I am 100% certain that Unai Emery is miles and miles better than Erik Tan Hag without a doubt, the comparison isn't even close in my mind, I think it's quite clear that Villa being higher up than United by that much margin proves that Unia Emery is an elite level manager.

Thomas Tuchel is not the right coach for Manchester united because of how he managed Bayern Munich poorly but since Manchester United's problem is mostly associated with coaches, trying the ability of Tuchel will be considerable at this point at least let us see if he can turn things around for the club but if he is able to achieve positive results for Manchester united in his first season then he can probably continue in the next season so the most important thing is for Manchester United to get a new coach as that is what the club needs now.

Bruno's contribution to Manchester United's success is more important than his financial gain. Without him, the club would be a weaker force, making it difficult to replace him with better players. So far I do not categorize Ten Hag as one of the worst coaches in Manchester United history. Ten Hag does a lot of great work, but some people may still be unsatisfied. There is always anger and disappointment in every failure, but as a unit in the team, Ten Hag has done the best based on his ability.

Everyone needs to be patient and give enough time before success is achieved. Many team management including Chelsea have not given this opportunity to some of their coaches in the last few seasons, but I respect the decision of Manchester United management if they want to give Ten Hag a chance.

I am sure Manchester United will get better if they can recruit several reliable players in various positions. The Manchester United squad needs depth and qualified players who are worthy of wearing the badge and that read jerseys. Especially in midfied, they'd be need two to three players who can complement both Bruno Fernandez and Kobbie Mainoo. Extending his contract a d increasing his pay is something I don't think Manchester united can be able to achieve at a time, maybe they can extend his contract but his pay increase is something I doubt if they will be able to make up for currently as it may exert some financial pressure in the team and they may not be able to bear it well enough currently. Fernandes may likely not leave the premier league like you mentioned as he has stayed their long enough and has gotten used to their styles and patterns which may make adoption to other leagues take some time.

The EPL has definitely been a good ground for him a d he's career aswell, he's done so much and has aswell achieved quite a good number of things in the EPL and he's an English player even by nationality so it's a really English blood in him which may not be easily let go because of his long experience and adaptation except for Saudi leagues where they do make go and higher offers , English leagues will still remain his destination.
