I was shocked to see Aston Villa dominate yesterday’s game like that. Then I went to the lineup and saw how Pep started the game. In the absence of Rodrigo, he fielded Akanji and John stones, when they are not natural midfielders. Honestly I am beginning to see pride in Pep. How will you bench Kovacic and Matheus Nunes and start your midfield with center backs against an inform Aston Villa side that haven’t lost at home this season.
The problem yesterday was that..no one has the eye for the final pass there and there's no threat on the wings. Bernardo Silva had to come in for control, which wasn’t supposed to be so.

Honestly, teams just do not do what Aston Villa did to Manchester City. They won possession in the final third of the pitch 9 times in the first half alone. Aston Villa were able to squeeze the game, making it far too congested for City's midfield to cope with it. They were unable to find the space required to spring the trap and set Haaland away. No team has done that more in a full game all season.

Aston Villa has still maintains there unbeaten home record since October till now, I was actually certain that Manchester City will break it yesterday but it was quite unfortunate for them seeing what they did not believe will happen on there match against Aston Villa with the way Aston Villa was able to tackle them very hard and giving them no space to score, I was even surprise with how Aston Villa was able to tackle Haaland in such a way that there was no opportunity to perform the way he normally does.

Perhaps this there match reminds me of Manchester City and Chelsea match that everyone was very sure and certain that Manchester City will win Chelsea but little did they know that Chelsea will surprise everyone at the end, so of course I had the same believe yesterday that Manchester City will surely win Aston Villa but I was very surprise with how dominating Aston Villa was becoming and at last wins Manchester City.

I think that Aston Villa has had a spectacular transformation journey, with great credit going to Unai Emery. Seen in the match against Manchester City yesterday was resilience, strength and discipline. It is clear that Unai's systematic preparation has worked. Aston Villa's extremely impressive unbeaten home record from October until now has proven that. I don't think it's a decline for Manchester City because of the lack of pillar Rodrigo, but rather the system Unai has built is extremely smooth, united, disciplined and most of all it has achieved efficiency. Perhaps the huge success with their hat-trick last season made them underestimate their opponents and they made a mistake in approaching the match like that.

3 consecutive draws and ending with a defeat in the last match, is something very terrible for Manchester City. I don't see Manchester City as usual in this match, Aston Villa really succeeded in making it difficult for Manchester City so that their game did not develop at all. In the Premier League a distance of 6 points is not an easy distance for them to pursue, especially now that the club above Manchester City also has a good appearance.  I see their strength is almost balanced now and that is a good sign for people who want to see fierce competition in the Premier League. You're right. If Ten Heg means to say Manchester United are doing well in the Premier League then I understand what he is saying and probably also agree with what he is saying. But I don't agree if what he means is Manchester United as a whole in all competitions. Because we can see how Manchester United performed very badly in the Champions League. In fact, they are currently the most likely to fail to advance to the next stage. Because Manchester United is even ranked bottom in Group A in the Champions League. And that's clearly not OK for the squad.

But to say that Manchester United has no crisis in it is clearly just sweet words spoken by Ten Heg to quell the concerns of Manchester United fans. It is true that without Rodri, Manchester City lost control in the defensive line and it would not be surprising if the result was the same as the previous defeat suffered by Manchester City. However, Rodri's absence from the match was not without reason because he was banned from playing due to the accumulation of yellow cards he received. Rodri's role is as important as Kevin De Bruyne's and that is why without these two players, Manchester City will become even weaker.

2. Nothing dissappointing about the chelsea game. Thats Chelsea football club for you "inconsistent". They were bossed by mctominay and amrabat in midfield llol. That aside, in a big rivalrly game, form never matters

Liverpool haven't had too much trouble so far Liverpool can be said to be quite better than last season. In fact currently Man City is facing an unexpected situation. The Premier League competition is not as easy as they think just because they have won 3 trophies. Spurs clearly made a mistake because they were too aggressive at the start of the season. The top standings favour Arsenal and may have Aston Villa to thank. Besides that Manchester United are only 3 points away from Man City therefore Pep Guardiola must take this defeat seriously. It seems that whether or not agreeing to let Gundogan and Mahrez leave has a significant impact plus the absence of KDB, Rodri and Grealish leaves more gaps open the new players brought in can't really cover it all.

They chilled down and couldn't belive their very eyes the type of danger that have befallen them. Erik Ten Hag have been praised by the wonderful display tonight at Old Trafford and that's the exact way they want to see Manchester United perform, because that will elevate them in all round performance. McTominay should be crowned MOTM after netting a brace against Chelsea.

I am just going to say this and I am sure I am going to get a lot of hate for this. But Manchester United was able to beat Chelsea because Chelsea is not performing well at all currently. The performance of Chelsea is pretty bad. Even weaker opponents are able to win against Chelsea.  So this had to be a three-point for Manchester United. And by the looks of it, I actually thought that Manchester United might walk away with only one point from this match. But luckily they kept pushing and got the three points in this match.  Let’s see if they can actually continue performing well.

You are right because I see no reason why Liverpool is struggling when they have been performing really well this season and also they are moving in accordance to all the league they are on this season, because in this premier league they are at the second position and on the Europa League group E they are also the strongest team on that group by leading with the first position.

Perhaps with how informed Liverpool is on this season especially on the Europa League there is a high chance of them wining the league because they are more than qualified.

If Manchester City does not immediately find its best performance, its ambition to win the EPL title this season could disappear. manchester united was able playing better without rashford. Rashford is just a burden for manchester united right now. He was nothing rather than a garbage winger that is very selfish. I would rather than pick tominay to play a winger rather than rashford.
Manchester united is always having good performance without him and it seems like that rashford is the main problem that made manchester got stuck in the same place.  I can't even believe it about how media was even starting to talk about him.

Ten hag will put garnacho as a starting line up which is far better rather than give rashford a chance to play. He shall not be a selfish winger and it may change ten hag's mind this season to give him chance to play as starting line up.

Manchester United beat Chelsea in their last match. Manchester United started the season very badly but now they look like a good performing team. With three wins out of the last four matches in the English Premier League, they have managed to climb well up the points table. Manchester United is now the sixth team in the points table and their number of points is 27. If Manchester United is more serious in the upcoming matches and if they perform well in the upcoming matches then they will be able to take their position higher.  Point table number four and number 5 team with Manchester United's point difference is only 3, so if they can perform well in the end, then Manchester United must be able to be in the top 5 of the point table.

I didn't aspect that Manchester United would defeat Chelsea, To be honest they did a fantastic job in yesterday's match. This demonstrates how Manchester United's play has improved. Manchester United deserves to win because of the effort they put into pressing Chelsea yesterday. Chelsea try to play better in the second half; otherwise, they struggle throughout the first half of the encounter. Manchester United has extend  Chelsea rent to 10th position.

I wasnt expecting Manchester United to beat Chelsea so well either. They're clicking this season, especially in this game. United's pressure on Chelsea was incredible. They clearly worked hard on strategy and execution. Chelsea tried to improve in the second half, but Man United's first-half dominance set the tone. United's ascent and Chelsea's drop to 10th show their development. Like last season, they found their groove midway through. Watching them do it again is thrilling. Their performance exceeded my expectations, and they're a league power this year.

I don't even see united has striker during the game. The real striker must be tominay and it's not hojlund. Shall ten hag does an experiment to put hojlund as a defender then put tominay as a striker?
Tominay needs more appreciations as he played far better compared to the real striker of manchester united. This guy was always helping manchester united in the difficult situation. Meguire played like maldini LOL.
Chelsea is playing individually and there was no team working being showed by chelsea during the game. Glad to see that united farmed three points from chelseal. This is really good result for united.

That's sad to see how manchester united had very poor performance in the UCL unlike in EPL yet still no goal for hojlund at this moment. I don't know what the fuck is wrong with this guy.

I know Scott McTominay scored two goals, but Garnacho deserved to win Man of the Match. He played well. He tormented Chelsea's defense with his speed and technique. Garnacho was unlucky not to get a goal in this match. On a day when Man United's attack missed many opportunities, Scott McTominay was the one to correct his teammates. McTominay was given more opportunities to attack by coach Ten Hag. I want him to play higher. The team needs to make it happen so McTominay is in positions around a striker.

We can't blame Garnacho entirely. He is playing against a completely unstable club, and everyone is unstable.

After yesterday's game I can agree with everyone that Man City are having a bad season for the first time in a long time and we see that Haaland is not really the player who can create chances for himself, I don't think he deserves to be compared to Mbappe and Vinicius Junior but I guess when Rodri, Doku and Kdb comes back from injury the team will be back.

Manchester City could be facing a very hard time as you’ve said but I still don’t think it will be for a long time or will affect their chances for the title race. Every team always have this period in the league that their performance won’t be stagnant and will lose matches at some points, what distinguishes each teams own is how they can limit their losses to ratio of their winnings which I believe Manchester City would have taken like 10 wins before witnessing a loss, that’s about 10:1 which has giving them a better record to be at the top of their form and position when experiencing this type of moments in the league. Their next match won’t be as this because I have confidence that they will perform better and be in their best form once again after yesterday’s defeat.
