Cole Palmer is a very good player and i will never say anything bad about him. Although there are some games that becomes so difficult for him to show his true skills but its not because he is incapable but he needs everyone to have the same momentum and energy to play better. Every player has their worst days and their glory days. Take Mo Salah as an example, he is always a good player but he aint seen by many people because he hasn't won anything or sometimes in the past his team tend to be slower in response to win. Now you cant compare any player in the EPL to Salah. Obviously he is the best and most consistent player in the Premier League.

But indeed for now that is the only way for them to keep trying to compete in the next season, especially if we look at some of the rumors that exist now where some players like Bernardo Silva, Grealish, Stone and KDB are likely to leave at the end of the season (or are on the sale list from Manchester City) then it is certain that the only way for them to keep their performance balanced is to find some other players who have the same role so that there are not many gaps in performance later.

Manchester United have announced plans to make up to another 200 staff redundant as part of their continuing cost-cutting measures.

"We have a responsibility to put Manchester United in the strongest position to win across our men's, women's and academy teams," CEO Omar Berrada said in a statement released on Monday. "We are initiating a wide-ranging series of measures which will transform and renew the club.

"Unfortunately, this means announcing further potential redundancies and we deeply regret the impact on those affected colleagues. However, these hard choices are necessary to put the club back on a stable financial footing."

Sources told ESPN that staff will find out if they are affected by the cuts between April and June.

One cannot really say about that, but not making any changes in the squad still means they are yet to solve the problem they’re facing now that we can also see to be the reason for their poor form this season. They are a team with a lot of prestige and bringing their records down this season is really not nice for them and won’t make a good season ending for them. Big teams do sometimes faces some tough season(s), sometimes when a key player is gone or injured and Manchester City is not an exception because they have Pep Guardiola as their coach.

Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich has been there, what matters is how they bounced back and a season is not enough to lose a significant reputation, don't forget Liverpool was facing similar issues two seasons ago but they have bounced back really well and will likely get the league title this season and if not that they messed up as last season ending draws closer they could have won it then.

We all know how important this match is to them, and they lose to West Ham, which is not really good for them at this point in the competition. I feel sorry for Arsenal fans at this point knowing how many time Arsenal have had chances to catch up with Liverpool but throw away every opportunity at every given chance to catch up. The players are not charged up for a challenge, no winning mentality which is something the team have lacked for two seasons plus throwing away every chance and opportunity to win the league. Arsenal are not just good enough to be league winners.
