I don't think in terms of players anyone was superior in that match. I think both of them have the same problem on the team. but Newcastle will be superior in terms of playing mentality. they are at home and they are not doing too badly compared to Chelsea. they will be better equipped to beat Chelsea.

I can't wait for this match tomorrow and indeed this match is quite difficult to predict because both teams are in good condition and but it seems like many people are favoring Manchester City as the winner because they will play as the home team.

Personally, I thought the Manchester City team was stronger. But I am not sure how they will perform in this match. Yes Newcastle are not used to playing in the Champions League, and by playing in the Chmpions League, their schedule becomes much busier than usual. But it was good for them as a very valuable experience, because Necastle is currently a team that has the potential to return to the Champions League next season.
Their focus is divided, and in the Champions League itself I am very sure they will try their best to get a good experience as well. Even though they are now at the bottom of the standings, their chances are still open to qualify for the last 16 of the Champions League.

I believed the Magpies will not make it to the next phase in UCL this season. With their previous performance, they don't stand a chance. The UEFA Champions League competition is one of the major tournament that's drawing the living strength from Newcastle, featuring against elite teams and having absolutely nothing to bother about. I didn't check the bookies to see whether they made some adjustments to the odds for this game, but good you share this one because that is highly interesting. In the past months it was sometimes worth a bet against Chelsea when they played against some of the weak teams in the Premier League. It wasn't necessarily to bet on a loss, but to bet on Chelsea not winning the game and it turned out quite profitable sometimes. But the bookies sticked to their calculations and often gave Chelsea the favorite role. Since they now do the same against Newcastle, I wonder how deeply they went into the details to come up with these odds and favor Chelsea over Newcastle in Newcastle   I know that it is numerically only, but still there is this 1% of an edge that they see Chelsea being ahead.

It's the first time for Newcastle they played in the Champions League and this team is as inexperienced in playing for different tournaments as they are right now and that's why there is the possibility for Newcastle to have a bad performance in Premier League, also, since they have super-rich owners I was expecting to see their owners spending too much money for this team and give them more players because of the hard games they are going to have but they didn't do that.
