If United will have a better manager, then Ten Hag should be sacked for betterment of the team because Manchester United of all people should not be satisfied and happy just because of FA Cup victory.

Man United is a big team and has many achievements. With this achievement, it's a little consolation but not a great achievement. So I believe Man United will soon give an evaluation and may replace him. Although he has only been at Man United for 2 years he has won 2 EFL cups last year and the FA cup this season.

In fact, there is no official news if Ten Hag will be fired. Even local media give rumors if he stays at Man United. But other media reported that Man United was very interested in Gareth Southgate. But this condition is not ideal because Gareth Southgate will be with England for the Euro.

I hope that Manchester United management can retain Ten Hag and I think that possibility is very big after Ten Hag succeeded in bringing Man United to the FA Cup this season.
Currently, Ten Hag is making progress to improve the team, so nothing is instant and we have to be patient even though Ten Hag's steps are a little slow, but I think there are many obstacles that should be understandable, as is the case this season, many of Man United's main players have been injured. so that the team's performance cannot improve.

If Man United recruits another coach then there is no guarantee that they will be better, everything requires a process and it would be good for them to continue the process with Ten Hag, after all the progress already looks a little positive.

You have to remember though, the majority of their overpaid squad has been underperforming for years and it’s got multiple managers sacked. Maybe it’s not the managers fault, it’s the players. 

If he should be sacked I don't think the UTD board supported him with enough funds to get players when it matters, although the players he bought never showed that much energy to make the team much stronger but in my opinion I think ten Heg bought injuries instead of players who are fit. Some started picking form towards the end of the season and it was too late to even rate them. Finishing 8th place to me is a disappointing performance because they're suppose to make sure they end up in that number 4 position which was going well till losing became part of them.
Some of those players don't even like how they're being mixed up and being played in different positions that they couldn't do better, the main thing is the manager Erik ten Heg never had a better relationship with the players, so they have to play him out, the combination of Rashford and Sancho would have been one deadly force in the EPL but misunderstanding divided the team, some part of the problem should be on Erik ten Heg in fact better part of it and 20% of it has to be on the players because if the team is doing well we praise the coach and if anything goes wrong is the coach that carries more of the blame.

The fans of Liverpool are more matured compare to what we see at Stanford bridge and old Trafford. When Jurgen Klopp came to Liverpool in the first season it wasn't an immediate impact he created on the club, I think he struggled in his first season. It was in his second season that things began to take shape. Even Pep Guardiola didn't win a trophy in his first season at Manchester City, in fact he struggled to fit in and many Media outlets wrote him off. So I won't be surprised if Arne Slot first season at Liverpool don't go as expected. He is not Jurgen Klopp so their delivery pattern won't be the same, it will take him at least a season at Liverpool to fully understand how the premier league works and also Know the caliber of players that will come in and the ones to go out. Right now everything is just trial and errors until a balance is strick. I know Jurgen Klopp would have given him assurance that his door is always open for him if ever he Arne Slot needs his advice. Liverpool fans know how to be faithful with their managers. Slot will succeed in Liverpool this am sure of.

Honestly speaking, I also do not see Manchester United improving very well in next season. I still see Manchester United struggling to make top four next season. They can only avert this if they make good decisions. Decisions such as hiring a new coach, buying good and consistent players. In fact buying quality players to man the defense is more important than hiring a new coach. Even if I do not have a complete confidence in the personality of Erik Ten Hang, I still believe that he can do better next season if provided with consistent players. He was able to win the FA Cup because he had a handful of his players available for that final. Can you imagine Manchester United defense without Martinez, Varane, Wambissaka and Dalot winning the FA cup finals?

However, I still understand that a whole lot of things happen in new seasons. The pre-season a new thing, the swapping of jersey, selling of players and buying new legs. All these bring about positive changes in a club, but it is still the head coach that will pilot the team. He'll receive the major accolades or criticism according to the results.

The INEOS are almost like the glazers, I'm super sure they're here to make further profits same way as the glazers. I have no problem hiring a new coach, what I would want is to bring in a coach tactically better and brilliant than Erik Ten Hag. But do they have any out there better that Erik Ten Hag?

Graham Potter? Gareth Southgate? Roberto De Zebri? Thomas Frank? Thomas Tuchel might have won trophies, but no man, you could see how he's way behind with Bayern Munich, I wouldn't want to see that with Manchester United.

In fact, we won't know for sure what will happen to M. Salah and Luis Diaz in the coming season because it is reported that Saudi Arabian club wants M. Salah, but it seems that Salah still wants to defend Liverpool.so in my opinion there is no certainty about what will happen. happens with Salah. However, with Klopp leaving Liverpool, it seems that Luis Diaz wants to follow Kloop, in essence he wants to leave Liverpool and play at another club which is certainly not in the EPL. but honestly I hope Luis Diaz and M. Salah play together at Liverpool again because in my opinion these two players are really needed by Liverpool.

Losing key players and coaches will certainly make Liverpool different from usual, but we'll see whether Arne Slot can make Liverpool even better or not, but I'm sure that Arne Slot will try his best to make Liverpool successful. And of course there are certainly Liverpool fans who are worried about the change in Liverpool coach, but of course everyone can only hope that Arne can make Liverpool champions in the coming season.

You know every team have this player that means a whole lot to the team and even when the players are aging they think so deep and make sure there’s a very good replacement before letting go of those players. For Liverpool there’s Mo Salah and for Man City, there’s KDB, these players have proven over the years to be huge assets for their different clubs and you can’t imagine the club losing them now. ⁠You can see how Klopp was able to effectively manage Salah and get him to the club’s top level and to the point he now is a key a factor in the team.

 At this point if Liverpool plays, the defenders of the opposing team are always scared when its Mo Salah with the ball because they’re scared of what he can do whilst he is on the ball. Mo Salah can also be seen as the biggest contribution for the club’s UCL trophy and EPL trophy too as he has the stats to speak for him. ⁠Now Klopp is out, I hope the mew manager will be able to continue with this pattern and maybe try to retain Salah as he can help in high pressure game especially with his pace.

 The new manager tactics is now a cause of worry for the fans because they hope he still keeps u with some kind of Klopp ball rather than changing the whole style entirely. ⁠Of course, you can already imagine how the club will struggle with a new management but I think those can be mitigated and of the way is to keep players like Salah, TAA, VVD still in the squad as these players can adapt and deliver the tean when called upon and if this is done, I think Liverpool will still be at that to level we know.

FA cup even came like a sympathy trophy for the season to Manchester united from Manchester city because even before the match guardiola made some statements that felt like he was sympathizing with Manchester united but then they still did played so well that they were willing to win the game but their performance wasn't really productive and I'm having a feeling it's intentional tho I might be wrong but it's just my taught.

Over the last last four transfer markets, Manchester United have undoubtedly been one of the most active participants but sadly, the club's performance haven't improved as much as it should if we consider how big they've spent in the transfer market. While sone people believe they made the wrong signings by buying over priced players, others believe that it was because of the management style of the club manager Erik ten Hag that some of these signings have failed to live up to expectations. As far as I have noticed, Erik Ten Hag has not made a big contribution to Manchester United, in fact, in my opinion, Manchester United's performance has tended to stagnate since Alex Ferguson left Manchester United. Manchester United needs a coach who understands Alex Ferguson's way of thinking and I see that currently there is no coach who has that capacity, so next season I am sure that Manchester United will not be able to become EPL champions, there is no creativity that has been shown so far ten hag coaches man utd.

Honestly, it is precisely among the majority of members here who say Manchester United has improved only you and a few others, since the end of 2013 Manchester United continues to lose their identity as a big team even though they are still able to compete for the top standing, but Manchester United performance often experiences criticism from its legends which indicates that Manchester United has now experienced a slump,  Mourinho arrival made a slight increase in Manchester United squad but after Mourinho was fired, Manchester United fell even more.

Situation is very interesting with we are having divided by many with few wants to sack him because they are feeling not good end of the Manchester United in Premier League is troubling sign but still we are having another group which want to retain him which could be interesting because things are not stable, and they need to improve their quality and performance which is not happening even they are having too many quality players which can give their best and bring better things which are not coming.

As far as I have noticed, Erik Ten Hag has not made a big contribution to Manchester United, in fact, in my opinion, Manchester United's performance has tended to stagnate since Alex Ferguson left Manchester United. after observing several cases in more depth, the reason why Man United retained Ten Hag was because this season, Ten Hag lost several players who had long injuries and on the one hand, the new players who were brought in at the start of last season were unable to give maximum performances and make the team's performance visible weak.
