However, I see that Chelsea seems to have found the best form of their game so far where the players seem to be playing without pressure and that will make them confident in every match they play. Newcastle united, which is known as a team that is building the foundation of their strength, will be quite an interesting spectacle when this match starts. I think, Chelsea manager is preparing the team against next season because I don't think they have anything to achieve from this tournament that will make people to praise their coach for moving the team to second or first position in the premier league table, but such thing will never happen till the end of the tournament. Chelsea manager still have a lot of work to do before you can use the team to compare Manchester city that won last season title and they are still in a good position to make things happen again in this season. That means if newcastle had many players in the club. That being said if newcastle can even take milankovic savic or even mitrovic from al hilal to join in newcastle. That means newcastle has a few clubs that have its players ready to be loaned to the newcastle. Yes, Liverpool is not an easy team to beat and Liverpool cannot be taken lightly even though Manchester City have perfect squad and could play De Bruyne as midfielder who helps the attacking line in creating goals.
Pep must be able to use strategy and also place players that are really difficult for Liverpool to break down because they have quite sharp attackers such as Mohamed Salah, Nunes and Diogo Jota.

I know there are some conversations forming around De Bruyne's return with Guardiola hinting that that might be soon. Kevin De Bruyne is really needed to face Liverpool regardless of his current condition. I don't think there's anything wrong with Pep Guardiola including De Bruyne in the second half to maintain his health. Pep can still use other players for the starting eleven, because Liverpool wins in several matches came during the second round of comebacks. Therefore, to balance Liverpool attack in the second half Pep needed someone who could solve Klopp tactics. Liverpool this season is really very aggressive and the front line continues to be solid with each other especially Nunez at international level. It seems that based on the voting results, Newcastle will be allowed to borrow players from one of the clubs in the SPL, namely from Al-hilal, Al-nassr, Al-Ahli or Al-ittihad. But it looks like Newcastle will not bring in Al-Nassr's current star player, Cristiano Ronaldo, but reportedly Newcastle plans to borrow Ruben Neves from Al-Hilal to fill the place usually occupied by Sandro Tonali. In as much as Kevin de Bruyne is one of the best player on Manchester City but I don't think he will play this match even if he is free from the injury this week, because whenever a player has that kind of injury and stay that long without training he would find it difficult to perform if being put in the field so Kelvin de Bruyne will not start immediately after recovery because he will need to undergo a series of fitness test and training to actually know if he can perform when he resumes training.

So perhaps even if Kelvin de Bruyne were to play there upcoming match I don't think he will be a much threat to other team because he will not be able to play the way he normally do.
