottenham club and for Harry Kane. Now it looks like Kane will also make a good new history with Bayern. Even Kane has scored many goals with Bayern. and I think that's a very good achievement. And Bayern is also satisfied with Kane's performance.

I think it would be a good story if H. Kane could win the Champions League title with Bayern and Tottenham managed to win the Premier League title this season.

I think what makes Tottenham surprising at the moment is because of the smart purchase that Tottenham made this season, namely Medison, because the way he plays is what the current coach needs.
Apart from that, their competitors in the top 6 in the EPL league currently all play in European competitions while Tottenham only focus on domestic competitions, this is of course an advantage for Tottenham.

Currently Tottenham's stumbling block is Man City, if Tottenham can beat Man City home and away or at least draw, never lose, then it can be considered that Tottenham is a candidate to win the EPL league.

And it will be a boring story if Man City wins the Premier League and UCL titles again . Maybe becoming champions in the Premier League will be quite difficult for Tottenham, but getting a ticket to the UCL seems wide open for Spurs this season.
For this season I want to see Arsenal have great success and win the title this season. Because it was quite sad for Arsenal last season, they failed to maintain their position at the top of the standings just because several of their core players were injured which made Arsenal lose focus and become inconsistent at the end of the season. The problem with this is that when KDB is not in the squad, Pep's scheme also becomes different because they will prioritize attacks carried out on both sides especially some players like Alvarez, Bernardo Silva and Foden they prefer to play dribbles rather than breakthroughs made and it was seen in the last few matches especially for their match against Brighton 2 goals they produced came from attacks that started from both sides.

It's very obvious that Kelvin Debruyne was the real pillar of City and it was his good accurate passes that gave Haaland most of his goals last season, the whole team seriously misses him cause he controls the midfield very well and has a good vision to deliver good passes that lead to goal from a distance or close range, if you noticed  his goal score rate is poor compared to last season even though he's still the highest goal scorer currently,  all this ill luck he's having is due the absence of Kelvin Debruyne cause nobody currently give those good passes to Haaland like KDB does.

 Manchester City are currently 2nd in the league table after suffering several defeats against Wolves and Arsenal,Pep has come up with a strategy for his team to perform well even with absence of KDB,they'll be playing against young boys away from home in the UCL match tomorrow, it would be easy for them to beat Youngl boys and i believe Pep might rotate his team cause after that is a derby match at Old Trafford against Manchester United.

But in this case the Manchester City midfielders are also bad because they are still playing very well, it's just that when KDB is not there, they indirectly only apply one attack option where they prioritize the speed of the players to damage the opponent's defense but when there is KDB they have several options where KDB can organize attacks with speed and passes which will certainly be more profitable.
This should be one of the references for Pep that they should look for one of the players in the center who has at least similar abilities to KDB to anticipate something like this.

I support Arsenal and I will love for them to win the league title this season, but I have to agree that currently City has the class and abilities of champions and it will be a herculean task to pry it from their fingers. They have an insane squad depth and come up with new dynamism for different opponents unlike other teams that have a more singular approach to difficult matches. They are of course helped by having more money to spend than some of the other teams but the bulk of the work is done by effective scouting and player management.

Can Arsenal win the league this season? Maybe...
Will they win the league sometime in the next 5 years if Arteta stays and the board backs him up? Definitely.

Nine wins without defeat is an excellent achievement for Tottenham, they have only dropped four points this season when drawing with Arsenal and Brentford. Tottenham are trying hard to achieve their biggest achievement this season, they could repeat the success story achieved by Leicester City, who performed fiercely from the start of the season to the end of the season which culminated in lifting the title.

Tottenham only needs to maintain the performance they have shown in the nine matches that have passed to maintain their position. Tottenham must learn from Arsenal failure last season to motivate themselves to continue to be at their best so as not to lose in the title competition with other favorite clubs.

Haaland is getting sharper as the spearhead for Man City. Even since he joined Man City, it seems that all opponents are always wary of Haaland because Haaland moves quickly to receive passes. But if De Bruyne is not injured then I think Haaland can score even more goals like last season. Last season he was more productive. And actually this season he has had a slight decline. But still he is still the best. And as a bomber at Man City, his role has not yet been replaced. So Man City must always hope that Haaland can avoid injury. It is true, last season Haland was very much in the limelight more than this season, very brilliant with more than 30 goals scored during the season and his decline is quite noticeable in my opinion.
