I agree with you, it will take Chelsea a long season before they will improve like Manchester city but it will not be in this season that is making many potential team to be ahead of Chelsea with many points that will take Chelsea many matches before they can come close to 4th or 5th position.  The reason why Chelsea has that opportunity to defeated Tottenham Hotspur in their home, is because Tottenham Hotspur players was experiencing injuries that stops some of their players not to play the match that gave Chelsea opportunity to defeated them 4-1 for the favour of Chelsea. Well they have really performed very well in last two matches and that too against big sides like City and Spurs. They will be very confident right now and secondly they will be having a great boost with Nkunku return who is yet to be 100% fit but is close to return soon. Newcastle is another tough test for them but with the team coordination they are building right now I think they will fight really hard in upcoming match. I can't imagine if Tottenham had the same fate as Everton, the reduction in points would of course have an effect on the teams mentality, right now we can see that Tottenham are experiencing bad result recently.

It will be an interesting match because Newcastle will be looking to bounce back from two consecutive defeats in the Champions League and the Premier League. They haven’t been performing well lately, owing that to the long injury lists in the team. Chelsea have been pretty decent when playing against top sides this season. I think they play better when playing against these top sides than smaller or mid teams. They kind of put on a different spirit in games like this. Many people see these draws as a sign of poor performances but the hope is that this performances ultimately gives them more than a point.

Newcastle vs Chelsea, expects the best performance from the Blues as usual, they don't hold back against elite team, that we're all aware about. The Blues are heading somewhere this season, and I'm a die-hard fan of Chelsea. There's nothing to sketch out as our current problem except for the frontline that's not balance, but sooner, it will be because Christopher Nkunku is coming back to the team, means there will be reshuffle of positions and some players will turn out to become backup player and some will fall back to their usual original position. Tbh, this is a long time now if Tottenham have been found guilty of this accusations they should ensure the consequences of failing  to do what's right gets to Tottenham.

This game will have too much intensity and too many actions playing a player who just returned from injury  is some the manager will not risk at all he may play for five few minutes but not too much in this hard and tough game. They are both fighting for the first position so too much of defending and attacking will be seen by the both clubs.
