With what Todd Boehly did to change coaches it was as if he didn't want to see Chelsea develop better. Pochettino has actually managed to build a fairly strong foundation at Chelsea this season, relying on the majority of young players actually makes Chelsea run quite slowly but definitely in the league, we can even see how step by step Chelsea are moving forward in the right direction and it is proven towards the end of the season they are finally able to cut the gap with the team that is at the top of the Premier League standings this season,  But unfortunately the slow process actually makes Chelsea owners not want to keep Pochettino until next season, and prefer to replace Pochettino with another current coach.

For the top four spots things are looking interesting because we all know three clubs are having no problem for the staying here with last fourth spot is going to the headache because few clubs are trying to improve their strength and fixing their problems which they face in last season but still there is no guaranteed about this who is going to stay for this spot, and we are having five clubs even I am personally having feeling Chelsea and Newcastle Untied are having not strong case but still they can take charge from the start which could be interesting.

Although not faring well this season, Manchester United have certainly seen a lot of progress as they have qualified for the FA Cup. The team is still very strong as we have seen Man United win the FA Cup after beating the mighty Manchester City. However, I think that Erik ten Hag will be able to succeed if every player is trained well next season.

It is appropriate for Ten Hag to be retained because Ten Hag has shown a little better progress, so Manchester United management must be patient with the process that has been carried out by Ten Hag and must even be fully supported.
The success of winning the FA Cup last season might be a strong reason for Manchester United management to keep Ten Hag, and I think it would be the right decision.

No one knows why the decision was taken and maybe Todd Boehly has a different view from most people in seeing the problem. I agree that Pochettino is much better and maybe needs to be given time to give his best for Chelsea. Changing new coaches also does not necessarily give good results because it takes hard work to build a team from scratch so it takes time for the results.

Fans are too demanding of the best performance instantly even though the coach has tried his best and that's football. Pochettino gave something much better at the end of the season so that Chelsea managed to finish in a much better ranking. Since the decision to sack him was taken, Chelsea will start rebuilding the squad to be more solid next season.

After the arrival of Todd Boehly here at the Chelsea things are not going favourable for anyone because he never loves anyone to interfere in his business and Pochettino was looking for some his view into transfer window which create problems and at the end we are having lost of the job for the Argentinian which is now looking for the new job in last few years as we have things here at the Chelsea only his tenure was looking much better and stable but now after having new coach can they keep this momentum and performance this is surely not easy job for them.

With things can be favourable for the new coach it's also important because we can feel heat if he is going to have no obeying Todd Boehly, so this is going to be interesting time with Chelsea which is looking for the better results and development into their squad this needs something extraordinary from the coach.
