We can't predict at this time that would just be premature speculation but most will say the same thing if in the coming season Manchester City remains the PL title holder without having difficulty competing with Arsenal.

Arsenal's failure this season is not that disappointing, they have fought with hard work. In fact, Arsenal are only separated by a narrow points difference. Apart from that, the competition to win the Premier League trophy. The season that just ended was not easy for City. Until week 38, City must win their match to keep their title. and yeah, City did. but Arsenal, gives them tough competition. The new season is coming soon, Arteta and Edu are planning to bring in a pure striker who is a necessity in their squad. If Arsenal gets him, what else is a striker they can rely on. you can be sure, competition will get tougher. Moreover, Arsenal has the option of several strikers that they use depending on the opponent. As for midfielders, I don't know whether Arteta will bring him in to strengthen his squad. because several players are rumored to be leaving the Emirates. Likewise with the defense line, several names of young players are being targeted by Arsenal.

We'll see, the new season will come. After all, City won't be able to defend their title forever even though they are still under the guidance of Pep Guardiola. and maybe several other teams will take part in overhauling and strengthening their squad, Newcastle could be spending a lot in this summer's transfer window. Likewise with other teams, City will have competitors who are better prepared in the coming season. At the very least, I suspect that next season the competition will be even tighter.
