re: do it for the Love *Falling Knife for massive services rendered. *Learnminer for all the work he did on the webpage. *Even IMZ for his various skunkworks and PR. *BlazR, obviously is owed. *We probably owe a bunch of coin to Bruce Weiner too...Whom have I forgotten?
*Blueman for a stockpile of promo art and massive buy support in down times *siameze for code security and review +mention by the real btc foundation *Bene for being an OG *v500 for being an OG *Gekko for Doge/China *cryptapus being an OG and likely the most under rated cat in crypto *ethought *BC *Ed *smokes ... where you at? *Ian 'welcome back *Z'lg *the new guys and more ... cuz I am am sure I dropped a few yes team effort all the way and some do more than others but make sure you are rewarded via holding equity this is the best route to re-imbursment but the guys with quality C++ skills, and general mastery of coding yeah i am cool with scheduling them first and foremost for some form of regular compensation aka formal work for fixed pay but this is stuff we discuss once in the $10-$20 range.

i real couldn't imagine Gekko returning without opening with an ad hominem
(i must say quite the nice return on counter insult sir siam)
We charge each other for things we ourselves are capable of doing for the community? Funny, I never saw ANYONE else sending a bill to the community for services personally rendered. Only Siameze. Thus I reiterate: do it for free you cheap piece of shit! Perhaps you hae been in living in a 3rd-world hovel for so long you forgot proper English. How does charging for a service make one "cheap" ? http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/cheapI never actually said I was going to charge for anything. If you looked over at the guild I already did half the work and never asked for a satoshi. In addition to development work, I do a lot of translation work and I guarantee my per-word prices are definitely not cheap and most likely well out of your price range. In closing, to quote my favorite journalist: Things that are paid for grow and develop, things that aren't wither and go away. If you won't pay for nice things you can't have nice things because there can't be nice things.

Siameze: Please look into Spanish forums here (and possibly elsewhere). Also, give us a quote, what's the least amount of UNO you would accept to do a Spanish translation of unobtanium.uno I was unaware UNO didn't have a Spanish language page. English being the primary language of international business I often never look for such things. I unsure what to charge, though it would be far less for the community than my normal rate. I will also speak with some friends on twitter and see i we can spread the word. Yes. You DID say you were going to charge, quite clearly, you just hadn't yet decided HOW MUCH. So stop lying. Apologize for lying. Apologize for planning to charge the community when everyone else donates the efforts of their own skills, and do it for free. You can continue to insult me as much as you like. I don't have to insult you to make you look like an ass in front of your peers here. You do that quite well on your own. Get to work.

If you can't even apologize for riding the freely given efforts of others while charging for your own, the content of your character is clear.

Hi, thanks. Yep I added to my UNO stack when it hit the mid-6s.
I'm really excited that the hashrate has gone so crazy even with the low mining reward. BW's merge mining implementation could have gone smoother, but I think now we have evidence that MM has been a successful.

I don't recall Gekko ever taking any type of money for organizing things, not any type of fee for services rendered. He certainly organized and effort to get people to contribute and collected money for a translation. He tried to be as transparent with things as possible to gain some cred. I think he did a fine job there.
Of course there is drama though lol. I get where Gekko is coming from this time. If you can provide a service and are a member of the community, you don't charge the community. At least not for anything other than material cost. It is like having a tradesman friend, the usually cut you a break on labor.
No one here owes anyone anything, first and foremost.
Seeing as though Siameze renounced their member status a while back iirc, they 'owe' us nothing doubly. Seeing as Gekko is the resident ball buster it seems about right for him to jump all over this. It is a future crime though, there was simply mention of a fee. Most likely to avoid it becoming a gigantic project but to still offer services.
I am owed nothing, i choose to spend my time here. More so because i do very little relative to everyone else, but also because i am here for the same reason everyone else is, because we bought Uno because we thought it was cheap now and will be worth more than what we spent on it in the future.

If BTC drops around $200 again over the next few weeks I'll buy another BTC or two, maybe a 150 or so more UNO. It's like FallingKnife said, everyone is just holding out and sniping the lowest chunk they can get. Why not, if someone is always willing to drop a chunk. In another month it may just go upward if BTC jumps a bit. So stagnant and sideways for a couple months now.

Interesting though, RD! I just posted this elsewhere: "As the financial-becoming-political crisis really cranks up -- the refugee problem in Europe is gonna go very very badly very very soon -- it may be that people will be too busy to focus on new technology. Then, when the economics of collapsing fiats hits home, they'll come a-rushin' to cryptos. Check this: http://www.cbc.ca/news/world/for-syrian ... -1.3221349 "

Hi B! I collected no money. I sought pledges. Identified a service provider, collaborated with him, FK and Learminer to put the Chinese text where it needed to be. When the time came to pay the translator, pledges were called in and sent to FK. FK collected the pledges and paid the translator. I never touched a satochi, and I was one of those who pledged and paid. Cheers, Gekko

wise words ... strong hands pick up cheap un ... there's no sense in building a wall of support just right now ... we'll cycle back into show of support mode when the time is right ... that time is mostly dependant on how the BTC market shapes up ... my read is that BTC is still sideways at $250-$220 channel and most likely to test lower support levels ... so better to collect BTC if it drops then support UNO with that BTC once the bitcoin market tries to moving back up in price. But right now limbo. ----- wow https://yunbi.com/markets/btccny?lang=enyes that's an intense trading platform. btc looks to be more tied to CNY .... 2000-500 CNY for y2015

Thanks for the clarification and your work on the Chinese project.
