  The problem is that they always slip towards the end of the season which ultimately makes them fail to win the title from Manchester City in the last 4 seasons. This season they must be able to show that they can do it even with a new coach.

Guardiola is a very good manager at playing during struggling moments, the way he messaged tho win the title last season with tons of injured and fatigued players is very impressive. Arsenal and Liverpool feel tho their face in the race, they're always very good in showing high optimism at initial moments, and their force decreases down the season.

Premier league of this season is very pregnant, I hope it delivered good, entertaining and impressive results for these teams, personally I'll be very happy if Arsenal lights the trophy for the first time in a very long time, I'm not a fan of the club, but I want some rewards for Arterta's hard works in the team.

With Guardiola, Manchester City began an era with solid idea on their philosophy from this coach and their transfer strategy changed entirely to support the coach too. Guardiola does not stop to upgrade himself but generally his favorite playing style does not change too much. There are improvements and Manchester City are different than Barcelona with tiki-taka 10 years ago but results are they dominated Premier League and won a first Champions League in their club history.

Though I have not come across this statement but I think with how you narrated it, he actually said that, that's to say that he is not supposed to be a coach of a club like Manchester United because he lack all it takes to manage such football club, even If he was gonna say that it shouldn't be in the public, he should actually be telling the owner of the club what he wants in other to build the club to the desired level since he failed to do that I think it is a mispriority for him, having said that I think all the blame should go to him because this statement of his has shown that he doesn't know his duty as a manager, if a manager must say things the way he thinks that's good for him, he should be optimal in his assignment as a coach, if he is this anxious to say his mind in the public which am not actually against, why can't he apply this anger to his coaching job to give his team the best coaching experience they have ever seen or had.

His utmost concern as a manager is supposed to be bringing trophies to the club and if he feels that the team he is managing can't bring such success, instead of giving silly excuses, it will be better for him to complain to the management and tell them what is needed to be done in other to achieve the success the team want.
Since it has gotten to the extent of him coming to the public to say things like this, the club should be looking for his replacement because this kind of statement can make the players to start underperforming since they are not valued by their manager and it could lead to a dressing room issues that may result to weakening the morale of the entire player and we all know the dangers accompanied with such events happening.

For this match I think I will avoid it, MU's condition is still difficult to predict, their performance has been too bad at the beginning of this season, although on paper they have a big chance

It's weird. Ten Hag, Manchester United's coach, wasn't trying to motivate his club to compete for all the important titles. He don’t even believe in his anymore. And that’s filtered down to his players.

The Emotional management of ETH is very poor, he bows to pressure easily and unnecessarily and speaks things that demoralizes even the team he is managing. Naturally when people are motivated, they perform even beyond their capacities. Players need to know that the manager believes in them and their talent to be able to give in their best for the team. This is particularly why I so much love Ancelotti of Real Madrid, the guy is much of a friend, rather than a coach to his players and with such very good relationship, he is winning trophies and getting the best out of the team.

I believe Manchester United management needs to understand that Ten Hags is not the right person to build the team, Manchester United has more players than most of the Premier League top teams, but Ten Hag lacks the experience to build the team, how can he claim that they don't have what it takes to win the league title, that is not the best way to encourage players because every Manchester United player wants to win the league title, they are not there just to win games and finish in the top four. Before the season began, I was confident in saying that I would not be surprised if Manchester United won the league this season because of the players they bought.

I haven't liked Ten Hag's method during the last two seasons, if Ten Hag believes they don't have everything it takes to win a trophy this season, it means they won't be able to beat any of their opponents this season. Southampton this season is a promotion team but unfortunately, Southampton still looks weak to compete in the Premier League this season. Because after all, from the three matches that Southampton has played in the Premier League,  the fact is that Southampton is consistent with its defeat. Also, if I consider the three opposing teams that Southampton faced before, that these teams are also not entirely good, for example like Nottingham, even though Southampton played at home but Southampton still lost against Nottingham.

It appears the breaks are over and by the weekends, the club games will resume but the premier League games may be starting from Saturday and not tomorrow, I have been in anticipation of these games to see how the players will fare after the breaks, Luckily for most epl teams, they have most of their players back intact and in good form, I have seen across other domestic leagues where they have some o their players even key ones suffering injuries from the breaks after going to represent their various countries. Saturday is just few days away and we get back our club actions live, I don't have any focus particular about any player in the breaks so far so I would just see to probably taking my attention back to the premier League again and look to see what the performances would be like now.

Arteta was close enough to become champions with Arsenal, maybe it's because of experience, maybe because of the selection of players for the team, but City still remains one step ahead of Arsenal. And if you look at all the seasons that Arteta worked at Arsenal, only in the last Arsenal did not have the usual slump during the season, while for City it is a usual thing. Remember this is Manchester United, a big team. Coach Ten Hag needs to build confidence in the players to be determined to compete no matter how difficult the situation is. As a fan of neither clubs, both Chelsea and Manchester United are underperforming. Don’t let one small cup fool you, Manchester United are in the same position as Chelsea.
