If Chelsea management is too hasty in hoping for a quick fix, then they will only be wasting time and money. The best approach I can expect from them next season is to give the same coach at least 2 to 3 seasons to develop, of course one season will not be enough.

New coaches require adaptation and implementation of good strategies for their players. He needs to implement many new things in his players and of course that takes time and patience. It was no surprise when we saw Pochettino fail in his first season at Chelsea, but he started to improve as the season drew to a close. If only Chelsea will be patient, then I think Pochettino can offer a lot of new things next season.

Its not difference with Chelsea's management expectation with new manager keep get top fourth standings position or winning the Premier League trophy in his first season appearance.
Pochettino had working hard after many key players injury and success made Chelsea finish on top sixth standings place but management sacked him after lack patience waiting the progress and development.
Seems difference with Chelsea performance next seaosn if management keep believing for Pochettino because has opportunity keep in the Premier League race or finish as big four premier league teams.

But at least, if Enzo Maresca fails to make Chelsea compete in the top four, then it is expected that Enzo Maresca is ready to get sacked at the end of the season. Because I think, someone who becomes Chelsea manager then of course, they must prepare themselves to get fired. Because after all, even though Pochettino managed to make Chelsea get a Conference League ticket too, in fact Chelsea still fired Pochettino. Therefore, it is indeed a target that must be achieved to be able to finish in the top four if Enzo Maresca or whoever becomes Chelsea coach wishes to stay at Chelsea.

There are some things that feel really hypocritical to me.  It is not okay to get a yellow card willingly if your friends have actually made a bet on it,  but somehow it is okay for the batting companies to actually sponsor the leagues and even clubs. Either you do not associate with any kind of gambling or betting or these things are always going to happen.  but again there is another fine line between the player making a bet.  getting a yellow card willingly doesn't sound so bad. But what if that yellow card is going to deny him playing in a crucial match which is the next match?  and what if it was not just a yellow card?  what if he actually deliberately got a red card?  suddenly it sounds really bad, doesn't it?

 all I want to say is that if the player is actually guilty he should be punished.  but if he is not guilty,  we should not suddenly assume that he has definitely done this. If he is guilty Ban him,  but until then do not put any kind of pressure on him because that might actually make him perform badly.

I am 100% certain that Unai Emery is miles and miles better than Erik Tan Hag without a doubt, the comparison isn't even close in my mind, I think it's quite clear that Villa being higher up than United by that much margin proves that Unia Emery is an elite level manager.

I hear that United is interested in Tuchel, which wouldn't be that bad, I do not think that Tuchel would be able to turn this team around that easily, I think it is going to take some time, but I feel like it is not going to be that impossible neither. We will see them do better I think, well usually new managers at United do very well on their first season, and do very badly on their second season, which I think will be the case for United and if they hire Tuchel as well, great first year, terrible second year.

Will this be the last chance for Eric ten Hag? We know that not many coaches get an opportunity like this. Manchester United is one of the world football teams which has many fans, so Eric ten Hag has quite a big responsibility to bring the Manchester United team to another championship in the prestigious Premier League competition. If ten hag is given good money just like he was given seasons back and he's not able to tactical use the players he's buying well enough to their fullest potential, I doubt if they will still be able to be as productive as they should be enough to get results, a season ago he got onana and a few players but still they weren't optimal enough in their performance and Manchester united still be experiencing the same set back for which he was brought to take them out of, ten hag doesn't seem to have a good relationship with his team members and I think that too is a problem he needs to fix if he has been given the chance again to head the team.

If it were to be other premier league teams, considering the fact that the league is a very competitive one and they aren't meeting up with expectations, I doubt if they would have allowed ten hag even finish the season with them but Manchester united have kept on giving him the benefits of doubts hoping he will improve, personally I think he should be allowed to go, and get someone els for the job.

It wasn't his first year and I think adaptation time should be given to players, not coaches. The coach should see the situation from the beginning and realise how to fix it, but Ten Hag couldn't do that and their cup win I'm sure is not an indication of their strength and ability. The next season they were left out of the European Cup and finished this season in 8th place, that's what is important

I don't know why you would even term the premier league as a farmers league in the first place, I mean you yourself clearly saw how the competition was fierce among these teams and that has been the case for like three seasons now but the difference is that city always know how to manage themselves under pressure and never gives in to any mistake and this is where the others do fail and that's how they have manage to secure these title. I believe an example of a farmers league would be one that the point difference between the first and second is very big and sometimes the league is even won before it even gets to the end of season.

I will like to say this season competition is one of the toughest competitions over the last four seasons now because the Premier League title was fought until the last day that the Premier League season ended before they found the winner. Honestly,  I like the way this season competition is. Manchester City really played well despite Arsenal, but Arsenal was not just lucky, and that is why they were not able to win the Premier League title. If Arsenal can keep up with their current form, it is possible that next season they will be able to compete with Manchester City and other teams well and be opportune to win the Premier League title. Arsenal and Manchester City are still the favourites to win the Premier League title if we should judge them based on their current performances and coaches.

Even though Eric Tan Hag had player losses and came to manage an already unsuccessful team when he arrived, he did well in the season and even won a cup. I think Manchester United club acted hastily, perhaps there may have been situations where the club and the coach did not agree, other than success.

We know that most big clubs will never want to associate with a player that had criminal cases like rape but since the England international was cleared of any wrongdoing, the club would've retained him instead of allowing him leave the club. I read a report earlier today that Mason Greenwood is now in the retained list of Manchester United players which means he's very likely to feature for the club come next season but if I'm to get Greenwood, I'll rather leave than to represent the same club that wasn't there for me when I needed their backing the most.
Another decision I think they got wrong was to let Jadon Sancho leave the club on loan to Borussia Dortmund after having a rift with the club manager. Erik ten Hag have been having issues with some of the clubs players in the past two years including the club's former player Cristiano Ronaldo and recently Jadon Sancho. If Manchester United really needs to improve, they should learn how to handle their players in the future

If he just adapted to Man United, I think it is quite late. It is not the first season for him, he already managed Man United team for 2 seasons. In his first season, Man United can finish in the 3rd place but in the current season Man United only finished in the 8th place. It is a worse position for Man United in EPL, how can you assume that Ten Hag begins to adapt with Man United team? Ten Hag leads Man united to be in a worse position in his 2nd season. I think all the teams in EPL experience the same thing, it is not only Man United that have many injured players. Ten Hag also built his squad himself, he can't blame the players because he bring them to Man United team.

I don't think it is enough to prove the ability of Ten Hag. Man United prioritizes to win EPL trophy, it doesn't fulfill the minimum target of Man United management. If you say Ten Hag has no high potential, it is just a good reason to sack him. Why Man United needs to keep a coach who has no high potential to improve the team? Man United deserves to have a better coach. A new coach who can build the team with good players and can have a good relationship with the whole players. There are several candidates to replace Ten Hag. Tuchel and Pochettino are the top candidates to be the next Man United coach.

On paper Manchester United want him to stay that's what they want the public to believe and they have also included him on the list of players to play for the club next season but the main question is, the man Greenwood has he accepted to play for the club after everything that happened? If he decides to play then he's happy or should I say satisfied with what happened during his time behind bars.
Sancho need to leave on loan since the atmosphere isn't ok for him and I'd blame Erik ten Heg, he has been the major problem of Manchester United since he can't gain control over the locker room and becoming the man who has the final say, at first his relationship with the players was too bad that he can't have a one on one conversation with the players, at least be free to ask what they want, that's why people say the club is bigger than Erik ten Heg to handle, not like Ajax. Ones he can relate with the players I believe things would be fine and they will win games because they have one voice.

I don’t think it will always be that bad for them and continue to become unlucky with managers over the few years. Tuchel is not a bad choice and if Manchester United can keep him more than two seasons after signing him, he’ll reshape the form of that team and bring in quietly player to help receive the lost hope of the team soon.

Thomas Tuchel is a great Coach to me but he’s always blames because of his past performance with Chelsea that he didn’t have a good season after the first one what was all due because of poor season after the first season which to me he was not giving a chance till the end of the season. His second trouble was with Bayern Munich which he also repeat the same thing as Chelsea, won the league in his first season and then don’t quite manage the team well the following season after that.

I love his coaching style because I still feel these are all coincidentally and not naturally how good he can be as a coach. Let Manchester United consider him as one replacement for Eric Ten Hag, I'm sure he will do great things for the club when he joins them this season.

I have always questioned Manchester United business ideas since Sir Alex Ferguson left the club. Manchester United has never made any young signing which they will let her sell at high price in the future. Rather they go on to buying people that are up to 30 years and in the end they will not sell them high. Some of them will end up leaving the club as free agents.
Apart from the mistake which Manchester United made about greenwood, they also meant and similar mistake in where Cristiano Ronaldo is an also concerning Jordan Sancho. Looking at the success of this three personalities in their different clubs, you will agree with me that Manchester United made some horrible mistakes. If there is a clear chance of bringing mason greenwood back to Manchester United, I will surely encourage that because it will help the club come back to timeline. If Rsshford and Garnacho should manage the left flank, Greenwood will operate from the right flank and that will be a very good boost for the club.
